Jack and I had a blast making sandcastles and playing in the waves. We even saw some super tiny crabs scurrying along the shore which was cool. I can't remember the last time I had that much fun at the beach!A few days later, we took a ferry out to the Sydney Harbour to see the iconic Sydney Opera House up close. We got to go inside and see where they have concerts and shows. The acoustics were amazing - our guide did a little singing demo and his voice echoed beautifully throughout the hall. I definitely want to go to an actual opera or musical performance there someday.One of the highlights was climbing up the Sydney Harbour Bridge! They have a tour where you can walk along the outer arch of the bridge while harnessed in. Even though I was a little nervous about the height at first, the views from up there were just breathtaking. You could see the whole harbor, the Opera House, and downtown Sydney all in one panoramic sweep. Our guide took an awesome picture of me with the city skyline behind me that I'll always cherish.Another really memorable day was when we visited the Blue Mountains outside of Sydney. The mountains and cliffs really did have a bluish hue from the oils released by the eucalyptus trees. We went on a long hike and saw tons of interesting plants and rock formations along the trail. At one lookout point called the Three Sisters, there were these three massive rock pillars standing tall. According to Aboriginal legend, they were once three sisters who got turned to stone. Melbourne is also known for its cool street art and laneways. We saw all these huge, colorful murals painted on the sides of buildings that were super creative and eye-catching.On our very last day, we visited a wildlife sanctuary where you could get up close with kangaroos, koalas, wombats and other uniquely Australian creatures. I even got to feed a kangaroo! The koalas were probably the cutest though - they were just sleeping away, clinging to the tree branches whileoccasionally munching on eucalyptus leaves. 农村中等职业技术学校文化课教改研究是个难题，本文迎难而上，进行“口语表达口头作文”改革实验。
分别从论辩、演讲、推销、求职四个基点入手，进行探索。

口语表达与口头作文是体现一个人综合素质的主要因素之一，是畅游社会、打造人生的双桨。
为此，我校文化课进行了“口语表达口头作文”的课题实验，经过三年摸爬滚打，取得了一定效果。
根据职场需要及中职生的文化实际，选准论辩、演讲、推销、
求职四个基点进行操作，营造了一个竞争、活跃、热烈、实用的口语表达与口头作文的氛围，学生在这个大海中进行口语、作文畅游，打造了中职文化课教改亮点。
1 论辩
没有争辩的校园是缺乏活力的冷清校园，没有争辩的思维是呆滞思维，没有争辩的头脑是僵化头脑，没有争辩的人物是平庸人物。
论辩在口语表达中占据着活跃学习生活、敏捷思维、活化头脑、提升心灵的位置，它能够让人生体现出巨大价值。
因此，论辩是口语表达训练的重点、难点。
我们采用应用论辩、对话式论辩、赛场论辩三种方式操作。
