Series V7 Vane Operated Flow SwitchSpecifications - Installation and Operating Instructions®The Series V7 Flotect ®Flow Switch is an inexpensive switch for use with com-patible liquids to start or stop electronic operated equipment when flow or no-flow conditions occur. Magnetic operation is simple and dependable with no mechanical linkages or seals to wear or leak. Lower body is machined solid metal bar stock as-suring no leak points, no matter how long the unit is in service. Design is standard weatherproof, meeting NEMA 4X, for application versatility. Will not work in vertical pipe with down flow.Set Point Adjustment:Vane is trimmable, see set point chart.Weight:1 lb 2 oz (500 g).Approvals:UL353.OPERATING PRINCIPLEThe flow switch is installed in a pipe to indicate flow/no-flow status. The paddle or vane moves against a spring mechanism in the direction of flow with respect to the amount of flow in the pipe. A magnet is located on the end of the vane inside the lower housing. A second magnet located inside the upper housing moves from magnetic attraction with the magnet attached to the vane. This upper magnet is attached to a lever arm that activates a snap switch. The upper housing and lower housing are separated by solid metal with no linkages or mechanisms to fail or wear creating leaks. The switches use M12 and other circular connectors to ensure tight, robust connections, and guarantee reliable operation in industrial environments where vibration and shock are commonplace. The TN-G6512 Series of Ethernet switches provide 12 Gigabit Ethernet M12 ports; 8 ports support IEEE 802.3at/af compliant PoE functionality. Use the ToughNet switch as a guide to mark the correct positions of the 4 screws.STEP 2: Use the 4 screws in thepanel mounting kit. If you wouldlike to use your own screws, makesure the screw head is between6.0 mm and7.0 mm in diameterand the shaft is less than 4.0 mmin diameter, as shown at the right.Do not screw the screws in all the way—leave a space of about 2 mm to allow room for sliding the ToughNet switch between the wall and the screws. NOTE Before tightening the screws into the wall, make sure the screw head and shaft size are suitable by inserting the screw through one of the keyhole-shaped apertures of the ToughNet switch.STEP 3: Once the screws are fixed in the wall, hang the ToughNet switch on the 4 screws through the large opening of the keyhole-shaped apertures, and then slide the switch downwards. Tighten the four screws for added stability.NOTE To provide greater protection from vibration and shock, use screws with shaft diameter between 6.0 mm and 7.0 mm, and fix the ToughNet switch onto the wall directly through the large opening of the keyhole-shaped apertures.Wiring RequirementsPlease read and follow these guidelines:•Use separate paths to route wiring for power and devices. If power wiring and device wiring paths must cross, make sure the wires are perpendicular at the intersection point.NOTE: Do not run signal or communications wiring and powerwiring through the same wire conduit. To avoid interference, wires with different signal characteristics should be routed separately. •You can use the type of signal transmitted through a wire to determine which wires should be kept separate. The rule of thumb is that wiring that shares similar electrical characteristics can bebundled together.•Keep input wiring and output wiring separated.•It is strongly advised that you label wiring for all devices in the system when necessary.Grounding the ToughNet SwitchGrounding and wire routing help limit the effects of noise due to electromagnetic interference (EMI). Run the ground connection from the grounding screw to the grounding surface prior to connecting devices.Connecting the Power SuppliesThe ToughNet TN-G6512 Series switches support dual power inputs—power input 1 and power input 2. 证书与认可EN 54-16: 2008安装/配置呼叫站中的装配1.断开呼叫站与所有连接器的连接2.拧下呼叫站底板上的螺丝3.从CN1插头连接器拔下连接电缆4.准备安装位置。
使用尖锐的物品(刀、划针或类似物品)小心地穿透并切去后部外壳上的预切圆。
在安装位置执行可能所需的任何后续工作(如锉削、修剪)5.钻穿按键开关护罩的紧固销的预切侧口6.对齐开关并用提供的滚花螺钉将其紧固到位7.必须按图2.1或2.2中所示连接提供的4针电缆和电阻器,具体取决于按键开关的预期用途。
注意按图2.1(常闭触点,NCC)中所示连接按键开关以通过按键开关锁定呼叫站!8.注意带状电缆的连接顺序。
必须在尽可能靠近截断点的位置切断外部电缆1(红色)和4(绿色)并将这两条电缆分隔开。
必须将内部电缆2(绿色)和3(绿色)焊接到开关接口3和4。
极性并不重要。

