后者在技术和功能上都有了较大发展,但要实现多水平信号区分、二级传送、安全灯自动转换等功能仍需要增设大量电缆及隔爆型三通、四通等,投资大、故障率高。

针对目前这种状况,我们研制生产了KXT23型数显通信声光信号装置。

该产品结构上为隔爆兼本安型设计,采用单片微控制器及调制解调技术,仅需一条四芯信号电缆,即能实现发出声、光信号、单工对讲、自动区分多水平、二级传送、红绿灯转换等功能。

技术领先、设计合理、一机多用。

可应用于皮带机巷和轨道运输巷,是目前声光信号装置中理想的更新换代产品。

2、主要技术参数3、主要功能3.1、发出声光信号、数显打点数功能在等机状态下,按下信号装置的“信号按钮”,联线上的各装置,均发出声光信号,并数字显示打点数(二级传送除外)。

3.2、自动实现二级传送功能将车房内的信号装置,设置为二级传送状态(将DTP2开关中“1”拨到数字侧,“2”拨到ON侧),井口发出打点信号时,车房及其它水平相应发出声光信号,并显示打点数;当其它水平打点时,车房内的信号装置,只有灯光及数字显示,而不发出打点声,也无127V电压输出,无须使用双联按钮,自动实现二级传送。

3.3、对讲呼叫功能在待机状态下,可实现单工对讲及呼叫功能。

按下信号装置对讲按钮,联线的所有信号装置均能听到讲话及呼叫,松开对讲按钮,信号装置均处于接收状态。

注:在绞车运行时,应禁止对讲呼叫,以免影响司机操作。

3.4、多水平数显功能将每台信号装置设置一个编码(如井口为“1”,一水平为“2”,车房不设置等),按下信号装置“信号按钮”后,其它所有联机装置都数显打点位置的编码,同时根据编码的不同而发出不同的音调,无须增加任何电缆及设备,自动实现多水平的信号区分。

使用方法:1、打开机器底部电池盖板,装入1号电池2节(停电时保持程序用),接通220V电源,首先同时按两个“复位”键两次,屏幕显示“0:00”,此时秒点闪动。

2、时钟使用说明:(1)调星期:按“星期”键调星期,按一下调一天。

(2)调时分:按“时间+”键调时、分,按一下加一,按住不放转为快加,按“时间-”调时、分,按一下减一,按住不放,转为快减。

(3)校秒:在走时状态下按一下“储存”键,时钟显示‘秒钟’,按下“时间+”键,或“时间-”键,可调整秒,再按一下“储存”键,时钟部分返回显示当前时、分状态。

编程方法:编程前应列好时间表:1、按住“编程”键五秒,星期指示灯全部闪烁,时钟显示部分显示“0:15”表示本机已进入编程状态,请求输入响铃模式和每次响铃时间,本机检有三种响铃模式供选择,可用星期键调整(每按一下星期键,变换一次,在三种模式间切换)(1)星期一至星期日批示灯全部闪(表示一周七天都打铃)(2)星期一至星期六批示灯闪,星期日不闪(表示星期一到星期六打铃,星期日不打铃)(3)星期一至星期五批示灯闪,星期六、星期日不闪(表示星期一到星期五打铃,星期六、星期日不打铃)(4)本机每次响铃时间默认为15秒,如感觉不满意可用“时间+”和“时间-”键修改,本机可在0——99秒之间任意设置打铃时间长度。

