初中英语说课标、说教材秩堂中学谭希尊敬的各位评委、各位老师：大家好，我是来自秩堂中学的教师谭希！今天我说课标、说教材的内容是人教版新目标英语七年级下册Unit6 I am watching TV.下面我将从课标、教材、建议三方面进行说课。
一、说课标义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是：通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力。
而总目标的达成是建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个方面的整体发展基础上的。
其分目标是：依据语言学习的规律与不同年龄学生的生理与心理的发展特点将英语课程分为5个级别，其中，二级为小学毕业应达到的基本要求，五级为9年级结束时应达到的基本要求。
而我今天要说的七年级下册英语则要求达到三级目标。
其内容标准更偏向于学生的综合能力训练，更加关注学生在完成综合性语言任务时，自主收集信息，进行材料加工的能力，与人讨论、合作、沟通和协调的能力，有条理地展示任务成果的能力。
二、说教材（一）编排特点通过将外研版和新目标两个版本教材进行对比发现，新目标更加适合本地学生实际，且新目标采用的任务型语言教学模式，更能发挥学生的学习积极性，让学生学会学习，乐于学习。
从结构上看，七年级教材有以下三个特点：一、单元内部环节设置持续性和渐进性；二、单元之间独立而不孤立；三、整册教材循环往复、相互渗透。
从内容上看：第一、图文并茂，充满情趣；第二、选材源于学生实际，重交际；第三、话题间相互渗透，词汇量大，重能力。
（二）编排体例和意图人教版教材由目录、单元和附录三部分编排而成。
在目录部分明确标出每个单元的标题、话题、功能、目标语言、词汇和学习策略；附录部分提供了课文解析、听力材料、语法、词汇表等。
整个教材目标明确、话题广泛、资源丰富。
教材每个单元都由sectionA基础知识、sectionB知识扩展和运用以及self check自我综合检测三部分组成。
这三个大板块又细分为若干个小板块，并且由易到难地培养学生的听、说、读、写能力。

英语课程标准依据语言学习的规律和不同年龄段学生生理与心理发展的需求与特点将英语课程目标按照能力水平设为九个级别，六年级结束时所应达到的级别要求为第二级。
二级目标的基本要求为对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好，能用简单的英语互致问候、交换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息。
能根据所学内容表演小对话或歌谣。
能够在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事。
