摘要
职业素质是一个人可否进入职业以及能否胜任职业工作的条件, 包括有胜任职业的思想品德、文化修养、专业知识、专业技能和职业能力等。学生职业素质的高低, 直接关系到他们的出路和学校的发展, 学校各项工作都应以培养高素质的职业人才为核心。如何培养适合社会进步和发展的有用人才历来是高校学生培养所关心的重要内容。对于刚刚跨人高校的大学生来说,最关注的“热点”也是如何在大学中成才,为将来服务社会打下良好基础。而在竞争日益激烈的当今社会里,用人单位也是越来越重视求职者的职业素质和职业发展能力,这也成为了人才胜任能力的重要标志。为了使高校毕业生能迅速适应角色转化而具备较强的职业竞争能力, 在校期间的职业素质培养教育至关重要。
本文从职业素质教育的内涵研究出发,着重关注受教育对象的心理特点、职业价值取向、职业关键能力分析,并在此基础上综合国内外关于大学生职业素质教育的理论研究及实践经验总结,总结出大学生职业素质培养的理论体系。
与已有的研究成果相比较,本文的创新之处集中体现在注重职业素质培养过程的完善以及全面的以人为本的培养理念上。在职业素质的培养理念与目标、职业课程的建设思想与方法、职业教师能力的构成与培养以及校企合作模式与内涵的观念创新四个环节提出自己的新的观点和主张。

ABSTRACT
Occupational quality is a prerequisite which a person can enter and be competent for the work, including qualified occupational morality, culture, professional knowledge, professional skills and occupational ability. Training high-quality talents is the core of school work which directly related to their future and the development of the school. We take how to cultivate suitable students for the development of society in university as important content. For students, just entered university, How to be talent is a focus for concern which will lay a good foundation for social services in future. In the increasingly fierce competition society, Employers pay much attention seekers occupational quality and occupation development ability which has become the important symbol of personnel competency. So it is vital important to train occupational quality in order that make the graduates can quickly adapt to the role transformation and be of strong occupation competition ability.
The article angles from The connotation of occupational quality education and focus on the students’psychological characteristics, value orientation, occupational ability analysis, which integrated occupational quality theory and practice experience from domestic and foreign students, which formed the college students' occupation training system.
Compared with the existing research results, innovation of this article which emphasis on occupation quality training process and improve the comprehensive people-oriented culture concept. It put forward their own new views and ideas from idea and goal of the occupational education, idea and method of occupation curriculum construction, structure and cultivation of teachers’ ability, concept of innovation mode and connotation the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
