书稿撰写体例要求为使书稿体例统一,符合出版要求,现提出以下撰写要求,并给出标准格式作为参考。
书稿应按章分成不同的word文档,每章单独一个文档。

2 外文字母符号2.1文种与大小写稿中外文字母一般限于使用拉丁字母和希腊字母,其他外文字母尽量不要使用。
易混淆的外文字母、符号和数字用铅笔标明,包括大小写、希文、俄文、日文等大小写易混的拉丁字母C、K、L、O、P、S、V、W、X、Z等,须在相应位置用红色醒目字体在括号内标注“拉大”、“拉小”;难以同拉丁字母区分的希腊字母α、β、γ、η、ι、κ、μ、ν、ο、π、ρ、τ、υ、χ等,应用同样方式在括号中注明“希”字。
2.2字体及下角标正体书稿中计量单位符号、化学符号、金属牌号、性能代号、硬度符号、人名及机构名称等采用正体,举例见表1。

斜体 书稿中物理量符号、物理常数、几何元素、变量符号等采用斜体字母,举例见表2。

Elsevier上发表论文的作者须知-——中英文011-03-25 13:35:11Elsevier上发表论文的若干要求发表SCI论文的人,恐怕没有人不知道Elsevier的吧,这个位于荷兰的出版社是世界上最大的科技期刊出版单位了。
每年出版2,000 多种期刊和2,200种新书。
例如青霉素的发现、伟哥的发明等等重大科学成果的发表,都是在Elsevier出版的。
发表外文和中文不太一样,感觉上外国人屁事挺多的,有些矫情。
当然,也可以认为是人家编辑比较认真啦,商业规则很成熟,学术风气也比较正。
所以想发表论文还是得按照人家的要求来办。
我想发篇论文,结果发现Elsevier的发表要求还是蛮复杂的。
到网上看看有没有大侠翻译出来的中文版,结果没有找到合适的,有的人直接用翻译软件一翻译就挂到了网上,结果中文都不通顺,这怎么行?看来还是自己动手,丰衣足食吧。
花了一天时间,把在Elsevier 上提交论文的基本要求翻译了一下。
当然,本着积德行善的宗旨,供自用,也供大家方便。
当然,本人英文水平达不到专业级,翻译中难免有些错误,希望大侠给予指正。
此外,Elsevier 的每个期刊的要求不太一样,但也是大同小异,使用时需要分辨一下。

计算机学报投稿流程计算机学报是中国计算机学会旗下的权威期刊,投稿流程十分严谨,下面分步骤介绍如何进行计算机学报投稿。
一、作者须知1. 投稿前,作者须通过计算机学会会员系统进行会籍认证,获得计算机学会会员资格。
2. 投稿前,请择优选用英文书写稿件,优秀的英文稿件如经编辑部审阅通过,将优先颁发“优秀英文论文奖证书”。
3. 原则上,作者的代表作应发布在学术期刊上。
4. 投稿前,请作者先仔细阅读本刊的发表规定和要求,并进行严格的自检。
二、投稿步骤1. 作者登录计算机学会会员系统,填写投稿基本信息。
2. 填写“论文目录”信息,并上传“论文正文”,请勿填写作者信息,以保证匿名评审,论文全文需满足不少于6页、不多于20页的要求,并格式合规,如有超长篇幅或排版错误,可能会被退回或无法送审。
3. 根据要求粘贴提取摘要并上传,摘要长度不少于500字。
4. 作者在编辑界面填写补充信息,如是否存在重复投稿、已送审、已公开传播等情况。
5. 确认所有上传文件后,点击“提交”进行投稿。
三、投稿后流程1. 审稿编辑部在提交后的2周内对稿件进行审查,判断是否符合本刊要求,如有问题会在会员系统中回复作者,作者需及时对问题进行修改。
2. 形式审稿如稿件通过初审,编辑部将进行格式审查,审查无误后方能进入评审环节。
3. 评审论文的评审将由评审专家小组完成,该组评审专家将根据评审结果提出修改意见并提交评审结果。
4. 作者修改投稿作者将根据评审意见对论文进行修改,意见回复应详尽、准确,按反馈日期及时在计算机学会会员系统中提交修改稿和意见回复。
5. 最终判定如修改后的稿件得到评审小组认可,编辑部将进行终审并作出最终判定。
如被接受,将进行排版等工作,作者将收到论文排版版证并支付出版费。
如未被接受,编辑部将退回,作者可选择再次修改后重新提交。

一、总体要求及编写原则1. 书稿编写的质量要求编著者必须有明确的指导思想、写作意图和读者对象。
书稿应该结构紧凑、层次分明、章节安排合理;立论正确,论证严谨,叙述有条理;文字简练通顺,标点正确。
注意:出版物中不得涉及政治性问题、领土完整性问题等,带有作者强烈主观色彩的言论不适合作为教材内容。
不应存在著作权纠纷问题(如对于网络资源的不当引用)。
2. 书稿的书写质量要求文稿的字迹要清楚,切勿潦草;打印稿要认真校对,防止误打、漏打或错打。
尤其是集体编写或翻译的书稿,初稿完成后要有专人负责,对全书进行统一审阅、校订,做到全稿体例一致。
3. 交稿时需“齐、清、定”(1)齐齐是指书稿齐全,完整无缺,一次交齐。
一部完整的书稿,一般包括扉页、内容提要、序或前言、目录、正文、附录(可选)、索引(可选)、参考文献、本书特色(用于封底)等。
(2)清清是指全稿(包括文稿和图稿)缮写清楚,准确无误,插图清晰,插图稿中的注字清楚,全书所用外文符号标注清楚,格式规范一致等。
(3)定定是指交稿时必须定稿,防止在编辑加工过程中或在校样上再作大量增删或修改。
交稿时应做到五个“衔接”、六个“统一”、七个“对应”,具体要求如下:五个衔接是指:章节的序号、表号、图号、公式号、页码要衔接连续,不应出现重号或跳号。
六个统一是指:格式、层次、名词术语、符号、代号、计量单位要统一,要一致。
七个对应是指:目录与正文标题、标题与内容、正文与插图、正文与表格、呼应注与注释内容、图字代号与图注以及书中内容前后对应,避免不必要的重复和矛盾。
二、对正文的要求1. 书稿的层次现将编著稿常用的题序编号和层次格式列举如下表所示,请作者根据书稿结构层次的繁简情况选用。

Instructions to AuthorsGeneral rules1.Bioscience,Biotechnology,and Biochemistry(Biosci.Biotechnol.Biochem.)publishes previously unpublished papers in the variousfields mentioned in its name.2.Manuscripts will be dated as‘‘received’’on the dayof their receipt by the Society and as‘‘accepted’’on the day when they are accepted for publication.The manuscripts that do not conform to the journal instructions would not be accepted.3.The copyright of the material published in thejournal is held by the Society.4.Manuscripts must be in English.5.All authors of a manuscript must have agreed to itssubmission and are responsible for its content.They must also have agreed that the corresponding author has the authority to act on their behalf in all matters pertaining to the publication of the manuscript. 