确认打铃模式和打铃长度后按“储存”键储存。

(本机在编程状态下最多能按40次“储存”键,如果输入的错误过多,请复位后重新输入。

否则将因输入错误而不能正常工作)。

将时间调到下一次欲打铃的时间,按一下“储存”键,此时“打铃”指示灯亮,表示此点输入成功。

No matter what the settings of the DSP controls, the preset is recalled when a channel is selected. You may change the DSP settings by rotating the DSP con-trols - these changes will remain active until a different channel is selected, but will not be there for later use unless they are saved. To save a new DSP preset to a channel,first make the desired DSP changes. Then press and hold the Save/Tap button for about three seconds. The Save/Tap LED will flash through three quick sequences, indicating the preset was saved. The new preset is stored for that channel and will remain in mem-ory until a new preset is stored for that channel or the factory presets are restored.We recommend making copies of page 14 of this guide for the purpose of writing down your own presets.Restoring the Factory Presets:The factory assigned DSP presets may be restored, erasing any changes you have made. Turn the amplifier off. Press and hold the Save/Tap button as you turn the amplifi-er on. The Save/Tap LED will flash through two quick sequences, indicating the factory presets have been restored.More About the Save/Tap Button:The Save/Tap button is used to set the tempo of an effect by pressing it twice within a one second time frame. The time between the two taps sets the timing of the effect. If the Save/Tap button is pressed an odd number of times (once, three times, etc.), the tim-ing will default to the maximum one second time period.The Effects and the Delays may each have a different tap speed. The default “target”for the Save/Tap button is the Delay control. To select the Effects control as the tap but-ton’s target, rotate the Effects control. POWER: Use this switch to turn the amplifier on (top of the switch depressed) and off (bottom of the switch depressed). The switch illuminates when the amplifier is turned on.2. ELECTRONIC TUNER: The electronic tuner is active whenever the amplifier is turned on, providing constant “real-time” tuning. The row of red LEDs on the left indicates which note is being tuned. When a single LED is lit, it represents the note that appears just below the LED. When two LEDs are lit, it represents the note that appears between them in the bottom row. The left green LED indicates the note is flat, and the right green LED indicates the note is sharp. The note is properly tuned when both LEDs are lit at the same time.3. CD INPUT: Use this 1/8" stereo mini jack to connect the output from a CD player, MP3 player, laptop, etc., to the amplifier. The signal at this jack is summed into a mono signal, which is sent to the internal power amp circuit. Use the output level con-trol for the signal source to adjust the signal for the proper mix with your guitar.4-6. EFFECTS: Use these controls to apply and adjust the DSP effects. Complete informa-tion on these effects is provided on page 7. 7. HIGH: This adjusts the treble frequen-cies. Use this control to attain a bright and lively sound for your instrument when using the Clean channel.8. MID: This adjusts the midrange frequen-cies. Use this control to get the best projec-tion and midrange tones for your instrument when using the Clean channel.9. LOW: This adjusts the bass frequencies. Use this control to get the best sounding bass response for your instrument when using the Clean channel.10. VOLUME: Use this control to adjust the output level of the Clean channel.11. It combines many of the great musical fea-tures that have made Fender®amplifiers the only serious choice of guitarists for over 45 years, with a few new tricks of its own.The most striking tonal feature of the Ultimate Chorus amp is its fat, full-range chorus. Unlike many other chorus designs that can make an amp sound thin or “washsy”, our classic analog circuit actually adds depth and dimension to any style of playing— whether you’re playing rhythm or solo. Also, besides the basic Volume, Treble, Mid, Bass and Reverb controls in the Normal channel, the Ultimate Chorus features completely independent Reverb and Tone controls in the Drive channel.The DRIVE channel also features exclusive Fender®Pre- & De-Emphasis Distortion circuitry based on unique Pre and Post clipper voicing filters. These filters were designed to simulate the preamp tone settings and speaker output of an overdriven tube amplifier. It is active and set to boost or cut frequencies