应用论辩多针对生活实际问题、社会上敏感现象、学生心目中的疑难困惑，以小组形式，对所涉及问题、现象、困惑的是非、曲直、真伪、优劣进行剖析，组合为口头作文，以口语论辩，达到拓展视野、释放心灵、增强忧患意识目的。
例如：手机聊天利弊，上网玩游戏现象透视，如何正确对待网络，早恋反思，文盲打工与知识打工差别，书本知识与实践操作怎样对接，对中职生漠视文化课的分析……这些话题切合学生实际，正中兴趣，容易找到触发点，有内容可写，有话可说。
教师事先引导，提出要求，规定时间，让学生去阅读相关书籍，查找对应资料，疏理成提纲或作文材料，配以个人阅历、见闻、感受，正式论辩时就能够侃侃而谈了。
对话式论辩还是就上述话题，采用正、反方形式，以反驳语气对话。
事先让双方准备材料，确立观点，整理成作文式书面材料，教师认真审阅后，用课堂进行操作，达到规范之效果。
对话式论辩具有针对性、批判性，能够训练学生逻辑思维，敏捷头脑，完善写作水平，让受训练人说话快捷，表达准确，口语流畅，语言幽默风趣，综合素质逐步提高。
例如：一位男士与一位漂亮女士结合，旁人嘲笑女士鲜花插在牛粪上，女士反驳：“牛粪有营养，鲜花插在上面，更加水灵、鲜艳、美丽、芳香。

赛场论辩因为规模大，场合庄严，涉及面广，口语表达要求准确、流利、且具备文学性，此为高规格训练，学生受益很大，对提升综合素质尤为有利。
2 演讲
以演讲方式训练，既强化了学生选择材料、整合材料的写作能力，同时拓展了口语表达空间。
除正规演讲比赛外，利用课堂，设计小巧灵活形式，进行演讲训练，锻炼口头作文与口语表达能力。
课前五分钟演讲，对周边事情谈小看法，针对某堂课说反思，对时事作评论性演说……从写作角度论，演讲培养学生确立主题方法，锤炼他们把握时代脉搏、捕捉时代信息眼光，训练青年敏锐洞察力和对生活素材进行发现挖掘能力。
另一方面，演讲主题抽象，必须用形象化语言表达，运用多种修辞方法辅助，才能让听众感到明白，耳目一新，如坐春风，如沐阳光，这就提升了语言运用水平。
其三，锻炼了学生处理问题、事务能力。
生活中、书本上，直接材料、间接材料、创意材料，操作者必须亲自观察、体验、感受、调查、研究，必须阅读大量书籍、报刊及网络媒体，获取知识，提取精华，通过分析、归纳、研究材料、适当取舍，用思维整合成稿件，表情达意。
此外，演讲训练过程中，学生在磕碰、失败掌握了大量说话技巧，例如：开场技巧——悬念式、幽默式、道具式、新闻式；结尾技巧——总结式、呼吁式、哲理式、余韵式、决心誓言式、祝愿式；应变技巧——处理突发事件、处理听众起哄、冷场处理等。
这些技巧在平时交流也经常碰到，以演讲方式进行有针对性综合训练，久而久之，说话技巧便提高了。
3 推销
推销的口才艺术于中职生来说有两个功用：为从事推销职业做准备；学习推销知识，完善推销的综合素质。
实验从产品推销和自身推销为突破口，模拟训练。
根据我校设有社区医学、服装设计与制作、电工电子、计算机、农技专业等实际，师生扮演相应角色，推销相应产品。
推销埃达（AIDA）公式。
国际推销专家海因兹·姆·戈德曼把成功的推销总结为四个步骤，引起顾客注意，换起顾客兴趣，激起顾客购买欲望，促成顾客购买行为。
为此，我们设计了奇言吸引法，需求吸引法，奇怪问题吸引法，民族特
色吸引法，功用吸引法，共五种方式。
学生以小组为单位，先将推销的模拟产品组合成文字，再对练。
例如：服装推销小组有段语言就精彩：
这位女士，您的身材真漂亮！这套女装正流行，很适合您，您穿上一定更加迷人。
试试吧！买不买没关系，寻找一下感觉，感觉好就爽，爽了就有好心情，有好心情的女士青春不老。
实际操作中，学会了问话技巧、答话技巧、激发别人说话技巧、比较语言技巧、诱导对方技巧、演示产品优势技巧、幽默语言技巧、赞美语言技巧等，绝大部分参与者口才都有不同程度提升。
作为仿真模拟训练，以职场要求衡量实验者，推销的各种内容立体而上，全面开花——自己服饰的选择，商业语言运用，礼节的培养，产品说明的艺术，电话口才的技巧……推销综合能力得以实场训练。
训练中，热情周到服务意识、丰富的知识、敏锐的观察力判断力想象力、提出合理化建议能力、头脑灵活性、语言应变能力都在摸爬滚打中立体推进。
更令人意想不到的是，学生在实践中碰到方方面面困难，遇上尴尬，自己想方设法解决、完善，尽量适应推销的需要，社会的需要。
包括阅读书籍完善，网上查寻相关资料提高，相互讨论促进等。
4 求职
推销自己就是求职。
中职毕业面临走上职场的选择，求职口才是在应聘过程中进行语言表达时所表现的一种才能。
它具有目的性、自荐性、艺术性。
现代社会中，个人事业发展绝大部分起源于谋职。
因此，应该充分准备，少走弯路，为自己迈好人生第一步做准备。
推销自己十分重要。
此前，教师指导时，让学生充分认识自我，准确定位。
认识自己的工作能力、知识水平、兴趣、优缺点、心理状况、个性特点。
之后，学生模拟训练，主要从实例证明法、审时度势法、扬长避短法、虚实并用法几方面入手。
例如：
问：“我们公司业务繁重，需要吃苦耐劳的人，你在家是独生子女吗？”
答：“是的，我是独生子女。
可我生长在农村，家庭贫困，父母亲长期在外打工，我从小学五年级起就独立生活，照看家庭。
从此练就了独立处事能力和吃苦耐劳品格。
磨难中，铸就了豁达、开朗、坚韧的性格，因此，我自信能够胜任贵公司这项工作。
”
这是一个成功推销自己的案例，在实践中，这类情况不少。
训练时，自我介绍的语言技巧、提问技巧、回答技巧、解除困境说话技巧等都不同程度得以提升。
在求职口才训练同时，学生合作意识，公关协调能力相应得到修炼；心理素质于实践中完善，性格开朗，富有朝气活力，办事能力渐渐变强，能够机智解决一些棘手问题；谈吐流畅，思维敏捷，口头写作、口语表达能力呈螺旋式上升。
5 结语
目前，我们实验的第一层面——“通顺表达，规范口头作文”已经基本完成，正向“流畅表达，优美口头作文”第二层面推进。
学生口语、口头写作的综合素质立体跃升已经望见了曙光。
