没有争辩的校园是缺乏活力的冷清校园,没有争辩的思维是呆滞思维,没有争辩的头脑是僵化头脑,没有争辩的人物是平庸人物。

论辩在口语表达中占据着活跃学习生活、敏捷思维、活化头脑、提升心灵的位置,它能够让人生体现出巨大价值。

因此,论辩是口语表达训练的重点、难点。

我们采用应用论辩、对话式论辩、赛场论辩三种方式操作。

应用论辩多针对生活实际问题、社会上敏感现象、学生心目中的疑难困惑,以小组形式,对所涉及问题、现象、困惑的是非、曲直、真伪、优劣进行剖析,组合为口头作文,以口语论辩,达到拓展视野、释放心灵、增强忧患意识目的。

针对某一特定辩题,正、反方在严肃场合激烈论辩,以决胜负。

教师作为组织者,事先拟出论辩题目,如:中职生就不如普高生吗?中职生是打工代名词么?上网利弊辩,怎样定位自己在人生中的坐标……其次制定出比赛规则,安排主持人,布置赛场,拟就评判标准等。

赛场论辩因为规模大,场合庄严,涉及面广,口语表达要求准确、流利、且具备文学性,此为高规格训练,学生受益很大,对提升综合素质尤为有利。

2 演讲
以演讲方式训练,既强化了学生选择材料、整合材料的写作能力,同时拓展了口语表达空间。

除正规演讲比赛外,利用课堂,设计小巧灵活形式,进行演讲训练,锻炼口头作文与口语表达能力。

课前五分钟演讲,对周边事情谈小看法,针对某堂课说反思,对时事作评论性演说……从写作角度论,演讲培养学生确立主题方法,锤炼他们把握时代脉搏、捕捉时代信息眼光,训练青年敏锐洞察力和对生活素材进行发现挖掘能力。

另一方面,演讲主题抽象,必须用形象化语言表达,运用多种修辞方法辅助,才能让听众感到明白,耳目一新,如坐春风,如沐阳光,这就提升了语言运用水平。

其三,锻炼了学生处理问题、事务能力。

生活中、书本上,直接材料、间接材料、创意材料,操作者必须亲自观察、体验、感受、调查、研究,必须阅读大量书籍、报刊及网络媒体,获取知识,提取精华,通过分析、归纳、研究材料、适当取舍,用思维整合成稿件,表情达意。

此外,演讲训练过程中,学生在磕碰、失败掌握了大量说话技巧,例如:开场技巧——悬念式、幽默式、道具式、新闻式;结尾技巧——总结式、呼吁式、哲理式、余韵式、决心誓言式、祝愿式;应变技巧——处理突发事件、处理听众起哄、冷场处理等。

这些技巧在平时交流也经常碰到,以演讲方式进行有针对性综合训练,久而久之,说话技巧便提高了。

3 推销
推销的口才艺术于中职生来说有两个功用:为从事推销职业做准备;学习推销知识,完善推销的综合素质。

实验从产品推销和自身推销为突破口,模拟训练。

根据我校设有社区医学、服装设计与制作、电工电子、计算机、农技专业等实际,师生扮演相应角色,推销相应产品。

推销埃达(AIDA)公式。

国际推销专家海因兹·姆·戈德曼把成功的推销总结为四个步骤,引起顾客注意,换起顾客兴趣,激起顾客购买欲望,促成顾客购买行为。

为此,我们设计了奇言吸引法,需求吸引法,奇怪问题吸引法,民族特
色吸引法,功用吸引法,共五种方式。

学生以小组为单位,先将推销的模拟产品组合成文字,再对练。

例如:服装推销小组有段语言就精彩:
这位女士,您的身材真漂亮!这套女装正流行,很适合您,您穿上一定更加迷人。

试试吧!买不买没关系,寻找一下感觉,感觉好就爽,爽了就有好心情,有好心情的女士青春不老。

实际操作中,学会了问话技巧、答话技巧、激发别人说话技巧、比较语言技巧、诱导对方技巧、演示产品优势技巧、幽默语言技巧、赞美语言技巧等,绝大部分参与者口才都有不同程度提升。

作为仿真模拟训练,以职场要求衡量实验者,推销的各种内容立体而上,全面开花——自己服饰的选择,商业语言运用,礼节的培养,产品说明的艺术,电话口才的技巧……推销综合能力得以实场训练。

训练中,热情周到服务意识、丰富的知识、敏锐的观察力判断力想象力、提出合理化建议能力、头脑灵活性、语言应变能力都在摸爬滚打中立体推进。

更令人意想不到的是,学生在实践中碰到方方面面困难,遇上尴尬,自己想方设法解决、完善,尽量适应推销的需要,社会的需要。

包括阅读书籍完善,网上查寻相关资料提高,相互讨论促进等。

4 求职
推销自己就是求职。

中职毕业面临走上职场的选择,求职口才是在应聘过程中进行语言表达时所表现的一种才能。

它具有目的性、自荐性、艺术性。

现代社会中,个人事业发展绝大部分起源于谋职。

因此,应该充分准备,少走弯路,为自己迈好人生第一步做准备。

推销自己十分重要。

此前,教师指导时,让学生充分认识自我,准确定位。

认识自己的工作能力、知识水平、兴趣、优缺点、心理状况、个性特点。

之后,学生模拟训练,主要从实例证明法、审时度势法、扬长避短法、虚实并用法几方面入手。

例如:
问:“我们公司业务繁重,需要吃苦耐劳的人,你在家是独生子女吗?”
答:“是的,我是独生子女。

可我生长在农村,家庭贫困,父母亲长期在外打工,我从小学五年级起就独立生活,照看家庭。

从此练就了独立处事能力和吃苦耐劳品格。

磨难中,铸就了豁达、开朗、坚韧的性格,因此,我自信能够胜任贵公司这项工作。


这是一个成功推销自己的案例,在实践中,这类情况不少。

训练时,自我介绍的语言技巧、提问技巧、回答技巧、解除困境说话技巧等都不同程度得以提升。

在求职口才训练同时,学生合作意识,公关协调能力相应得到修炼;心理素质于实践中完善,性格开朗,富有朝气活力,办事能力渐渐变强,能够机智解决一些棘手问题;谈吐流畅,思维敏捷,口头写作、口语表达能力呈螺旋式上升。

5 结语
目前,我们实验的第一层面——“通顺表达,规范口头作文”已经基本完成,正向“流畅表达,优美口头作文”第二层面推进。

学生口语、口头写作的综合素质立体跃升已经望见了曙光。
