Our company sticks to HSE policy of “Safety First, Precaution Primary”, implements various rules upon safe construction of the State Dept., the Ministry of Construction and the local government and defines safe construction in construction plan and management plan to ensure safety and health of construction workers to promote construction through safety. Meanwhile, our company will strengthen construction safety management, cascade responsibilities to specific persons, inspect regularly and rectify in earnest to prevent accident from occurring. Due to plenty of overlapped construction and difficulties of site management, our company will conduct site management on the basis of actual situations and according to requirements of safe and civilized construction of the State Dept., the Ministry of Construction, local govt. and Owner‟s.本项目施工过程的任何失误都将影响业主的使用计划和企业形象。

3、建设单位不得对勘察、设计、施工、工程监理等单位提出 不符合建设工程安全生产法律、法规和强制性标准规定的要求, 不得压缩合同约定的工期。

2, Development unit should provide construction unit with the information of construction site and adjacent area water supply, drainage, power supply, gas supply, heat supply, communication, broadcasting television and other underground pipeline data, meteorological and hydrological observation data. Adjacent buildings, structures, underground engineering information. Ensure that the information or data is true, accurate and complete. As construction needs, when construction unit inquiry information to related department, should provide in time.

2、建设单位应当向施工单位提供施工现场及毗邻区域内供水、排 水、供电、供气、供热、通信、广播电视等地下管线资料,气象和水 文观测资料,相邻建筑物和构筑物、地下工程的有关资料,并保证资 料的真实、准确、完整。建设单位因建设工程需要,向有关部门或者 单位查询前款规定的资料时,有关部门或者单位应当及时提供。

★建立有效的安全管理组织机构。 ★明确各有关单位责任和各级人员的安全责任。 ★确定安全目标,签订安全责任状。 ★各施工单位为实现安全目标制定相应的安全施工管理方案,编制安全事故应 急救援预案。 ★制定并坚持安全例会制度。 ★组织定期和不定期的安全文明施工检查,及时解决施工中存在安全隐患和问 题。
