toprie数据记录仪监控系统使用说明书
1.插入存储卡。
(面对摄像头,机身左侧有表明“TF"”的卡槽,存储卡的缺口朝上、金属条朝前对准卡槽轻轻推入即可,取出时轻按一下,卡会自动弹出)
2.安装电池。
将电池充满电后,按电池上箭头指示方向装入电池开机。
3.按住机器左侧最上面电源键不放,约1秒钟即可开机。
同样在开机状态下,重复此操作即可关机。
4.设置。
面对屏幕机身左侧“MENU”为菜单键,按下它可根据
高亮条提示,设置机器各种功能参数。
5.录像。
在开机状态下,面对屏幕,按机身顶部左侧“M”切换到录像功能,看屏幕左上方出现录像机图标时,按下机身顶部右侧“OK”键录像开始,这时屏幕左上方出现红点闪烁,表示录像开始,如要同时录音,短按一下电源键(注意,长按是关机),如要停止录像再次
按下“OK”键。
6.照相。
切换“M”键看到屏幕左上方出现照相机图标时,按下“OK”听到“咔嚓”声音表示拍照成功。
7.回放。
切换“M”键,如屏幕左上角出现“箭头”符号,按机身左侧上下箭头键可翻看照片;如屏幕左上角出现“胶片”符号,按“OK”键可回看录像。
8.数据管理。
完成的录像和照片资料可通过USB数据线导入电脑,也可将存储卡取出,使用读卡器复制到电脑。
(一般由专人操作)。

行车记录仪使用说明书功能键(五键)说明一(1)电源键/屏幕背光开关键(2)菜单键/模式键(3)UP键(4)DOWN键(5)OK键(6)摄像头(7)TF槽(8)AVIN接口(9)USB电源接口(10)LCD显示屏(11)复位孔一、功能简介1、使用行车录像功能启动汽车发动机,记录仪自动启动并开启录像功能,录像指示灯闪烁。
当图标显示为红色且时间走动时,按“OK键”暂停/开始录像功能。
关闭汽车发动机,记录仪自动保存录像内容并关机,录像的视频分段保存于TF卡上。
当TF卡存储满后记录仪将覆盖较早前录制的视频。
【注意】a.记录的时间段可自行在菜单中设置为1/2/3/5档,如果选择为“1/2/3/5”分钟这四个档中的任意一档时,当TF卡存储满后记录仪将覆盖较早前录制的影像。
b.前、后摄像头的录像文件和拍照文件分别保存于TF卡中的前录“ VIDEOA”、后录“VIDEOB” 。
2、使用拍照功能在录像界面按“M键”可进入拍照模式,点击0K键可拍摄一张照片。
如需返回主录像界面,短按“M键”两次返回。
在录像界面长按“M键”可进入“拍照设置”菜单,按“上下键”选择,按“0K键”确认,可进行拍照功能设置。
3、视频回放在录像界面按“M键两次”进入回放模式。
按上/下键找到需要回放的视频和照片,按“0k”键进行视频回放。
4、一键锁定功能在录像中,短按M键加锁当前视频,已加锁的文件,加锁图标为“”,文件锁定后将不会被覆盖。
5、键静音功能在录像模式,按“下键”开启或关闭录音。
【提示】设置会自动保存,再次开机后无需设置静音功能。
6、摄像头画面切换功能在录像界面或拍照界面。
按“上键”进行前/后拉界面以及画中画进行切换。
7、时间/日期设定在记录仪界面长按“M键”进入功能设置界面,短按“M键”一次后按“下键”选择“日期/时间”,按“OK键”确认,“上下键”选择年月日后,按“M键”退出设置。
【注意】为了有效记录行车安全事故的取证的日期和时间,在使用本机前请先设置正确的时间。

数据记录仪可以自动分析收到的数据,根据数据特点智能切换使用 方式。设备使用方法有两种,分别如下:
1、根据命令操作:通信过程采用一发一答的方式,即主机主动发送 数据到SD卡数据记录仪,SD卡数据记录仪才会发回应答。该方法可 以是文件的读取、写入和修改;以及文件夹和系统配置等操作。
2、直接存储:记录仪将串口收到的所有数据自动保存到自动生成的 文件中。每次开机启动,设备会自动建立一个默认的用于存储的文件。 3、主动采集:记录仪定时发出读取参数的命令到设备,并且记录外 接设备返回的数据。可以做一定的解析。支持多条命令同时采集。

DR 系列数据记录仪(温度巡回检测仪)数据记录仪(温度巡回检测仪,以下简称数据记录仪),是一种输入温度、直流电压等模拟信号,在规定的时间间隔进行数据记录的巡回检测记录仪。
数据记录仪分成一体式和分离式二种,其中一体式有30点、20点、15点三种测定点数;分离式有主体和端子箱组成,主体箱装有把手可携带,也可用于嵌装。
最大测量点数可达210点,共有5个种类。
广泛应用于工业炉温度分布、电子产品特性试验、气象观察、发动机测试、公害测定管理、原子能材料试验、全自动校正装置、测量研究和试验等。

