•PFFA系列阀门无橡胶密封、满足三高井口工况要求。 •阀盖和阀体,阀板和阀座均采用金属密封。 •阀体和阀座,内密封圈提供预压力,外密封圈形成密封 。属于后密封。 •阀板两边密封表面喷焊Ni60(或碳化钨),具有良好 的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能,厚度≥1mm。 •阀座密封面堆焊钨铬钴合金,具有很强的抗磨损能力, 非磁性物质,厚度0.8-1.2mm,42-48HRC。(造价昂 贵) •阀盖和阀杆设计有倒密封结构,便于带压更换阀杆密封 圈。 •阀盖一侧设有密封脂注入阀,以便补充密封脂,提高阀 板、阀座的密封性能及润滑性。 •开关扭矩很小,即使在带压情况下也可单人单手操作
