SWIRLFLO 冷水泉源与 FLEXI-GUARD 和 ezH2O 瓶子填充器说明书

INSTALLATION & USE MANUALSWIRLFLO® Refrigerated fountains with FLEXI-GUARD NOTE: It is common practice to ground electrical hardware such as telephones, computers and other devices to available water lines. This can, however, cause electrical feedback in the plumbing circuit, whichFigure 4 - Fountain InstallationFigure 5 - Lower Panel Installation8. Install fountains with (8) 5/16-18 HHMS & (8) 5/16-18 nuts (provided) (Fig. 4). Connect the ¼” water lines from each fountain to the remaining openings on the tee at the remote chiller (cut lines to fit as needed).9. Attach waste tubes (1-1/4” O.D.) to 1-1/4” O.D. slip trap. Trap on the bottle filler side must be 1-1/2” O.D. (provided by others).10. Make final water supply connections.11. These products are designed to operate on 20-105 PSI supply line pressure. If inlet pressure is above 105 PSI, a pressure regulator must be installed in the supply line.(Caution: Any damage caused by connecting these products to a supply line with pressure lower than 20 PSI or higher than 105 PSI IS NOT covered under warranty.)12. Make electrical connections to the bottle filler and remote chiller. The LCD Bottle counter should illuminate.13. V erify proper dispensing from the bottle filler by placing a cup, hand or any opaque object in front of sensor area and verify water dispenses. Note: the first initial dispenses might have air in the line which may cause a sputter. This will be eliminated once all air is purged from the line. A steady stream of water assures all air is removed. The sensor has a 20 second maxi mum ON time. It may be necessary to step away from the beam a few times to purge all air. Check for leaks.14. Check stream height from bubbler. Stream height is factory set for 35 PSI supply. If supply pressure varies greatly from this, remove push button (Item 7 - Fig. 8) and adjust the screw on the regulator (Item 8 - Fig. 8). To remove push but ton, remove setscrew from bottom of sleeve (Item 21). Insert a small punch in screw hole and push up while grasping the push button and pull forward removing the push button. Clock wise adjustment will raise stream height and counterclockwise movement will lower stream height. For best adjustmentstream should hit basin approximately 6-1/2” from the bubbler. Reassemble the push button by pushing in on button until the push button catches in the sleeve. Reinstall the setscrew (Item 21) in the sleeve (Item 6). 15. Install the cover plates.16. Install the bottom panel, tighten screws (Fig. 4).17. Optional: Mount optional panels. Slide tongue of panel under edge of already installed panel. Tighten screws.201817162423View From Rear5NOTE:When installing replacement bubbler and pedestal (Fig. 6), tighten locknut only to hold parts snug in position. Do Not overtighten.Figure 6 - Flexi-Guard ®Bubbler DetailsBasin 1Locknut2326Reset SwitchBack Panel28,29,30,31,32Figure 7 - Fountain Body AssemblyFigure 8 - Push Button Assembly67821293121941052222See Fig. 6MAIN BOARDI.R.

High pressure plunger pumpsHigh pressure plunger pumps for use in extreme conditionsReciprocating plunger pumps play a key role in almost all areas of process technology where fluids must be handled against high pressure.Possible fields of application and types of jobs are so varied that there is a con- stant need for new designs and materials in order to meet customer demands for new pump versions.Plunger pumps are used in indus- try where there are high or maxi- mum operating pressures. At a constant speed their capacity is virtually independent of operating pressure – an important feature in control operations. Capacity is proportional to speed. In all power ranges plunger pumps display high overall efficiency, which is as a rule above 90 %. This also applies to partial load operation. This is why plunger pumps are among the most economical machines – a major factor in view of rising energy costs.Uraca pumps are used worldwide.Test pumps are used for hydro- static pressure testing, including the testing of pipes, pipelines, vessels and containers, gas cylin- ders and many other high-pressure components. The units are also available for use in potentially explosive area zone 2 (equipment group II, equipment category 36 according to ATEX).Industrial pumps can be used in virtually all industrial areas, including heavy industry, energy technology, the oil industry as well as in the food and textile industry. The pumps are used mainly as drives for rolling mills, boiler feed pumps, pumps for hydrostatic bearing lubrication, for descaling as well as for cleaning with high- pressure w ater.Chemical and process pumps are used for hot, aggressive, abrasive, toxic agents as well as for liquid gases. The areas of application are mainly in the chemical and petro- chemical industry, but also