at 250HzThis will effect the mid-low frequency signals. Turning it fully clockwise, the signal is boosted 10 db.Turning it counterclockwise, the low-mids will be rolled off -10db. Especially good for "cleaning up" muddy bass guitar overtones.7.)Hi Mid - this control is the High Midrange control. It is active and set to boost or cut frequencies at1.5KHz. This will effect the mid-high frequency signals. Turning it fully clockwise, the signal is boosted 10 db. Turning it counterclockwise, the low-mids will be rolled off -10db. Increasing this will add punch to a bass guitars' sound.8.)High - this is the high frequency control. It is active and set to boost or cut frequencies at 8KHz. This willeffect the high frequency signals. Turning it fully clockwise, the signal is boosted 15 db. Turning it counterclockwise, the highs will be rolled off -15db. This will add or subtract the high end attack of slapping style sounds or pick attack and clarity.9.)Effects On/Off - this switch engages the digital effects section.10.)Effects Level - this control adds the digital effects section and mixes it into the main signal buss. Severaldifferent effects are available.11.)Program Select - this switch will select any of eight different effects. 4- Chorus, 2- Flanges, 2- Chorus,and 2- delay.12.)Jewel Light - this jewel light lets you know that the amplifier is on.13.)Power - this switch turns on and off the AC power to the amp.Back Panel - (not pictured)Speaker Out - this is a 2 conductor 1/4" speaker output jack. This will disconnect the internal speaker and allow an external speaker cabinet to be employed. Rating is 8 ohms.Line Output - this is a 2 conductor 1/4" line output jack. This will allow an external amplifier or mixing board to be supplied with the signal from this amp. This is output is attenuated and comes from the power amp signal.Headphone Jack - this is a 1/4" 3 conductor jack for plugging headphones. It will sum the signal and put the sound in both ears, thereby creating a pseudo-stereo sound. Volume will be determined by the volume control on the channel you are on. It will disconnect the internal speaker when plugged into. This will allow quiet practicing.Footswitch- this is a mono 1/4” jack. Plug a single non LED type footswitch (optional) into this jack to turn the digital effects on and off.4.) Notch - this control is a dramatic cut filter. It is "notched" at a rate of -15db. The width of the notch is set atone octave and can be swept from 45 Hz to 1KHz. It will create a very precise subtraction of undesirable overtones or allow you to fine tune your tone settings.Suggested Settings(These settings are general starting points. Theyare designed to get you close to the sound you are looking for. If the control is not shown, then it doesn't apply to this particular sound. )Traditional Electric Bass Setting - in this setting the amplifier will deliver a standard electric bass sound. Whether you are playing rock, country, blues or gospel, this setting will get you close.Because of the Active EQ, you will be able to dial in your preferences from here. If you play with a pick and want less top end attack on the notes, roll off a bit of the High control. If it's deeper bottom your looking for, add more low and low mid. The key is to experiment to achieve your own personal sound.Funk "Slap" Sounds - this style of music needs a good strong attack sound with lots of top end. Usually a hollowed out middle will produce the extra top end necessary for the punch needed for this style of music. If you are using a more thumb style, a bit more low end and volume might be needed for your particular style of playing. Or less if you really hit it hard. Even though this is a practice or rehearsal level amplifier, it will deliver the punch and clarity that you require. Remember to try this amp with an additional speaker plugged in. You'll be nicely surprised.Alternative Style - this setting is designed for a upper end punch and edge that will cut through most any sound. This style will work well with pick or fingers and will add a touch of distortion to the sound as well. Make sure your instrument's volume control is up all the way. Since you are adding volume, you need to be careful with the actual amount of e.q.. you use as it also can add distortion to the sound. Also, you may want to use a compressor pedal in the signal chain before the amp to give it a smoother sound but still "edgy". 操作使用
1、使用时打开侧面电池开关。

