一、营造氛围，培养后进生的学习兴趣兴趣是最好的老师，一个学生如果对学英语有了浓厚的兴趣，他就不会把学英语看成沉重的负担，就会积极主动地去学习英语。
这就要求教师在课堂上扮演全能的表演者，通过说、唱、画、玩、演等一系列的教学活动，吸引学生的注意力，使学生感受到学习英语的愉快与轻松，从而喜欢上这一科。
例如我在教学“glad to meet you”一课时，设计了两人一组的见面表演活动，学生先相互挥手致意说“hello”或“hi”，然后轻拍自己的胸脯说：“i am___。

小学五年级英语学生辅导计划本学期，我任教五年级三个班的英语，五年级共135名学生，其中有96名学生学习认真，各方面表现突出，。
每个班有至少12至13名同学聪明伶俐，学习比较努力，学习成绩优良。
有约20几名同学能按时完成作业，但学习方法不够灵活，学习成绩良好。
有6至7名同学学习不够努力，缺乏学习自觉性，学习成绩差。
为了全面提高英语学习成绩，我采取“抓两头，带中间”的方式，力求做好学优生、学困生的辅导的工作。
