摘要

为了满足我国经济建设飞速发展的需要,提高测绘地理信息服务保障能力,更好地服务于我国经济建设工作,开展地理国情监测生产任务,利用国产卫星影像完成正射影像生产并利用其完成地理国情监测。地理国情是基本国情的重要组成部分,地理国情监测是一项重大的国情国力调查,是全面获取地理国情信息的重要手段,是掌握地表自然、生态以及人类活动基本情况的基础性工作。

本论文以呼玛县为例,选取1:5万卫星影像作为本论文实验区。首先,探讨通过国产卫星影像与国外卫星影像对比确定国产卫星影像在地理国情监测项目中存在的优势,并确定在地理国情监测项目中利用资源三号卫星影像;其次,利用资源三号卫星影像的正视及多光谱影像,借助基础地理信息数据和各种专业的资料制作DOM,利用DOM数据对应相应的项目指标对地理国情项目中的要素进行采集及分析;利用多光谱影像进行地表覆盖分类解译;最后,提交的成果为技术流程图、利用资三卫星制作的正射影像及在此基础上采集的地表覆盖分类及基本要素数据样例。

ABSTRACT

In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of economy in China, improve the surveying and mapping geographic information service support capabilities, to better serve the economic construction of our country, to carry out geographical situation monitoring task, using the domestic satellite image orthophoto production and finish the complete geographic condition monitoring. Geographical conditions is an important part of the basic national conditions, geographical condition monitoring is a survey of major national conditions, is an important means of comprehensive access to geographic condition information, is the basis of mastering natural surface, ecological and human activities the basic situation of work.

In this paper, Huma County as an example, selects the 1:5 satellite image as the experimentation area. First of all, to determine the domestic satellite image exists in the geographical condition monitoring project advantage through domestic and foreign satellite image satellite image contrast, and determine the geographical condition monitoring project in use of resources three satellite image; secondly, are considered and multispectral images using resources three satellite images by means of basic geographic information data and various professional data for DOM, using DOM data corresponding to the project indicators for acquisition and analysis of elements of geographical conditions in the project; use of multispectral images to classify land cover interpretation; finally, the surface to submit results for orthophoto and on the basis of technical flow chart, the investment of three satellite on the covering classification and collection the basic elements of data sample.
