摘要

近些年来，随着城市化进程的加快，在经济发展的同时，也给社会带来了巨大的压力，城市住宅小区也因此被提上了一个新高度。城市居民住宅小区的安全防范系统建设以及成为了人们生活质量高低的标准。而建立一个智能化小区的关键就在于如何建立一个稳定安全的安防监控系统。智能化系统真是在这一前提下，伴随着住宅建设的高层而提出来的新概念。住宅建设产业正日益成为我国国民经济新的增长点，这一概念也必将得到广泛的讨论，变得越来越清晰，体现得越来越具体。

小区智能化系统的作用主要体现在异乡几个方面：

1、住宅小区智能化系统能够提高住宅、社区的安全防范程度

2、住宅小区智能化能够为小区住户提高生活方便和信息服务

3、住宅小区智能化系统为物业管理提高先进的管理手段及终端的增值

建立一个全天候安防监控系统，由闭路电视监控系统、巡更系统、门禁管理系统、周围防范系统、停车管理系统、可视对讲系统等组成。

ABSTRACT

Role of small intelligent system is mainly reflected in the foreign land: 1, residential intelligent system can improve residential, community safety degree to prevent 2, residential district intelligent can for community residents to improve life convenient and information services, residential intelligent system for property management improve the value of advanced management method and terminal to establish a 24-hour security monitoring system, by closed-circuit television monitoring system, patrol system, access control system, peripheral prevention system, parking management system, video intercom system composed of.
