1、抓好了班主任队伍建设。
学期初召开了班主任工作会议，制定了学期班级管理计划；每周班主任例会，总结上周工作、布置下周工作；每月班主任工作评比总结；每月进行一次班主任培训；本学期召开了二次班主任工作经验交流，学期期末班级管理工作进行总评，评选了优秀班级、优秀班主任，在全校树立榜样。

2016——2017学年度第二学期六年级英语综合复习计划日照市浮来春小学张丽一年一度的毕业班复习又与我们接踵而至，对于六年级老师和学生来说，这是最繁忙的季节。
复习能让学生巩固所学知识，还能进行查漏补缺，使学生能顺利地完成小学阶段的学习任务，同时也为今后的学习打下坚实的基础。
因此对于毕业班老师和学生来说，近阶段的复习工作显得由为重要。
目前六年级学生英语学习方面普遍存在的问题主要有：学生英语基础两极分化现象极为严重，少数英语学困生在后阶段学习的心态较浮躁。
针对现状，在复习过程中我准备以听说读写为主要的形式和抓手，以英语基础知识为主要内容，从单词到词组到句子到短文，全面把握所学内容。
一、复习目标通过系统地复习，让学生能扎实地掌握本学期的所学的单词、句型和其他与课本所学的知识技能，能灵活地运用所学知识。
通过总复习，让全体学生特别是中下生能扎实地掌握本学期的知识点，全面提高班级的及格率和优秀率。
二、复习内容和时间安排：（一）过好单词关。
单词是学习英语的基础，针对目前学生中存在的基础差，习惯差的现状，根据小学生的年龄特点以及记忆与遗忘的规律，学生在反复记忆相同的内容能使这些内容长期储存在记忆里，不易遗忘。
因此我从不同角度，用不同方法帮助学生复习单词。
1、按词性归类复习单词。
2、按词汇表和《同步学习》的知识网格复习单词。
目前按照这样的分类进行复习：⑴数字、数量、时间、日期⑵服装、购物⑶学校生活：课程⑷家庭生活：家庭成员及其职业与爱好、家务与休闲⑸人物：年龄、外貌、性格、职业、爱好与特长、⑹食品（7）动物、公园(8)天气与季节(9)节假日、旅行、城市、计划与建议(10)方位与方向(11)过去的事加强单词的朗读与听写，给学生明确的任务，并采用短频快的方式，这样学生一方面可以做好充分准备，一方面容易获得成功。
当然对于基础较差的学生来说，还要区别对待，给他们适当降低难度和要求，使他们也能尽最大努力过好单词关。

即将过去的这一学期，是教育联盟快速发展的时期，在区教育局的关怀下，在联盟负责人刘校长的领导下，无论是管理，还是教学工作，教育联盟两个校区目标一致，步调一致，达到高度统一和密切融合，取得了令人瞩目的成绩，被安庆电视台深度采访，连续报道。
现将一学期的工作回顾如下：一、加强群团建设严格各项管理支部建设。

五年级二班共有学生人，其中男生28人，女生27人。

本学期，我发现有些班干部在班级管理中所起的作用不大，他们对班级内出现的不良现象不但不加以制止，甚至更多的时候带头违反堂纪律，对班级的事物置之不理，更别说能起到老师的小助手作用了。