in the manufacture of detergents, the recycling of plastics and oil residues as well as injection and the extraction of oil from coal.Pump units can be installed for the most varied of applications with diesel or electric motors.3Perfection in detailPower endsURAC A ’s power ends are usedworldwide. Every day they provethemselves in continuous operationto the satisfaction of our cus- tomers. The fields of application range from the polar circle tothe tropical climate zones. High operating safety and above-average service life are typicalURAC A features.Power ends for higher power requirements are equipped with oil cooling and forced oil lubrication. Power ends for lower powerrequirements have centrifugal lubrication. The various series cover a power range of up to approx. 2600 kW.The power ends for series KD 600 and KD 700 are compact and have a low weight coefficient. Power end and liquid end are separated by an intermediate chamber and special crosshead seals, preventing any liquid from entering the power end.The power ends of the big pumpseries KD 800 have an incline- divided power end for easier installation and for easier mainte- nance of the crank mechanism. The power ends are equipped with a bridge for centering of long stuffing boxes. The new generation of the P-series has a crankshaft with multiple slide bearings and features three power groups with 3, 5 and 7 plungers.4Stuffing boxesDue to the wide-range of appli-cations for our plunger pumps, stuffing boxes and seals aredesigned to meet the requisites ofthe respective liquid. Easy-to-handleliquids, such as water, emulsionsor similar, can be controlled withsimple seals.URACA will provide the bestpossible design to match the liquidyou handle. With fluids it is necessary, forexample, to take special measuresto reduce dead space or to installplunger guide bushes that are self-lubricating. The more demandingthe liquid is, the more extensivethe back up systems integrated inthe stuffing boxes. Consequently, heating, cooling, synchronousinjection, flushing or interlockingcomponents can be installed.Valve blocksThe design of the valve blocksdepends to a high degree on theproperties of the respective liquid.Cone, plate and ball valves areavailable. What they have incommon is high efficiency, lowwear and tear and outstandinglyeasy maintenance.5Leak-free handlingHeightened environmental awareness requires both the pump manufacturer and the operator to consider leak-free handling when designing and selecting the pumping equipment.URACA diaphragm pumps offer aunique solution in the handling ofdangerous fluids. They help in parti-cular to increase the operatingsafety of production plants and toimprove the working conditions ofthe operatives. Hermetically sealedplunger pumps are mainly used fortoxic, explosive, aggressive, foul-smelling, environmentally harmfulor abrasive fluids. URACA diaphragm pumps offer the advantages of a piston sealing that is virtually free of wear and tear as well as abso- lutely leak-free handling.URAC A diaphragm pump heads operate at a pressure range of up to 350 bar, while the temperatures of the fluid handled can be from -40 to +150° C . The PTFE-dia- phragm, which is resistant to virtu- ally all fluids, hermetically seals the fluid chamber. The selection ofmaterials for the parts touchedby the fluid as well as the designof the self-acting valves andthe stroke frequency of the pumpdepend on the respective fluid.Integrated monitoring systems pre-vent any overload of the unitand signal any diaphragmfailures immediately.URAC A diaphragm pumps are available in a power range of up to 250 kW. Operating pressure may be350 bar, capacity up to 850 l /min.URAC A diaphragm pumpsfeature the following specific advantages:■ Economy ■ High operatingsafety■ High service quality■ Space-saving design■ Flexibility of drive6▲▲Consistent URACA quality – the basis of a mutually beneficial relationshipProduct research and develop- ment at modern 3D-C AD-work- places to meet customer s’ needs and wants.Precision machining guarantees failure-free service lifeMeticulous assembly work by a highly trained and committed workforceA trial run lasting several hours on the test bed as well as comprehen- sive test programs are a demon- stration of guaranteed excellence. Many years of service life at the customer – the basis of a mutually beneficial relationship.7VP.e5.6L+S High Pressure –State of the Art Technology –WorldwideU RA CA Pumpenfabrik GmbH& Co. Read engine instructions before usage.PREPARATIONS FOR PUMPINGThis pump is equipped with a mechanical seal. Do not run pump dry or at high speed if not placed in water of adequate depth.Connect discharge hose to pump. Start engine. Place float pump in water immediately after starting. Float pump is self-priming. The pump will prime more quickly if engine is run at lower