活动过程:
一、柴主任讲话
近几年,随着新课程改革的逐步深入,我们越来越感到新教材给我们农村中学的英语教师和学生带来一定的压力。
由于我们的学生在小学英语基础普遍较差,再加上素质教育下,课时少、任务重,使我们的初中英语教学工作步履维艰。
针对这一现象,我们经过几年的实践探索,终于找到一条适合农村中学,有效提高学生学习兴趣、提高课堂效率的方法——集体备课。
今天上午,我们英语组开展集体备课活动,希望大家充分利用这次宝贵的机会,交流各自在备课方面的优秀经验,促进我校英语备课水平的整体提高。
二、林业庭发言:
本学期英语集体备课安排
1、制定计划:我们以年级组为单位,成立三个备课组,教研组长亲手抓,集体备课组长全负责。
除了每天在一起商讨外,每周四确定为
集体备课时间。
为了减轻教师的工作量,并且切实提高教学质量,每学期第一周,教研组长组织三个备课组一块商讨分工。
主要讨论本学期的教学方向、重点研讨内容、教学时间的安排等宏观性的问题。
为了让每位教师发挥特长,我们不指定哪位教师负责哪些单元,而是让每位教师选定自己比较拿手的单元。
这样能使备课教师的长处融合成全组教师的共同的长处,可以避免个性短处可能给教学造成的损失。
2、具体步骤:我们每次成功的集体备课都是经过个人初备、集体讨论、个性修改、集体反思四个步骤:
1)、个人初备:备课教师要认真专研教材,把握教材知识体系和编排特点。
要突出重点,
突破难点,抓住关键,制定出有独创性的设计方案。
同时还要提出自己感到棘手的问题,有疑惑的地方,以供集体研讨时探讨。
2)、集体讨论:一般采取说课的方式,进行深入的集体探讨。
按照“再分析——查缺漏——提建议——添方法”的要求,互动交流,把对教材的处理、目标的制定、教法的选用、学法的指导、过程的设计调整到最佳程度。
我们集中讨论课堂教学方法与过程,对教案的设计进行讨论、补充和完善,并对大家提出的共性、困惑与疑问共同讨论。
3)、个性修改:在集体讨论的基础上,教师再对预案内容做深入的推敲、斟酌,进行必要的增删,甚至再创造,更好的体现自己的个性与特长,达到个性与共性的完美结合。
4)、集体反思:教师要对教学实践过程中的启发、灵感、收获与不足进行反思交流,总结经验教训,扬长避短。
3、主要内容:集体备课主要解决教学目标、教学重点与难点、课前预习内容、教学步骤及学生学习方法等。
做到教学目标设计明确,教学过程设计符合学生实际,教学方式与学习方法设计灵活,练习题设计有针对性。
由于当前教材每部分教学内容多、教学任务繁重,所以我们集体备课的方向主要是如何整合教材内容、有效利用教学资源、取舍教学活动,从而构建高效课堂。