无泄漏;用户可定期对设备真空度、加注压力、加注量等值进行校准,设备具备以上 测量结果的修正功能。测量回路(参见右图)模拟车辆待测工件的末端真空度,用压 力平衡的形式体现真空度值,使真空度的显示值更接近真实,参考性更高,控制更有 意义。
(5)设备自检功能:每次开机时,系统首先检查自身的密封性能,分别对内部管路, 加注枪管路进行自检,合格则进入准备就绪状态。系统可具有自动维护检测、手动维 护检测、应急设置控制等功能。

八、流量设定值调整
在通常情况下,流量保护值已在工厂进行标定 好,不需再做调整,如果现场不得不调整,可以按 图将调节螺丝盖板用力向上移动,露出“+”字螺丝, 然后按图打开盖板,拧送接线盒上部的“+”字螺丝, 然后用小号的“+”字改锥拧动露出的螺丝帽即可调 节流量设定值,顺时针调节为减少流量设定值,逆 时针调节为增加流量设定值,观察图接线盒内部, 微动开关组件向右滑动减少流量设定值,向左滑动 增加流量设定值,但向左滑动过多将可能导致流量开关断开而不能闭合。调整好后将接线盒 内的“+”字螺丝锁紧,盖上前盖板和侧盖板即可。

Refer to the table below for the required torque values.•If the tightening torque is exceeded, the product can be broken.If the tightening torque is insufficient, the fitting may become loose.•Avoid any sealing tape getting inside the flow path.•Ensure there is no leakage after piping.•When mounting the fitting, a spanner should be used on the metal body of the fitting only.Holding other parts of the product with a spanner may damage the product.Specifically, make sure that the spanner does not damage the connector.Piping for the One-touch fitting•For the one-touch fitting, use tubing with a tube inside diameter of 9 mm or more.Accuracy can vary approximately ±2%F.S. when such tubing is not used.3 step setting modeIn this mode, only the set values can be input, in just 3 steps.Use this mode if the product is to be used straight away, after changing only the set values.Default settingsWhen the flow exceeds the set value [P_1], the switch will be turned ON.When the flow falls below the set value by the amount of hysteresis [H_1]or more, the switch will turn OFF.If the operation shown in the diagram below is acceptable, then keep these settings.Refer to the function selection mode to change the hysteresis.For more detailed settings, set each function in function selection mode.Operationbutton once in measurement mode.∗: For models with switch outputs for both OUT1 and OUT2, [P_2] or [n_2] will be displayed too.Set as above.∗: If a mode other than Hysteresis Mode is selected, refer to the operation manual from SMC website(URL ) or contact SMC.∗: Note that the set value and hysteresis are limited by each other.∗: For more detailed settings, set each function in function selection mode.orbutton to complete the setting.23Function selection modeWiringConnection•Connections should only be made with the power supply turned off.•Use a separate route for the product wiring and any power or high voltage wiring. LED功能及设定(开关量型)
红色LED亮: 断流或流速 低于设定值 开关释放 或模拟量处 于4mA
黄色LED亮: 流速等于设 定值开关动 作
将流量开关装好,使介质以需要监测的流速流动,调整电位计, 使第一个绿色LED恰好变亮。此后当流速低于当前值时,开关 就释放。 若要使开关点比当前流速小,可调整电位计使绿色 LED多亮一些。
将流量传感器装好,使使介质以需要监测的上限流速流动,调整旋钮,使 第五个绿色LED亮(20mA);此后,输出将正比于静止和上限之间的流 速,即 4mA对应静止流速,20mA对应上限流速.