2、不操作键盘时60秒钟自动上锁,右下角显示键盘已锁,除打铃键。

3、开锁:连按4次“取消/恢复”键,自动开锁。

4、分别按“星期、时、分”,调整北京时间。

5、打铃时间默认20 秒,可设定1~99秒可调。

如设定错误或取消设定按(取消)键。

再按一次恢复原来的设定。

无设定时显示(---:--)。

6.检查:按(设定)键检查所设定的时间是否正确。

7、修改:请在该设定处按(取消)键,然后重新设定该定时开关的时间和星期。

8、结束检查:按(时钟)结束检查及设定,显示时钟。

9、手动控制:按(手动打铃)键,即可实现随意的打铃运行。

10、以上调试完毕连接电铃,插上电源插头,控制面板上红灯亮表示已有电源。

按一下“手动打铃”键绿灯亮同时控制器有电从两只接线输出到电铃上。

注意事项:
1、打铃器后面二只接线柱输出电压220V AC,直接接到电铃上。

2、打铃时间的设定、不能交叉设定,应按时间顺序设定。

3、学校在放假时期间不必切断电源,只需在控制器后面把开关打在“关”方向。

四、简单编程(实例):编程前先列好时间表(如下表)。

⑴清除内部程序:按“编程”键3秒,屏幕显示“Y-:15”,星期灯全闪,音乐1灯亮,按“确认”键,显示“07:00”,再按“清除”键3秒清除内部所有程序直至显示“Y-:15”,进入星期及音乐设置模式状态。

⑵星期模式设置:按“星期”键,直至星期一至日灯全闪,表示一周七天全打铃。

⑶音乐模式设置:音乐灯1亮,显示“Y-:15”按“+”5次调整至显示“Y-:20”;再按“音乐2”,音乐2灯亮,按“+”1次调整直至显示“Y-:16”;再按“音乐3”,音乐3灯亮,按“-”3次调整至显示“Y-:12”;再按“音乐4”,音乐4灯亮,按“-”7次调整至显示“Y-:08”,按“确认”键,星期模式及音乐模式设置的信息存入打铃器中,此时星期灯全闪,显示“07:00”表示进入打铃点设置状态。

一次性编入程序后即可每天周期性重复工作。

该机设计新颖,性能可靠,安装方便,结构特别合理,还具有同类产品中前所为有的最简单操作。

该机耗电省,具有断电储存记忆作息时间,继续精确计时功能,操作采用轻触开关,屏幕有提示显示,为编程带来方便,是属于新一代电脑型高性能耐用打零仪。

正红CN2100H不受停电影响,交直流二用全自动转换,特别适应于经常停电,或无交流电源的地方使用。

直流电可用12V蓄电瓶或普通一号干电池8节(12V),当交流停电时自动转换成直流打铃。

直流打铃时为减轻耗电量,时钟显示屏不亮,并且不能作任何键操作。

仪器照样正常工作。

如12V电铃响度不够,请更换机外电池及电瓶充电。

一、 用途:电铃主要供中学物理教学使用,用来说明电铃的结构域工作原理
及电磁铁的应用
二、 结构:电铃主要由底座支架、电磁铁、黄片及触电、小锤、铃盘以及接
线柱、触电调节装置组成,如图所示:
三、 工作原理及使用方法:接通电源之前,先检查簧片触点与调节杆是
否接触良好,且黄片弹性适中,然后两接线端输入3~6V 直流电流,电铃即开始工作,发出清脆的铃声。

其工作原理是:当 电流接通时,电磁铁通电产生磁力,吸引簧片一侧的铁片,小锤击打铃盘一次,同时常闭触点断开,电磁铁断电,磁力消除,簧片由于弹性恢复到原来的位置,使触电与调节杆再次接触,电路通电,如此通电、断电循环往复。

四、 维护保养与注意事项:1、仪器应放在通风干燥处保存,以免金属件
生锈和线圈老化;2、勿长时间通电,以免电磁铁发热损坏。

6、按“S2”键,进入第一次响铃时间设置状态,屏幕显示时位数字闪动。

10、按“S1”键,存入第一次响铃的设置,同时进入第二次响铃的响铃方式设置状态,屏幕显示11、重复5 -10 步,设置第二、三、…次响铃的响铃方式及晌铃时向,直到将所需要的多次响铃的响铃方式和响铃时间全部设置完毕并存入,此时屏幕显示为第一次响铃的响铃方式设置状态,用户可不必设置,直接进入下一步。