6.With the initial submission,authors must submit astatement confirming that the paper has not been previously published elsewhere in any language and is not currently under consideration by any other publication.7.By publishing,the authors agree that any materialnewly described in the paper will be made available for noncommercial purposes in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost to members of the scientific community.8.In manuscripts describing research on humans,itshould be stated whether the study complied with the code of ethics of the World Medical Association (Helsinki Declaration of1964,as revised in2002).Reports of research on animals should state whether the protocol was approved by the appropriate com-mittee of the institute where the research was carried out in line with the guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals.Manuscripts that do not conform to the specifications of the guidelines will not be accepted for publication by the Society. NotesNotes can describe afinding in a specializedfield,a new experimental method,or something similar,which might not be suitable for publication as a Regular Paper but needs to be published.Notes should not exceed three printed pages.ReviewA Review should be on a topic of any subject that is within the scope of the journal.The publication of Reviews is by invitation only;a potential author for Reviews is contacted by one of the Editors.The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by an Editor and reviewers.Reviewing process1.An editor is assigned to manage the reviewingprocess of each manuscript and is chosen on the basis of the researchfield to which the paper is a contribution.The editor then selects two or more referees to evaluate the manuscript,and subsequent-ly,makes afinal decision on the suitability of the paper based on the opinions of the referees.Manu-scripts will be immediately returned if the English does not meet the required standard.2.The authors should provide clear responses to anycomments or questions of the editor.The revised manuscript and the authors’responses should be sent directly to the editor-in-charge.If a manuscript is not returned to the editor 二、稿件要求1.主题:来稿应围绕特殊教育相关研究,符合本刊征稿范围。
文章应主题鲜明、立论新颖、论述清晰、数据可靠、体例规范、文句通顺,文长6000—8000字为宜(包括图表所占版面)。
2.篇名:篇名应简明、具体、确切,能概括文章的特定内容,限20字以内。
3.作者署名:置于篇名下方,作者与单位文稿作者署名人数一般不超过5人,作者单位不超过3个。
4.资助项目:受资助论文需标出资助项目(基金或研究课题等)的名称和编号。
5.中英文摘要:摘要采用第三人称撰写,完整准确概括文章的实质性内容,以不超过200字为宜。
6.关键词:能反映论文主题概念,一般每篇须给出3—6个,关键词之间用分号隔开。
7.标题层次:一级标题用“一、二、……”来标识,二级标题用“(一)(二)……”来标识,三级标题用“1.2.……”来标识,四级标题用“(1)(2)……”来标识。
一般不宜超过4层。
标题行和每段正文首行均空二格。
各级标题末尾均不加标点。
8.计量单位、数字、符号文稿必须使用法定的计量单位符号。

(4)论文如有基金项目资助,在题目末尾用上标“*”注出,并把注释语列于首页地脚处。

Early people confronted with illness and disease, discovered a wealth of useful therapeutic agents in the plant and animal kingdoms. The empirical knowledge of these medicinal substances and their toxic potential was passed on by oral tradition and sometimes recorded in herbals and other texts on materia medica. Many valuable drugs of today (e.g., atropine, ephedrine, tubocurarine, digoxin, reserpine) came into use through the study of indigenous remedies. Chemists continue to use plant-derived drugs (e.g., morphine, taxol, physostigmine, quinidine, emetine) as prototypes in their attempts to develop more effective and less toxic medicinals.In recent years the preservation of local knowledge, the promotion of indigenous medical systems in primary health care, and the conservation of biodiversity have become even more of a concern to all scientists working at the interface of social and natural sciences but especially to ethnopharmacologists. Recognizing the sovereign rights of States over their natural resources, ethnopharmacologists are particularly concerned with local people's rights to further use and develop their autochthonous resources.Accordingly, today's ethnopharmacological research embraces the multidisciplinary effort in the:• documentation