摘要
非接触供电是一种能以电气非接触方式,将功率从功率输送机提供到功率接收机的供电系统,其中功率输送组件连接到功率输送机以及功率接收组件连接到功率接收机。功率输送组件具有用于输送功率的多个输送侧线圈以及用于接通/断开输送侧线圈的操作的多个输送侧开关。功率接收组件具有用于接收功率的多个接收侧线圈、用于接通/断开接收侧线圈的操作的多个接收侧开关,另外,具有用于执行控制以便操作在实现最高功率输送效率的组合中的输送侧线圈的任何一个和接收侧线圈的任何一个的判定电路。
非接触供电系统是一种通过非机械接触的方式进行电力和信号输送的技术,主要应用于agv、起重机和ems单轨输送系统中。非接触供电系统的工作原理类似于变压器的初级/次级线圈的变压原理。在变压器中,初级和次级线圈缠绕在一个封闭的磁铁上,cps系统将初级线圈“延伸”为一个很长的回路,而次级线圈则缠绕在一个开放的磁铁上并且围绕着初级线圈,因此可以允许两个线圈互相之间进行移动,并且通过20khz的高频传输频率,使传输性能达到最优化。
Abstract