speeds. Open engine throttle once the pump is primed and discharging water.CAUTION: Do not allow unusual elevation of discharge hose which may cause float to overturn. When pumping salt water or dirty water, flush pump with clean water after usage.PUMP DISASSEMBLYDrain oil and gas from engine. Remove the (4) bolts holding the support plate (6) to the float (5). Remove the engine, pump and discharge pipe by tilting the engine forward and lift assembly clear of float. The suction head (11) may now be removed from pump casing (8) using the tapped pusher holes if necessary. Remove impeller bolt (15). Insert clean rope into engine spark plug hole to prevent engine rotation during removal of impeller bolt.Remove impeller (16) by threading long 9/16” - 12 NC pusher blot into tapped hole occupied by impeller bolt. Do not force impeller, use penetrating oil on engine shaft if impeller will not move. The mechanical seal (17) may be inspected and replaced if necessary when the impeller is removed. Pump casing should be removed only if necessary to replace pump pilot (20).To reassemble pump, reverse order of disassembly. Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts. Hold impeller key in place with grease, or never-seize and slide impeller into place. Do not lubricate mechanical seal face during reassembly of pump. Use Loctite 243 or equivalent on all pump related fasteners.IF FURTHER INFORMATION IS NEEDED, CALL W.S. DARLEY & CO. ATCHIPPEWA FALLS, WI. AT 800-634-7812 or 715-726-2650OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF PUMPSCENTRIFUGAL PUMPS: A centrifugal pump develops pressure by centrifugal force of the liquid rotating in the impeller wheel. The pressure developed depends upon the peripheral speed of the impeller (increasing as the square of the speed) and it remains fairly constant over a wide range of capacities up to the maximum output of the pump, if speed remains constant. If the discharge outlet of a centrifugal pump is entirely shut off, with speed kept constant, there is a small rise in pressure, the water churns in the pump casing and the power drops to a low valve. If thedischarge is opened wide, with little resistance to flow the pressure drops while the capacity and power both increase to their maximum.A centrifugal pump is an extremely simple mechanism mechanically, but rather complex hydraulically, inthat many factors enter into the design of the impeller and water ways which will affect the pump’s efficiency.DISPLACEMENT PUMPS: Rotary and piston pumps are termed “Positive Displacement” pumps because each revolution displaces or discharge (theoretically) an exact amount of liquid, regardless of the resistance. The capacity is, therefore, proportional to the number of revolutions of the pump per minute and independent of the discharge pressure except as it is reduced by “slip” (leakage past the pistons or rotors). For a given speed the power is directly proportional to the head. If the discharge is completely shut off, the pressure, power, and torque climb indefinitely until the drive power is stalled or breakage occurs.Slip is the greatest factor affecting efficiency of a displacement pump, and this factor is greatly influenced by the condition of and wear on the working parts.DEFINITIONSHEAD OF WATER -- vertical depth of water measured in feet or in pressure per unit or area. In hydraulics, head always represents pressure and it is expressed interchangeably in feet of water or pounds per square inch and sometimes in inches of depth of mercury.STATIC HEAD -- the pressure that is exerted by a stationary column of water of a given height or depth. TOTAL HEAD OR TOTAL DYNAMIC HEAD -- the maximum height above the source of supply to which the pump would elevate the water plus all the resistance to flow in the pipe or hose line. DISCHARGE HEAD -- the pressure measured at the discharge outlet of a pump.SUCTION HEAD -- the positive pressure measured at the suction entrance of a pump (when pumping from an elevated tank or hydrant).VELOCITY HEAD -- the equivalent pressure represented by fluid in motion as measured by means of a Pitot Gage.STATIC LIFT -- the vertical height of the center of the pump above the source of supply (when pump from draft).TOTAL SUCTION LIFT -- the static lift plus the friction in suction line plus entrance losses.NET PUMP PRESSURE -- the total dynamic head of the pump.EFFECTIVE NOZZLE PRESSURE -- the pump discharge pressure minus hose friction plus or minus the difference in elevation above or below pump.WATER HORSEPOWER - the theoretical power required to deliver a given quantity of water per minute against a given head.BRAKE HORSEPOWER -- Actual power as delivered by a motor or engine to a driven machine. PUMP EFFICIENCY -- The quotient of the water horsepower divided by brake horsepower required to produce it.WATER