of indigenous medical knowledge,• scientific study of indigenous medicines in order to contribute in the long-run to improved health care in the regions of study, as well as• search for pharmacologically unique principles from existing indigenous remedies.The Journal of Ethnopharmacology publishes original articles concerned with the observation and experimental investigation of the biological activities of plant and animal substances used in the traditional medicine of past and present cultures. The journal will particularly welcome interdisciplinary papers with an ethnopharmacological, an ethnobotanical or an ethnochemical approach to the study of indigenous drugs. Reports of anthropological and ethnobotanical field studies fall within the journal's scope. Studies involving pharmacological and toxicological mechanisms of action are especially welcome. Clinical studies on efficacy will be considered if contributing to the understanding of specific ethnopharmacological problems. The journal welcomes review articles in the above mentioned fields especially those highlighting the multi-disciplinary nature of ethnopharmacology. The 'literature' should provide a clear view of the current status of any branch of knowledge and can thus be used by active workers as a vital tool in the design of ongoing studies. In order to be of maximum usefulness it is important that published literature should be readily comprehensible to non-specialists in the subject field.This purpose can be achieved only if the following three broad criteria are adopted for material contributed to the publication process:1. A manuscript must describe new science. It should add to the "tree of knowledge'". Duplication serves only to clutter the published literature and in some cases can lead to copyright problems.2. The subject material must be sound science, containing no errors of fact or logic.3. Papers must be written in the clearest, most precise, language possible. All terms need to be clearly defined and specialist jargon must be avoided.Types of paperThe Journal of Power Sources accepts research papers, short communications, and reviews.Short communications report the results of preliminary studies, partial research results from an ongoing study, results from studies limited in scope, or raise a critical issue or question based on such results. Short Communications should follow all the basic requirements of full paper manuscripts, but must not exceed 12 double-spaced manuscript pages including figures, tables, text and references.An abstract must be submitted with a Short Communication.Please note: All papers that are 6 or less typeset pages in length will be automatically made Short Communication.Please select the appropriate article type from the drop down menu in the online submission system. When submitting papers for conference issues, please also clearly indicate on both the title page and in the covering letter at which conference the submitted work was presented.Ethics in PublishingFor information on Ethics in Publishing and Ethical guidelines for journal publication see /publishingethics and /ethicalguidelines.Conflict of interestAll authors are requested to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with other people or organizations within three years of beginning the submitted work that could inappropriately influence, or be perceived to influence, their work. See also /conflictsofinterest.Authors of papers containing any amount of previously rejected material must identify the manuscript number of the previously rejected