1、概述目前在皮带运输巷和提升运输巷使用的信号装置大致有两类,一类是传统的隔爆型电磁式电铃;另一类是组合式声光信号电铃,其中有一些具有单工对讲功能。

后者在技术和功能上都有了较大发展,但要实现多水平信号区分、二级传送、安全灯自动转换等功能仍需要增设大量电缆及隔爆型三通、四通等,投资大、故障率高。

针对目前这种状况,我们研制生产了KXT23型数显通信声光信号装置。

该产品结构上为隔爆兼本安型设计,采用单片微控制器及调制解调技术,仅需一条四芯信号电缆,即能实现发出声、光信号、单工对讲、自动区分多水平、二级传送、红绿灯转换等功能。

技术领先、设计合理、一机多用。

可应用于皮带机巷和轨道运输巷,是目前声光信号装置中理想的更新换代产品。

2、主要技术参数3、主要功能3.1、发出声光信号、数显打点数功能在等机状态下,按下信号装置的“信号按钮”,联线上的各装置,均发出声光信号,并数字显示打点数(二级传送除外)。

3.2、自动实现二级传送功能将车房内的信号装置,设置为二级传送状态(将DTP2开关中“1”拨到数字侧,“2”拨到ON侧),井口发出打点信号时,车房及其它水平相应发出声光信号,并显示打点数;当其它水平打点时,车房内的信号装置,只有灯光及数字显示,而不发出打点声,也无127V电压输出,无须使用双联按钮,自动实现二级传送。

3.3、对讲呼叫功能在待机状态下,可实现单工对讲及呼叫功能。

按下信号装置对讲按钮,联线的所有信号装置均能听到讲话及呼叫,松开对讲按钮,信号装置均处于接收状态。

注:在绞车运行时,应禁止对讲呼叫,以免影响司机操作。

3.4、多水平数显功能将每台信号装置设置一个编码(如井口为“1”,一水平为“2”,车房不设置等),按下信号装置“信号按钮”后,其它所有联机装置都数显打点位置的编码,同时根据编码的不同而发出不同的音调,无须增加任何电缆及设备,自动实现多水平的信号区分。

3.5、安全灯自动转换功能在轨道运输中当绞车起动时,可对车房内信号装置输入36V电压信号或工作闸继电器常开接点信号,每个水平都可自动实现安全灯转换,而无需重新架设电缆。

3.6、打点信号电压输出功能本装置可输出与打点信号同步的电压信号,当设置为二级传送状态时,只有DIP8编码为“1”的信号装置发出的信号,H、I端子才有127V电压输出,编码不为“1”的信号装置发出的信号,H、I端子无127V电压输出。

当不用二级传送时,任意位置发出信号,H、I端子均有127V电压输出。

4、结构原理原理框图见附图<一>。

该装置为隔爆兼本安型设计,由隔爆腔、本安腔、电源板、主机板构成。

采用单片微控制器及调制解调技术,以实现声音、数字信号的传输及各种控制功能。

对讲声音,由送话器经过放大送主处理器,然后通过调制解调器加到电源线上,接收机把电源线上的信号经调制解调器,通过主处理器,把声音信号还原出来。

经功率放大后,驱动扬声器发声。

位置数据信号通过打点控制,使主处理器经调制解调器把信号送入电源线上,接收机则把信号经调制解调器送入主处理器,主处理器经过运算后送入位置数据显示和信号计数显示电路。

