某校在高一的10个重点班进行了一次有趣的 问卷调查,要求学生对自己平时阅读中出现的不 良阅读习惯进行总结。
下表是笔者对所教的两个教学班里的112名学 生的调查结果:

(二)说的训练指导 说的训练是高一阶段的训练重点之一,也是培养一个 人与人交往能力的重要形式。 1、要敢于张口,大胆地练说。虽不如《疯狂英语》那 样疯狂,也要把说英语像说汉语一样自如作为自己的追求。 2、多与同学交流,抓住课上机会练习说英语。利用课 余时间,寻找机会,创造机会说英语。组成小组,参加英 语角等。重复句、造句子、背诵、复述课文都是训练说的 能力的好方法,只有简单的做到了,再难的任务也就不难 了。
(三)读的指导 1、阅读能力是一切能力之本,也是高考要求的重中之重。 在有了一定的听、说能力之后,培养阅读能力也是高一阶 段的重要步骤。 2、阅读数量标准。每天应坚持30分钟,300—500字的阅 读。可集中时间读,也可利用零散时间读。 3、精读、泛读相结合。精读是指认真处理生词、难句, 对句子成份认真分析等,既学语言又学语法。泛读则是指 重视了解文章大意,可采取略读、跳读等方法。不论是精 读还是泛读都切忌边读边查字典,这样会打断阅读的整体 思路不利于语言能力的提高。