manuscript in the covering letter as well as in the author notes, and summarize the reasons for re-submission.Submission declaration and verificationSubmission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright-holder. See also /editors/plagdetect.ContributorsEach author is required to declare his or her individual contribution to the article: all authors must have materially participated in the research and/or article preparation, so roles for all authors should be described. The statement that all authors have approved the final article should be true and included in the disclosure.Changes to authorshipThis policy concerns the addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in the authorship of accepted manuscripts:Before the accepted manuscript is published in an online issue: Requests to add or remove an author, or to rearrange the author names, must be sent to the Journal Manager from the corresponding author of the accepted manuscript and must include: (a) the reason the name should be added or removed, or the author names rearranged and (b) written confirmation (e-mail, fax, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement. In the case of addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed. Requests that are not sent by the corresponding author will be forwarded by the Journal Manager to the corresponding author, who must follow the procedure as described above. The system automatically converts source files to a singlePDF file of the article, which is used in the peer-review process. Please note that even though manuscript source files are converted to PDF files at submission for the review process, these source files are needed for further processing after acceptance. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail removing the need for a paper trail.RefereesThe Editor first evaluates all manuscripts. Those rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have serious scientific flaws, have poor grammar or English language, or are outside the aims and scope of the journal. Those that meet the minimum criteria are passed on to 2 experts for review. Referees advise the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article. Please note: Editor's Decision is final.Revision timeShould authors be requested by the editor to revise the text, the revised version should be submitted within one month. After this period, the article will be regarded as a new submission.Use of wordprocessing softwareIt is important that the file be saved in the native format of the wordprocessor used. The text should be in single-column format. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. Most formatting codes will be removed and replaced on processing the article. In particular, do not use the wordprocessor's options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. When preparing tables, if you are using a table grid, use only one grid for each individual table and not a grid for each row. If no grid is used, use tabs, not spaces, to align columns. The electronic text should be prepared in a way very similar to that of conventional manuscripts (see also the Guide to Publishing with Elsevier: /guidepublication). Note that source files of figures, tables and text graphics will be required whether or not you embed your figures in the text. See also the section on Electronic illustrations.To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions of your wordprocessor.Article structureSubdivision - numbered sectionsDivide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). Use