5、使用方法5.1、对讲使用方法对讲时,按下面板下端的“对讲按钮”,通过中间小孔,声音信号传送到所有联机上,讲完后松开“对讲按钮”,则处于接听状态。

5.2、打点信号使用方法打点时,按下“信号按钮”,则本系统的所有信号装置,均数字显示发出打点信号的位置编码及打点数,两个发光二极管会发出红光,扬声器发出铃声。

发信号时,两次信号的间隔不大于0.8秒时,信号将累加计数,如果大于0.8秒,则信号数重新从1开始计数,视为另一组打点。

要求两次按下信号按钮的时间间隔不小于0.1秒。

6、安装及设置方法6.1、皮带机巷信号装置的安装方法皮带机巷信号装置的安装示意图、接线端子图见附图<二>。

6.1.1、电源线安装安装时将第一台右侧的A端子、B端子接127V信号综保,接地线接外壳,左侧的A端子、B端子及A1端子接第二台右侧的A端子、B端子、A1端子,线顺序要一致,第二台左侧再接第三台右侧,依次类推,并把所有机壳与地线连接好。

6.1.2、编码设置将所有联机本安腔内的DIP2开关中的“1”拨到ON位置,“2”拨到数字侧(出厂时已设置完成),把第一台的DIP8开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,第二台DIP8开关中的“2”拨到ON侧,其余各台依次类推,设置一个不重复的编码即可。

6.2、小型轨道绞车信号装置的安装方法小型轨道绞车信号装置安装示意图、接线端子图见附图<三>。

注:多部绞车共用1台信号综保时,必须拨下位于本安腔(装置下部)电路板上的DJX插件。

6.2.1、电源线安装安装时,将第一台右侧的A端子、B端子接127V信号综保,接地线接外壳,左侧的A端子、B端子及A1端子接第二台右侧的A端子、B端子、A1端子,接线顺序要一致,第二台左侧再接第三台右侧,依次类推,并把所有机壳与地线连接好。

6.2.2、安全灯安装绞车房内的信号装置右侧的D端子、E端子接来自80N或120N开关输出的36V电压控制信号(开车时有36V输出,停车时无36V输出),其它联机各台此两端子悬空,将每台左侧的F端子接安全灯公共线,G端子接绿灯,R端子接红灯。

6.2.3、与(行车不行人)语音报警信号装置连接方法将本信号装置的电源线A、B接到语音报警信号装置的电源侧,将隔爆腔内R端子接到语音报警信号装置的触发端,具体安装时要参照语音报警信号装置的说明书。

如果语音报警信号装置不能正常工作,则可能是触发相位不对,将A、B相电源对调即可。

6.2.4、编码设置编码设置开关为DIP8开关,二级传送为DIP2开关,都设在本安腔内的线路板上。

6.2.4.1不用二级传送时的设置方法将所有联机主机板(位于装置下半部)上DIP2开关中“1”拨到ON侧,“2”拨到数字侧(出厂设置)。

将井口信号装置主机板上DIP8开关中“1”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;下一台DIP8开关“2”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;依次设置一个不重复的编码。

注:每台只能将一个拨码拨到数字侧,否则发不出信号。

6.2.4.2、使用二级传送时的设置方法将绞车房信号装置主板上DIP2开关中的“1”拨到数字侧,“2”拨到ON侧(与出厂设置相反);DIP8开关中的8个开关都拨到数字侧。

将井口及其它各台信号装置主机板上DIP2开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,“2”拨到数字侧(与出厂设置相同)。

将井口DIP8开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;下一台信号装置DIP8开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;依次设置一个不重复的编码即可。

6.3、大型轨道绞车信号装置的安装方法大型轨道绞车的安装示意图、接线端子图见附图<四>。

6.3.1、电源线的安装安装时将第一台右侧的A端子、B端子等接127V信号综保,接地线接外壳,左侧的A端子、B端子及A1端子接第二台右侧的A端子、B端子、A1端子,接线顺序要一致,第二台左侧再接第三台右侧,依次类推,并把所有机壳与地线连接好。

