This project is located in Yangpu District, 265 residents 15 / 2 block north to Inner Ring Elevated Road, Zhongshan north, west, south of the country are Hong Road, with the Tongji University, Hong Lu across across the country. Land area of 9127 square meters, with a total construction area of 50.39 thousand square meters.

此项目位于杨浦区265街坊15/2地块，北临中山北二路内环线高架，西面，南面均为国康路，与同济大学隔国康路相望。用地面积9127平方米，总建筑面积50390平方米。

This project is not just an ordinary office building, but is designed to attract outstanding professionals for the purpose of giving consideration to comprehensive service functions, and thus as the center and surrounding areas to bring about the linkage effects of Tongji University, showing its "Modern Design centers are designed for the Holy Land "concept.

此项目不仅仅是一栋普通的办公楼，更是以吸引国内优秀的设计人才为目的，兼顾综合服务功能，并以此为中心，给同济大学周边地区带来联动效应，显示其“现代设计中心，设计圣地”的理念。

Built of the environment does not destroy the original design criteria, designed to expand as the center square. Construction is divided into two parts: high-level multi-storey tower and podium. Organic combination of the two parts to patchwork of architectural shape. Inside the building to create a rich spatial sequence, from the ultra-scale high-rise tower under the entrance of a two-storey atrium through a narrow corridor into the sinking of the semi-open courtyard, and further enrich the space level. 建筑以不破坏原始环境为设计准则，设计以广场为中心展开。建筑分为两个部分：高层塔楼与多层裙楼。两者有机结合，构成错落有致的建筑形体。在建筑内部营造出一条丰富的空间序列，从高层塔楼下的超高尺度入口中庭经过一条两层高的狭小甬道进入到下沉的半开敞内院，进一步丰富了空间层次。

From the whole building modeling point of view, shows the effect of a simple and neat, building shape simple but expressive, through different angles to observe, there are a lot of unexpected visual impact, especially the elevated ring from the inside of the car on the fast-moving point of view, you can see a simple but very vigorous and physical, effects of strong.

从整个建筑造型来看，显示简洁明快的效果，建筑形体简单但表情丰富，通过不同的角度来观察，会有许多意想不到的视觉冲击，尤其是从内环线高架上快速流动的车上来看，可以看到一个简洁但非常有力度的形体，效果极强。