this numbering also for internal cross-referencing: do not just refer to "the text". Any subsection maybe given a brief heading. Each heading should appear on its own separate line.Material and methodsProvide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Methods already published should be indicated by a reference: only relevant modifications should be described.Theory/calculationA Theory section should extend, not repeat, the background to the article already dealt with in the Introduction and lay the foundation for further work. In contrast, a Calculation section represents a practical development from a theoretical basis.ResultsResults should be clear and concise.DiscussionThis should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature.ConclusionsThe main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a Discussion or Results and Discussion section.GlossaryPlease supply, as a separate list, the definitions of field-specific terms used in your article.AppendicesIf there is more than one appendix, they should be identified as A, B, etc. Formulae and equations in appendices should be given separate numbering: Eq. (A.1), Eq. (A.2), etc.; in a subsequent appendix, Eq. (B.1) and so on. Similarly for tables and figures: Table A.1; Fig. A.1, etc.Essential title page information• Title.Concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.• Author names and affiliations.Where the family name may be ambiguous (e.g., a double name), please indicate this clearly. Present the authors' affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name, and, if available, the e-mail address of each author.• Corresponding author.Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that telephone and fax numbers (with country and area code) are provided in addition to the e-mail address and the complete postaladdress. Contact details must be kept up to date by the corresponding author.• Present/permanent address.If an author has moved since the work described in the article was done, or was visiting at the time, a "Present address" (or "Permanent address") may be indicated as a footnote to that author's name. The address at which the author actually did the work must be retained as the main, affiliation address. Superscript Arabic numerals are used for such footnotes.AbstractA concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should be no longer than 200 words maximum, and state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Graphical abstractA Graphical abstract is optional and should summarize the contents of the article in a concise, pictorial form designed to capture the attention of a wide readership online. Authors must provide images that clearly represent the work described in the article. Graphical abstracts should be submitted as a separate file in the online submission system. Image size: Please provide an image with a minimum of 531 × 1328 pixels (h × w) or proportionally more. Preferred file types: TIFF, EPS, PDF or MS Office files. They consist of a short collection of bullet points that convey the core findings of the article and should be submitted in a separate file in the online submission system. See /researchhighlights for examples.KeywordsImmediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords, using American spelling and avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts (avoid, for example, "and", "of"). These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.AbbreviationsDefine abbreviations that are not standard in this field in a footnote to be placed on the first page