If they would like to go there directly, you
should surely tell them to get there earlier. Usually before guests leave the hotel, you should go there to help the guests with some important matters: making sure that all of the guests have cleared with hotel cashier and making sure that they have returned their room keys and have taken with them their passports and other documents. You should also telephone the driver to make sure that the car or the taxi will be there on time. Never leave waiting room until you see the guests off. After saying goodbye to guests, you should stay at the airport until the plane takes off in case something unexpected may happen. For example, the flight may be delayed or cancelled.