6.3.2、安全灯安装将大绞车工作闸继电器GZJ的一组空闲常开点,接于车房内信号装置右侧的E端子和A1端子,其它联机各台E端子悬空,将每台信号装置左侧的F端子接公共线,G端子接绿灯,R端子接红灯。

6.3.3、与(行车不行人)语音报警信号装置连接方法将本信号装置的电源线A、B接到语音报警信号装置的电源侧,将隔爆腔内R端子接到语音报警信号装置触发端,具体安装时要参照语音报警信号装置的说明书。

如果语音报警信号装置不能正常工作,则可能是触发相位不对,将A、B 相电源对调即可。

6.3.4、信号继电器与绞车后备保护信号的安装本信号装置中的右侧端子H和I将输出与打点信号同步的127V电压,此电压可供给电控系统中的信号继电器用,也可以供后备保护作为打点信号用,容量为127V、1A。

在二级传送状态,只有DIP8开关设置为“1”的信号装置发出信号时,车房内信号装置的H、I端子才输出127V电压,其它编码的信号装置发出信号时,H、I端子才输出127V电压,其它编码的信号装置发出信号时,H、I端子无127V电压输出,与绞车保护配合实现信号闭锁。

6.3.5、编码设置编码设置开关为DIP8,二级传送开关为DIP2,均设置在本安腔内的线路板上。

6.3.5.1、不用二级传送时的设置方法将所有联机主机板(位于装置下半部)上DIP开关中“1”拨到ON侧,“2”拨到数字侧(出厂设置)。

将井口信号装置主机板上DIP8开关中“1”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;下一台DIP8开关“2”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;依次设置一个不重复的编码。

注:每台只能将一个拨码拨到数字侧,否则发不出信号。

6.3.5.2、使用二级传送时的设置方法将绞车房信号装置主机板上DIP2开关中的“1”拨到数字侧,“2”拨到ON 侧(与出厂设置相反);DIP8开关中的8个开关都拨到数字侧。

将井口及其它各台信号装置主板上DIP2开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,“2”拨到数字侧(与出厂设置相同)。

将井口DIP8开关中的“1”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;下一台信号装置DIP8开关“2”拨到ON侧,其余在数字侧;依次设置一个不重复的编码即可。

7、简单故障处理8、安装使用注意事项8.1、安装前要认真阅读说明书,并作好常规防爆性能检查,注意工作电压与装置额定电压是否一致。

8.2、接线时应注意所有联机为A、B、A1端子顺序必须一致,以免造成信号装置损坏或通信不正常。

8.3、本安腔(装置下半部分)打开时,要向上侧或右侧轻轻翻转,不要用力拉扯,以免拉断扬声器连接线。

8.4、多部绞车共用一个信号综保时,必须拨下位于本安腔电路板上的DJX 插件。

(拨下后,注意保存)8.5、本安腔内带电改变编码时,应先将原拨码拨回,然后再拨新码,拨码时不要用力过大,以免损坏拨码开关。

不可同时拨两个或两个以上编码,否则发不出打点信号。

8.6、防爆腔内127V电压输出端子H、I外接电铃、继电器时,总负载功率应不大于100W;H、I端子不能并接其它电源,以免烧坏可控硅。

8.7、每次打点响铃时间必须大于0.1秒,一组信号的两次打点间隔必须大于0.1秒而小于0.8秒,两组信号间隔要大于0.8秒。

8.8、距话筒0.3m左右对讲时,声音更清晰。

8.9、本安腔上面的小孔为话筒孔,右侧为发声孔。

不可有异物塞入此孔。

8.10、隔爆腔上盖前应涂抹凡士林。

8.11、不准在A、B相与A1间另加按钮,否则会造成装置损坏。

8.12、根据规程要求,信号装置电源必须专用,禁止其它设备从本装置内借用电源,语言报警信号和安全灯除外。

9、售后服务请仔细阅读说明书,一般电工即可安装,我公司不派专人安装,出现非人为故障保修6个月,并长期有偿服务。
