Termination of Employment Contract

This Termination of Employment Contract (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Employer’s Name and Address], hereinafter referred to as “Employer”, and [Employee’s Name and Address], hereinafter referred to as “Employee”.

1. Basic Information

The Employer and Employee agree to terminate the employment contract that was entered into on [Date]. The reasons for termination are [Reason for Termination]. This Agreement supersedes all previous employment agreements between Employer and Employee.

3.4 The Employee acknowledges that they have no rights to compensation or severance pay beyond what is provided for in the employment agreement.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

This Agreement and all associated actions are to be carried out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

5. Rights and Obligations of Parties

The Employer and Employee shall each undertake all obligations and enjoy all rights agreed upon pursuant to the employment agreement.

6. Legal Effectiveness and Enforceability

This Agreement is legally effective and enforceable as a written document in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

7. Miscellaneous

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
