《新课标》要求把时间让给学生,要求采取“以学生为主,教师为辅”的教学手段。
我们很多时候是做不到的。
农村的教学设施简陋,学生素质较低,这让我们的英语教学遇到很大的困难,如何提高英语教学成绩我们的一些做法是:1.听和读:从初一开始,我就要求学生买磁带或是从学习机上下载相应的听力材料。
每天至少听15分钟,边听边跟读,这样大部分的单词基本上都会读了。
在初一第一学期,我就教了音标,一些学生能运用音标来读单词,不会读的跟磁带学,还有再不会的,我会让科代表在早自习或是下午自习的时候教读。
这样就能节约时间,使课堂有更多的时间进行情境交际了。

我们可以利用录音机的录音、放音功能,为学生创设情景。

二、备课组同课异构活动本学期,教研组公开课开课率达到100%。
除张泽辉老师产假以外,其余老师全部参与公开课。
以往的公开课都是老师们自己选内容来上,往往都会选自己擅长的,好上的部分。
而且每个老师的内容不一样,相处几年,大家都熟悉了,似乎都对这种方式疲惫了。

今天有幸能和在座的各位一起交流小学英语教研组工作,这对我们更好地开展教研组工作来说是一次难得的学习机会,同时也是对我们教研组工作的一次鞭策和鼓励。
在这里我想把我们学校英语教研组在这近几年来的工作和感受向大家作个汇报。
一、领导高度重视,从思想上有了更高的认识。
随着新课程改革的全面推进,小学英语教学越来越普及和规范,随着我们学校档次的不断提升,学校领导对我们英语教研组也越来越重视,对小学英语教学提出了更高的要求,这使我们对自身工作有了更高的认识和定位。
记得两年前的一次英语教研活动中,我们校长就对我们英语教师暗示,在接下去的几年里,她要重点抓我们学校的英语教学,我们也明白,以后的教学任务一定会越来越繁重。
新学期开学,校长亲自参加我们英语教研组第一次活动,对我们提出要求和希望,要求我们做一个有底气的老师。
她凭自己的教学经验对怎样提高英语教学质量,提出了许多宝贵的建议。
在以后的英语教研活动中,她每次参加我们的听课,评课,特别是对我们在课堂教学中存在的问题毫不留情地批评指正,关注课堂教学中任何一个细节,哪怕是教师手举卡片的姿势,她也要亲自示范。
要求我们教师用自己的教学理念,让学生喜欢老师,让学生喜欢英语。
二、制度逐步健全,在工作上保障教研活动顺利进行。
1. 在学生学习方面,为了培养学生英语学习的积极态度,重视英语学习,提高英语地位,学校制定各种学习制度,首先,期末调研制度。
学校规定期末和语文数学一样,进行期末英语调研,统一考试,调换改卷,并规定期末英语成绩达到优秀,才能评优秀学生。
其次,英语早读制度。
我们在早读课的安排上作了一些调整:为了提高早自修的英语学习效率,每班一星期一次英语早自修,英语老师每天去不同的班级,亲自指导学生,大大增多了学生学习英语的时间,形成了学生学习英语的良好氛围。
第三,各种比赛制度。
每学期我们结合教研室活动举行各种竞赛,如五年级英语书写比赛,迎国庆英语十佳口语能手比赛,英语讲故事比赛等,还成立英语社团,培养英语尖子生。
常年的活动,为学生留下了成长的足迹,为我校在市、区各级各类比赛中获得佳绩奠定了基础。
2、在教师的教学方面,以青蓝工程为载体,新老教师相互学习,认真开展教研组活动。
以外出学习为桥梁,认真向名师学习教学经验,提高自身的教育教学素养。
1)校内实施“青蓝”工程制度。
对于备课、上课、作业批改等日常教学环节,我们注重细节,从不马虎,总能不折不扣地去完成,就改作来说吧,我们规定不能一页只打一个大大的对号,几小题就要求有几个小对号,每页要有日期和等级,学生订正后教师必须及时批改等等。
青蓝工程要求我们学校的四位年轻教师每月上一节组内公开课,要求全员参与评课,要有师傅评课摘录,要求徒弟每月一个案例反思,每两个星期看课堂实录一节,等等。
年轻老师们都能认真完成教学任务,虚心反思,磨课,试教,再磨课,再试教,不断提升自己的业务水平,增加自己的教学经验,也充分调动学生的学习积极性、主动性,真正做到以人为本,使学生成为学习的主人,从而达到理想的学习效果。
2)校外进行名师指导,上汇报课制度。
为不断促进教师专业成长,实现学习成果共享,学校尽最大可能为教师创造外出学习机会的同时,规定了教师外出学习汇报制度。
学校要求外出学习教师要认真听课,做好笔记,搜集相关资料,通过讲座、汇报课或书面汇报等形式,扩大了教师的学习面,有力地促进了全校教师业务能力和科研水平的不断提高。
另外,我们两次请教研员给我们年轻教师进行听课评课指导,使他们尽快适应小学英语的教学,更好地发挥自己的特长,形成各具特色的教学风格,努力向名师队伍迈进。
三、团队精进合作,在参加各类活动中提升师生素质。
我们教研组发扬团结协作的精神,积极参加教研室组织的各项教育教学评比活动,以提高师生的英语素养。
鼓励年轻教师抓住机遇,自我加压。
开学初,学校根据教研室的各种比赛活动,制定比赛得奖目标,要求我们认真完成教研室下达的各项任务,我们发挥教研组集体的力量,精心准备每一个比赛活动,并取得较好的成绩。
例如教师说课比赛、学生讲故事比赛、书写比赛、教具课件比赛等等,在大家的共同努力下,都取得了不错的成绩。
近几年来,我们教研组积极认真地开展每一次教研活动,团结互助,分工合作,共同进步,在教育教学生活中遇到困难时,我们一起努力解决,共同进步,在获得了成功的喜悦时,我们一起分享快乐。