HAMMER -- a series of shock waves produced in a pipeline or pump by a sudden change in water velocity. A sudden change in flow velocity can result from rapid closure of valves. A pressure wave is set up which travels back and forth in the water column at extremely high speed producing rapid vibrations that may be violent and destructive if the water column is long.THE MAXIMUM THEORETICAL LIFT of a pump is 34 feet, which is the pressure of the atmosphere at sea level. The maximum practical total lift at sea level is 20 to 25 feet (depending on the type and condition of the pump) and this decreases with drops in barometric pressure.IF FURTHER INFORMATION IS NEEDED, CALL W.S. Moreover, the generation of compressed air can account for more than 40% of a plant’s total electricity bill. To cut your energy costs, Atlas Copco pioneered Variable Speed Drive (VSD) technology in the compressed air industry. VSD leads to major energy savings, while protecting the environment for future generations. Thanks to continual investments in this technology, Atlas Copco offers the widest range of integrated VSD compressors on the market.LegendA =LossesB =Speed1 =Total losses traditional element2 =Total losses AC elementVariable Speed Drive (VSD)Atlas Copco's VSD technology closely follows the air demand by automatically adjusting the motor speed. This results in large energy savings of up to 35%. The Life Cycle Cost of a compressor can be cut by an average of 22%. In addition, lowered system pressure with VSD minimizes energy use across your production dramatically.Legend42% =Energy35% =Energy savings with VSD12% =Investment11% =MaintenanceVSD savings GA 90+– 160 (VSD+)Most production processes create fluctuating levels of demand which, in turn, can create energy waste in low use periods. Using the Elektronikon®unit controller, you can manually or automatically switch between two different setpoints to optimize energy use and reduce costs at low use times. In addition, the sophisticated algorithm runs the drive motor only when needed. As the desired setpoint is maintained while the drive motor’s run time is minimized, energy consumption is kept to a minimum.LegendA =Power consumptionB =TimeC =Energy SavingDual set-point and automatic stop• SmartInjection provides exact amount of oil required to element ensuring it always works at peak efficiency.• High efficiency IE4 (Fixed Speed) and IE5 (VSD+) motor.• Integrated energy recovery system recovers up to 78% of energy from integrated motor and element oil circuit.• Dual speed or VSD fan for energy efficiency in lower temperatures.Components designed for efficiencyThe Elektronikon®unit controller is specially designed to maximize the performance of your compressors and air treatment equipment under a variety of conditions. Our solutions provide you with key benefits such as increased energy efficiency, lower energy consumption, reduced maintenance times and less stress… less stress for both you and your entire air system. Lubrication fluid is injected during the compression phase into the air. This not only reduces the wear of the elements but also cools them. The compressed air/oil mixture passes through a non-return valve to the oil separator element to separate the oil from the air.The wet compressed air, represented by the dark blue/ gree then passes through a minimum pressure valve and is cooled by an air-cooled aftercooler.Low noise axial cooling fans provide cooling air to the oil cooler and after cooler, ensuring satisfactory running temperatures as well as ventilating the compressor enclosure and electrical control panel.1.Filtration & compression2.Air & oil separation3.Cooling23The condensed moisture is removed by a low pressure drop moisture separator and electronic condensate drain. This results in dry compressed air is that can be used in your application.Lubrication fluid contained in the oil receiver flows under differential pressure to a thermostatic bypass valve, air cooled oil cooler, high efficiency oil filter and oil stop valve before being injected into the compression element where it cools, seals and lubricates the compression process. The high efficiency oil filter provides superior filtration compared to conventional filtersresulting in cleaner lubricant. The thermostatic bypass valve ensures that the compressorquickly reaches optimum operating temperature on start-up and maintains temperature duringperiods of low load by allowing cold lubricant to bypassthe oil cooler.4.Moisture separator5.Oil flow GA 90+– 160 (VSD+)Notes25GA 90+– 160 (VSD+)27Atlas Copco AB(publ) SE-105 23 Stockholm, Sweden Phone: +46 8 743 80 00Reg. no: 556014-2720 29357122©219,AtlasCopcoAirpowerNV,Belgium.Allrightsreserved.Designsandspecificationsaresubjecttochangewithoutnoticeorobligation.Readallsafetyinstructionsinthemanualbeforeusage.。
