Family structure of the Gelao peopleHe YanchengNuclear families are the typical and overwhelming households in the Gelao community, as the custom has it that children of one parents live separately once married, leaving the youngest son to live with them and support them when they get advanced in age. Above nuclear families are the clans or surname groups, which in turn form the lowest level of organization. Clans play a key role in the social structure of the Gelao people. Generally there are only a few different surnames in one village. Like many other ethnic groups in the area, the Gelao have been using Han Chinese surnames and naming system for registration for hundreds of years as they developed no writing system of their language in history. It should be pointed out, however, that it remains unclear whether they have surnames of their own but just have them translated literally into Chinese and recorded in corresponding Chinese characters, or just the other way around. One of the facts that need further consideration with respect to this issue is that the legend of genesis of mankind and surnames spreads far and wide among the Gelao people. Specifically, it is quite commonplace that the Gelao people have their own way of addressing among non-relatives. In the case of Ahou Gelao community, people would address by prefixing la⁴³(similar to Mr. in Englsih) to surnames of Gelao origins.Kinship relations are quite complex. 图2显示了薄板连续铸造的工作原理和轧制单位、DR单位与SR单位比较和常规热宽带钢技术。

哪一个过程最后流行或应用将取决于过程效率和灵活性和期望的产品需求。

加工步骤的数量、产品数量的灵活性、过程阶段的数量。

在德国,很多的CSP和ISP单位已经在成功的使用。

DR的过程已达到中试规模;第一个生产单位已经被设置在澳大利亚。

在实验室中大量的工作性的合金已经在测试,我们与蒂森钢铁公司和在亚琛技术大学研究所控制工程共同经营。

新模具或其涂料由于涉及到压力也需要开发。

进一步研究领域的重点是:•最终属性(当地材料速度,分层流程,压力温度速度窗口…)•物质前:优化调整触变状态。

1996年1月以来,德国研究协会(脱硫)一直资助一个特殊的研究领域,并致力于这些研究。

旨在加快突破基于铁和有色金属不同的合金对工作的新过程变量(图9)。

在传统的程序,轴承环是允许冷却至室温和然后经历十到十二小时软退火过程。

随后他们被允许再次冷却,加工软化状态和随后回火。

软加工(磨)是由硬车削代替。

这个新的热机的环轧制技术大大减少能源需求,如图所示的传统的能源统计和优化的滚柱轴承环的生产流程(图12)。

关键因素是减少批量的数量和增加产品大小的光谱。

单一用途的昂贵的机器,将要投入大量资本,往往不再是经济上可行的。

柔性制造中心,最准确的可能的半成品和成品可以尽快生产与最优属性和没有高的工具和机器的努力,越来越重要。

各种技术可以用来使成形过程更灵活的(图13)。

这个以下部分描述三个代表过程在这些团体。

在未来,机器人辅助自由锻造将允许可再生的制备的生产组件与小误差。

前提是一个锻造机器控制、能力在任何想要的工件控股地位在锻造操作,如一个铁匠,重新定位它在规定的对准中风之后,见图14。

集成生产过程而DR的技术,例如,主要目的是缩短为两个制造过程,采用耦合一个步骤原则,一个成形过程还可以加上一个不同的生产技术,通过提供额外的方法扩展过程的限制,影响加工属性或大大提高最后的属性。

全新生产系统可以以这种方式形成,可以使过程缩短,但也给其他过程节省费用,提高了质量等。

许多潜在的新发展也应该注意简要:局部加热扩展过程的限制一个失败的工件成形过程中一般特点是发生在压力过大的裂缝点。

系统干预应力参数通过局部感应加热可以积极影响局部应变。

更大的压力和更好的模具填充离不开开裂,甚至会没有不良影响微观结构(结构、脆化等)。

一个例子是更好的挤压和拉伸钢部分再生产这个模具。

局部加热后立即形成在许多情况下,组件的属性不一定是各向同性。

因此可想而知,只有压力大的工件或给强调指定的残余需要钢化。

操作属性可以被局部温度控制明显的改进形成热ZTU图,没有热处理整个体积。

局部热处理也可能会截然不同的改善后续步骤的属性,如加工,如果负面属性形成出现(硬化,消除残余应力)在定义局部热处理点过程中。

成形和加入成形过程尤其适合加入是不可能的或困难的工件焊接。

这其尤适用于表面涂布的半成品和工件。

如果成形操作的一个或多个部件/零件可以结合加入过程,这种技术会更有吸引力。

形成和分离最后形成的许多过程,组件是很坚定地固定的。

一个例子是滴上辗环径向辗环机,液流将和轴向轧制的下降光盘和圆环。

所有这些轧制过程是非常适合直接结合加工过程,避免和松开。

可以有实质性的进展和时间效益的结果。

一些要点的研究这些新的结合后产生有:*确定主要影响变量的过程产品性能和兼容性的分析过程变量;•叠印的第二个过程属性;寻找最佳的时间和位置对干预的第二个过程;•识别各种可能的流程组合。

空心结构技术系统使用空心结构的特点是实现最佳的轻型结构的金属部件场。
