本次比赛是由中央电视台主办,河南洛阳海外联谊服务中心承办的。
那在比赛开始之前,先让我们一起了解一下本次比赛的规则和评分标准。
本次大赛分为三个环节，今天将要进行的是第一环节即兴回答，和第二环节才艺表演，这两部分的比赛。
明天上午进行第三环节，命题演讲。
那选手的排名是按照这两天，三个环节所得分数相加，得出最后的总分来排序的。
在最后，我们将在明天下午4点半进行最终的颁奖典礼。
首先选手请按照抽到的序号，提前做好准备，依次登台。
分别进行即兴回答和才艺展示。
这两个环节都是限时1分半，也就是90秒，超时会由主持人打断。
我们现场只能为选手提供一个麦克，在才艺展示的时候如果选手需要准备道具的话，我们会给出20秒的时间让你准备。
但是如果准备时间超时的话就会按违规弃权处理。
所以请选手把握好时间！同时还要提醒选手下台后别忘了保存好自己的号码牌，明天将不再抽号，而且选手必须凭借号码牌和参赛证才能参加第二天的比赛。
在选手两个环节都结束后，评委进行打分，我们会去掉一个最高分，和一个最低分，剩下的分数相加，就是这位选手的最终得分。
同时为了以示公正，前三位选手的得分情况我们会在第四位选手结束后公布，第四位选手的成绩将在第五位选手结束后公布，以此类推。
同时现场的观众朋友们，也请您尊重我们的比赛，不要给选手任何提示，并把手机调至静音状态。
