企业偿债能力分析——以格力电器为例

摘要：企业偿债能力分析是指对企业能够反映自身偿还债务能力的相关指标进行计算后，对所得结果进行分析的一个过程，包含短期和长期两个方面的偿债能力分析。企业的偿债能力大小在很大程度上决定了该企业未来能否健康稳定的发展下去，而在日常的偿债能力分析过程中，最关键的便是对可以反映企业偿债能力的相关指标的数值计算。偿债能力指标的大小能够较为客观的反映企业整体的偿债能力，企业的偿债能力已经不仅仅是企业自身关注的财务因素，也更是企业外部的利益相关者们非常关心的企业数据。所以，对于企业自身而言，若想在经营过程中不断地吸引投资以及筹集发展所需的资金，必须要重视对企业偿债能力的增强。本文以国内知名上市公司格力电器为例，借助计算相关的偿债能力分析指标，并且对所得数据进行定性与定量分析，探究格力电器在偿债能力方面的问题，并且结合数据和计算结果提出合理建议，帮助格力电器未来更好的存续和发展。

Analysis on the solvency of Enterprises -- Taking GREE electric appliance as an example

Abstract：The analysis of the solvency of the enterprise refers to a process of analysis of the results, including two aspects of short-term and long-term solvency analysis. The size of the enterprise's solvency determines whether the enterprise can develop healthily and stably in the future, and in the process of daily solvency analysis, the most important thing is to calculate the numerical calculation of the relevant indicators that can reflect the solvency of the enterprise. The size of the debt solvency index can objectively reflect the overall solvency of the enterprise. The solvency of the enterprise is not only the financial factor that the enterprise pays attention to, but also the enterprise data which the stakeholders concerned very much. Therefore, for the enterprises themselves, if they want to attract investment and raise the funds needed in the process of operation, we must pay more attention to the strengthening of the solvency of the enterprises. This paper, taking GREE electric appliance of well-known listed company in China as an

example, uses the calculation of related debt solvency analysis index, and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the obtained data, explores the problems of GREE electric appliance in debt paying ability, and puts forward reasonable suggestions with data and calculation results to help GREE electrical appliance to be better in the future.

一、引言

随着我国社会经济水平的不断提高，市场经济制度的不断完善，企业是否有偿还到期债务的能力，关系到其自身未来能否继续存续以及健康稳定的发展下去。企业的负债程度会极大地影响自身经营的财务状况，过重的债务压力将对企业后期的生产经营活动带来财务风险，同时企业的偿债能力指标是企业以及其相关利益者们都非常关心的数值。因为偿债能力指标的大小能够影响外部投资者的投资回报率以及对企业投资所承担的风险水平，并且决定了银行以及外部债权人能否收回出借企业资金的本金和利息。偿债能力和对负债的保障程度对企业的经营活动影响深远，几乎企业所有的筹资和融资以及经营管理等活动都会受到偿债能力的影响，好的偿债能力可以带来好的商业信誉。

因此，偿债能力的好坏可以反映企业的财务状况与经营成果的好坏，当今社会，偿债能力关系到企业以及更多外部投资者们的利益。因此，若想提升企业的偿债能力，必须细致的地计算和分析相关偿债能力指标。格力电器作为国内一家老牌上市公司，并且连续12年入选美国《财富》杂志的“中国上市公司100强”，对于中国的电器公司而言具有很强的代表性，本论文通过计算衡量企业偿债能力的重要指标，并且结合考虑格力电器公司的综合现状，对反应其短期和长期偿债能力的相关指标进行计算和分析，尝试探寻格力电器的不足之处，同时提出几点优化和提升格力电器偿债能力的相关建议，以达到帮助其更好的运营和发展的目的。

二、文献综述

现在国内社会经济发展水平越来越高，企业偿债能力作为分析企业财务情况的重要方面，受到了国内外专家学者的广泛关注和探究，很多学者的观点也非常值得我们借鉴与思考。
