1.开场

2.自我介绍

A:did you bring your resume? tell me about yourself.(1)

（简历，请介绍一下你的工作经历好吗？）

B:I graduated from Dongbei Univerity of Finance and Economics | in two thousand and five.I majored in International Trade.After graduation,I was employed as an assistant to the manager | at Kerui Company for one year.After that I took a two-years MBA course at DUT.Since then I have been working for Huaguang Company until now | in the Marketing Department,I have worked my way | up to the director of the marketing department.

（我于2005年毕业于东北财经大学。我的专业是国际贸易。毕业后，我在科瑞公司担任经理助理1年。之后，我在大连理工大学学院上了二年MBA。从那之后我在华光公司市场营销部门工作直到现在（3年），并通过自己的努力当上了市场部主任。）

3.为什么离职

A:Why did you leave your last job?(2)

（为什么想要离开原来的岗位呢？）

B:I loved many things about my former job.but after three years in one place,I `d like to have a job which is more challenging,I am ready for something new and I'm capable of more responsibilities. so I decided to change my job.

（我喜欢我原来的工作，但经过三年在原来工作岗位上的锻炼，我更想做能更有挑战性的工作，我有能力担负起更多的责任而且我也做好了迎接新的挑战的准备。所以我决定换工作。）

4.对本公司的了解

A:Why are you interested in working for our company?(3)

（为什么要来我们公司工作？）

B:I am always interested in this industry,your company has 3 billion dollars in capital,employs 9,000 people,and it is the largest company in this field in The United States.The company`s sales performance in the domestic market in the last two years | makes a very good impression on me.I am confident that I will have a very rewarding and successful career here.

（我一直关注这个行业的新闻，贵公司资本额为30亿美金，有9,000雇员, 是美国同行业中最大的企业。贵公司在过去两年时间里销售业绩给我留下了很深的印象。我觉得我在这儿能开创有价值而且成功的事业。）

5.能否胜任

A:So you are well aware of our company. It appears that you have done your fairshare of research.(4)

（你对我们公司很了解，看来你提前做了很多功课啊。我们要求。。。。。你认为自己合格吗？你觉得为什么我们应该雇佣你而不是其他人？）

B:Yes, I understand my qualification and your needs by researching your company.I'm very familiar with this market and have many customers.

I think your company will benefit from it.fathermore I'm a good team player and I have strong organizational skills.

B:Potential growth opportunity. If a job offer me an opportunity to grow, I will find it`s easy to devote myself to my duty. I believe that your company will be a perfect place for me to develop.
