一、学术活动发起方应认真审核活动内容、参加人员和活动议程，不得违反宪法和法律，不得违反国家科学技术工作的基本方针和相关规定。

三、学术活动应遵循四川省药学会章程的相关规定，满足学术活动学术性、公益性、非营利性的原则，在学会业务范围内开展合理合规的学术交流活动。

四、四川省药学会的学术活动由学会秘书处统一负责管理。

学会秘书处需严格学术活动的审核管理，及时办理学术活动申请方的申请，认真做好每次学术活动的归档立卷工作及学术活动的挂网宣传工作。

五、申请开展学术活动应具备的条件和应提交的文件：1、学术活动申请方一般应为四川省药学会各专业委员会、省药学会理事单位或各市州药学会。

学术活动申请方也可以是申请以四川省药学会名义组织或参与组织学术活动的其它发起单位。

2、学术活动申请方应提前一周填写并向学会秘书处提交有各专业委员会主任委员或其他学术活动申请方负责人签字的申请表（见附件）。

3、学术活动申请方应至少提前一周向学会秘书处提交活动通知文稿供学会秘书长审核。

活动通知文稿的内容应包括并不限于：活动时间、地点、参加人员、活动内容及活动议程等。

4、学术活动申请方应在提交活动申请表与活动通知的同时，提交活动经费预算及经费来源。

学术活动申请方应承担经费使用的合规合法责任。

六、学术活动结束后，学术活动申请方应对活动进行总结，在学术活动结束一周内，向学会秘书处提交学术活动简报及相关报道图片。

本办法自公布之日起开始施行。

本办法由学会秘书处负责解释。
