摘要

伴随着社会的高速发展,在全球经济发展的大环境之下,我国各个行业在受到其他国家先进技术冲击的同时,与国外品牌企业的沟通交流的机会也变的越来越多。汽车离合器行业通过行业展会、科研合作等多种途径,不断的提高了自身实力和核心竞争力,缩小与发达国家之间的差距。

离合器的主要功用是切断和实现发动机与传动系平顺的接合,确保汽车平稳起步;在换挡时将发动机与传动系分离,减少变速器中换档齿轮间的冲击;在工作中受到较大的动载荷时,能限制传动系所承受的最大转矩,以防止传动系个零部件因过载而损坏;有效地降低传动系中的振动和噪音。在新的市场需求的驱动下,汽车离合器的更新和优化升级更加迫切。国内汽车离合器生产企业充分挖掘市场潜力,大力发展离合效果好,精度高的汽车离合器,在机动车辆向高精度化的转变中发挥积极作用。一般生产汽车离合器的企业对离合器的离合指数上都有严格的要求。各企业在生产设备时,都充分考虑到离合器在汽车运行中可能会出现的种种问题,从而减少离合器由于故障而导致出现刹车失控、引发交通事故等现象。

本文介绍了新型液压控制多片式摩擦离合器的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算,通过对传统的汽车离合器结构进行优化,使得此种类型的汽车离合器的使用范围更广泛,更加灵活,并且对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。
