Except in case where the insurance is covered by the Buyers as arranged, insurance is to becovered by the Sellers with a Chinese insurance company. If insurance for additional amountand/or for other insurance terms is required by the Buyers, prior notice to this effect mush reachthe Sellers before shipment and is subject to the Sellers’ agreement, and the extra insurancepremium sha ll be for the Buyers’ account.（5）买方须将申请许可证副本（经有关银行副署）寄给卖方俟许可证批出后再即用传真通知卖方，假如许可证被驳退，买方须征得卖方的同意方可重行申请许可证。
