居民食物消费结构的影响因素和粮食安全的影响因素研究

摘要

“国以民为本，民以食为天。”粮食是一种关系国计民生的战略物资。粮食问题不仅是一个经济问题，更是一个重大的政治问题，它关乎着社会发展和稳定，甚至关乎着整个国家的安全。近年来，全球粮食价格大幅上涨，引起了社会各界人士的高度关注，粮食安全问题再次成为热点话题。当然，影响粮食安全的因素很多，例如：耕地面积减少、城镇化发展加快、气候变化和居民食物消费结构变化等。本文从居民食物消费结构变动的角度出发，通过数据分析法、统计法、实证分析法等对我国粮食产量的变化趋势、我国粮食需求的变化、居民食物消费结构的变化进行分析，并在此基础上探讨以上变化对粮食安全有什么影响，最后针对居民食物消费结构这一影响因素提出能够提高粮食安全的政策和建议，以提高我国粮食安全，维护社会稳定，促进社会发展。本文共分为六个部分：

第一部分是引言，阐述本文的选题背景和意义，研究方法、研究目标和创新之处，并给出相关定义。

第二部分是相关理论及文献综述，叙述了相关理论及国内外对居民食物消费结构及粮食安全的相关研究。

第三部分回顾了近年来居民食物消费结构的变动，并叙述了我国粮食安全的现状。

第四部分介绍了居民食物消费结构对粮食安全的影响机制。

第五部分用实证分析法验证居民食物消费结构变动对粮食安全的影响。

第六部分做出预测并提出相关政策和建议。

"People-oriented, the food is what matters to the people. "Food is a kind of strategic goods of the people's livelihood. Food is not only an economic issue, but also a major political issue, which concerns the social development and stability, and even about the country's security. In recent years, global food prices have risen sharply, has aroused great concern of the community, food security has become a hot topic again. Of course, many factors that affect food security, for example: reduction of arable land, accelerated urbanization, climate change and food consumption structure changes, and so on.
