本篇论文主要进行牡丹江国华小区的9号楼采暖系统、楼宇换热站及小区一级网的工程设计。室内采暖系统设计,首先计算9号楼各层热负荷。根据散热器承压、系统垂直失调考虑,划定不同采暖分区。采用机械循环的热水采暖系统,分户采暖,比较并选择户内系统、单元立管、水平干管形式。比较不同散热器特点,按照布置原则选择布置并计算散热器片数。各管段进行水力计算,确定流量、管径、最不利环路阻力及不平衡率。比较换热站形式,选择楼宇换热站,根据分区热负荷计算选择换热器;根据计算流量与扬程,选择循环水泵与补水泵;按照流量选择水处理设备;按照管径选择除污设备。一级网设计,根据各楼与9号楼的面积比例概算各楼热负荷,据管段流量确定管径。按布置原则布置固定支座将管段分成直线段,选用套筒补偿器进行补偿,中间按照活动支座最大跨距布置导向支座,计算各固定支座轴向推力,在合理范围内。

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of people’s living standards, higher requirements have been placed on the construction environment; on the other hand, the problems of environmental pollution and shortage of resources have become increasingly serious. Heating as the main bearer of building energy consumption faces enormous potential and pressure for energy conservation and environmental protection.
This paper mainly focuses on the design of heating system, heat exchange station for 9th Building and community first-level heat network engineering design of Mudanjiang Guohua Community. In the design of household heating system.First, the heat load of each floor of Building No. 9 is calculated. Based on consideration of the radiator pressure and system vertical misalignment, different heating zones are delineated.The mechanical hot water heating system.was adopted,then the indoor system, unit riser and horizontal trunk are compared and selected . After comparing the characteristics of different radiators, one is chose and layout according to the principle of layout, and to calculate the number of radiator. Perform hydraulic calculations to determine flow, pipe diameter, loop resistance, and unbalance ratio. Explain the advantages of building heat exchange station. According to the district heat load calculation to select the heat exchanger; according to the calculation of flow and head to select the circulating pump and make up the water pump; to select the water treatment equipment according to the flow; to select the decontamination equipment according to the diameter. According to the ratio of the proportion of each building to the area of Building 9, the heat load of each building is estimated. So The flow pipe diameter of each pipe segment is determined. In accordance the principle of maximum span to layout of the fixed bearing, and using the sleeve compensator for compensation of pipe. Between the fixed bearings, the guide bearing is arranged according to the maximum span of the movable bearing, and the horizontal thrust of each fixed bearing is calculated,which is in reasonable context.