·数字键的设定方式及其设定的确认分组设定,量程设定,时间间隔(打印周期)设定等均由数字键操作,设定方法简单方便,此外,通过按动“列表打印”键,能把设定的内容全部打印出来。
·偏差运算功能能把对应于第一组第一点的温度差和电压差直接打印出来,在测量温度分布时,十分有效。
·报警打印功能用数字键输入温度,直流电压等的设定值,打印时,如果数值偏离设定值,就会在打印出测定数据的同时,打印出H 或L的标记。
使用这个功能就容易判断合格或不合格。
·携带及嵌装二用仪表装有把手,在移动使用场合,十分方便。

四、维护保养1. 使用干净、柔软的布轻轻擦拭记录仪外壳,避免使用化学溶剂。
2. 长时间不使用时,请将记录仪存放在干燥、避光、防潮的地方。
3. 请勿将记录仪浸泡在水中或用力摔打。

其中显示界面、棒图画面、(实时)曲线画面为常用的基本画面。
右上角为当前的日期及时间。
5.3 开机画面屏幕会显示点击屏幕进入启动属性窗口,这时我们不需要去点击屏幕,让屏幕直接进入显示开机启动画面。
5.4 显示界面显示界面可以对当前的状况有比较全面的了解,包括测量名称,测量值,1112 工程量单位,报警指示,报警输出状态等。
画面的形式如下:5.5(数显)数字显示界面数显画面分为“64通道数显画面”,“56通道数显画面”,“48通道数显画面”,“40通道数显画面”,“32通道数显画面”,“24通道数显画面”,“16通道数显画面”,“8通道数显画面”,用户可通过按设置按钮进入参数设置选择通道数目即可实现所需要通道显示数目的显示界面。
例:24通道显示界面下图为显示画面单个通道的具体内容,其中包含通道名称、单位、测量值和报警标志。
报警标志从上到下依次为上上限报警、上限报警、下限报警、下下限报警。
报警值可以在参数设置里设置。
显示画面下按钮功能介绍:在界面底端有是四个按钮(保存、显示界面、棒图、曲线界面、报警界面、设置)。
保存:是在参数设置的时候当前设置的参数为初始设置的参数并写入磁盘,防止在参数设置的时候突然断电而丢失设置的参数。
棒图:切换按钮,按下此按钮可以切换到棒图界面。
曲线界面:切换按钮,按下此按钮可以切换到曲线界面。
报警界面:切换按钮,按下此按钮可以切换到报警界面,在报警界面内部有一个设置按钮,按此按钮可进入查看历史报警数据,可以选择时间段来进行查看历史报警数据。
设置:显示界面下的设置按钮,通过此按钮可以进入参数设置和系统设置。
5.6 (棒图)棒图显示画面棒图画面分为“对应通道棒图画面”,下图为24通道棒图画面13下图显示出棒图界面通道的具体内容,其中包含通道名称,数值和百分比棒图显示。
棒图通道也具有报警功能,当通道值大于上限报警值或者小于下限报警值时,百分比填充颜色会变成红色。
棒图界面按钮功能和显示画面界面类同。
5.7 (曲线)实时曲线画面当前曲线记录只保留单屏的显示数据,可根据观察的需要,通过改变时标来改变显示刷新的速度,各条曲线一致,并不影响FLASH记录的时间间隔。
14在实时曲线下显示当前通道的测量值, 通道号, 工位号, 工程量单位, 曲线的打点间隔, 报警状态。
量程的设定:实时曲线画面上方有可以设置X、Y轴量程的标签,曲线图会根据你设置的量程做相应的改变。
实时曲线画面按钮功能:底部的按钮类同于显示画面和棒图界面,右上脚的按钮为切换按钮,通过它可以查看更多通道的实时曲线和历时曲线。
5.8 历史曲线画面FLASH记录用于长期数据保存,一般设置的记录间隔较长;记录间隔从1秒到9999秒钟来进行选择,各通道的记录间隔一致。
根据生产过程的需要,合理设置FLASH记录的间隔,兼顾记录间隔与时间的矛盾,可以准确地反映过程参数的变化情况。
(设置记录间隔时间在显示界面下的设置按钮进入系统参数测试选择设置记录间隔时间,在下面有介绍)追忆模式下的时标不能改变,由FLASH存储的记录间隔决定。
追忆模式下时间显示为曲线右侧起点的时间。
15追忆模式下的报警状态指示仍为实时报警状态而不是记录状态。
读数光标模式用于精确显示追忆曲线各点的数值。
光标上方数值为当前通道在光标处的实际数值,同时屏幕右上方时间变为光标所在位置的时间。
在光标模式下,不能向前或向后追忆。
如下图所示的按钮,从左到右依次的作用是:向X轴左端滚动曲线一页、向X轴左端滚动曲线半页、向X轴左端滚动一个主划线位置、向X轴右端滚动一个主划线位置、向X轴右端滚动曲线半页、向X轴右端滚动曲线一页、设置。
其余的界面按钮的功能类同于实时曲线画面。
5.9 参数设置界面通过参数设置界面来对一系列的参数进行设置,其中包含通道数目、通道、16通道名称、类型、单位、量程、下下限、下限、上限、上上限、调整、记录间隔。