of the article. Such abbreviations that are unavoidable in the abstract must be defined at their first mention there, as well as in the footnote. Ensure consistency of abbreviations throughout the article.AcknowledgementsCollate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article before the references and do not, therefore, include them on the title page, as a footnote to the title or otherwise. List here those individuals who provided help during the research (e.g., providing language help, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.).NomenclatureFollow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI). If other quantities are mentioned, give their equivalent in SI. You are urged to consult IUPAC: / for further information.Units should be given in the correct format for this journal:mVs-1 not mV/s mAhg-1 not mAh/gMath formulaePresent simple formulae in the line of normal text where possible and use the solidus (/) instead of a horizontal line for small fractional terms, e.g., X/Y. In principle, variables are to be presented in italics. Powers of e are often more conveniently denoted by exp. Number consecutively any equations that have to be displayed separately from the text (if referred to explicitly in the text).FootnotesFootnotes should be used sparingly. Number them consecutively throughout the article, using superscript Arabic numbers. Many wordprocessors build footnotes into the text, and this feature may be used. Should this not be the case, indicate the position of footnotes in the text and present the footnotes themselves separately at the end of the article. 作者编写须知作者编写须知⼀、书稿的组成书稿包括封⾯、扉页、内容提要、前⾔(或序⾔)、⽬录、正⽂(包括绪论)、附录(附表、附图)、参考⽂献等部分。
有些书稿还可增加⽤法说明、后记等。
1.封⾯和扉页封⾯和扉页上应列出该书最后确定的书名和作(译)者姓名。
在姓名之后应分别写明是“编”、“著”、“译”、“主编”、“合编”、“编著”。
编写⼈员较多时,封⾯和扉页之后单设⼀页,列出全部编写委员会委员和编写组成员姓名。
署名的先后排列顺序,作者应提出书⾯意见供出版单位参考。
凡属统⼀组织规划编审出版的教材,在封⾯左上⾓标印“××××××规划教材”或“⾼等职业教育×××××类规划教材”标志。
2.内容提要内容提要是以简明扼要的⽂字介绍本书的主要内容、特点、读者对象,使读者能在极短的时间内知道是否需⽤此书,是否有必要进⼀步翻阅了解该书的内容。
内容提要⼀般不超过500字。
要避免把该书的章节标题稍作压缩就作为内容提要使⽤。
3.前⾔前⾔放在⽬录之前。
前⾔不是书的正⽂,页码⾃为起迄,不与正⽂的页码相关。
前⾔可以由作者⾃⼰写,也可以请⼈写。
前⾔说明写作该书的条件、背景、编写经过和编写⽬的、指导思想,介绍该书的中⼼内容、特点、适⽤专业范围、适⽤教学时数和学时数较少时如何选择内容,以及其他情况,⽂字可长可短。
编写⼈员较多时,应说明参加编写⼈员的姓名及编写分⼯情况。
也可说明审稿情况和审稿⼈姓名。
4.正⽂绪论是正⽂的⼀部分,正⽂页码由绪论开始编排。
绪论是对该书内容(或对该课程内容)的全⾯综合论述和介绍,如:本学科发展简史,本学科在国民经济中的地位,我国在本学科发展中所取得的成就,有关技术发展⽅针、政策,学习本学科的⽅法和特点,本课程与其他课程的分⼯等等。
⼀本书只写⼀个绪论。
即使该书分为上、下篇,也只需⼀个绪论。
绪论的地位是纵观全书,和各章内容不是并列的,不可把绪论列为⼀章(即不可把第⼀章列为绪论)。

作者校对须知1.作者校对是作者对论文修改的最后机会,务请仔细认真细校对(2~3遍)。
一般要求收函后2—4日内完成校对,在PDF校样或纸质校样上校对,完成后发回期刊编辑部,以备编辑部修改并存档。
如作者校对遗留编辑不能处理的错误,或校对滞后,将推迟发表。
2.根据审稿意见和编辑规范要求,编辑部可能对原稿或修改稿作了编辑加工或删改处理,应注意审核是否符合作者的原意。
必须对全文逐字审校,包括标题、作者署名、单位、摘要、关键词、正文、参考文献等。
文字、符号、内容错误均应标识清楚,编辑、版式问题可标出作者的意见,有缺项内容应补充,不当内容应做出修改,疑问不能处理内容加以说明。
3.编辑部提供的校样,版面大小已基本确定,不宜作大的增删,如有增删内容,不能影响版面的大小。
如校样版面超出规定版面,编辑部提出了控制版面的压缩、删改意见,应注意核算增/删的字数,达到版面控制要求。
4.校样为正式排版纸样,只能在纸样上做出校对标识(不能使用原稿件的WORD电子文件修改稿代替校样)。
5.校对符号的使用要求:校对方法是将清样的错误引至页边处,标写正确的内容,勿在原字句处直接修改。
使用删除、增补、调换、挪动、分段、合并等校对符号应规范、正确、清楚。

作者须知1、论文内容《中国机械工程》报道中国机械工程领域的重大学术进展,反映中国机械工程领域的最新科技动态,围绕企业技术进步传播最新的、重大的科技成果与信息,注重对机械工程界重大问题的探讨与跨学科的学术交流。
具体内容如下:(1)机械科学前沿性研究成果,如国家自然科学基金资助项目、部委省级基金项目等;(2)重大科技攻关成果(如“九五”攻关、攀登计划、863高技术计划项目等研究成果);(3)与企业合作研究开发并取得较好经济效益的研究成果;(4)重大发明创造成果;(5)国家重点推广的新技术的新进展,推动企业科技进步的重大共性技术的研究成果,高新技术成果转化为生产力的成就;(6)机械工程领域跨学科交流成果;(7)国内外机械工程界最新动向与信息。
注意:1.由于本刊稿件的外审工作是双盲审形式,即作者不知道审稿专家是谁,审稿专家也不知道作者是谁,因此初次上传的电子稿,论文前后的作者及单位信息请务必去掉,并将作者简介放入到投稿向导中的"第7步/共8步(留给编辑部的信)"中,当审稿通过要求退修时,在修回的稿件中再加上作者和单位信息!!2.投稿时请给出准确的通信地址、电话号码和E-mail,工作单位变动时,请务必通知编辑部。
投稿后请保留好论文的电子文档。
2、论文格式论文格式采用GB7713-87,科学技术报告、学位论文和学术论文的编写格式。
稿件的结构组成按次序排列为题名、作者署名、摘要、关键词、中图分类号、前言、正文、参考文献、全部作者的简介、英文题名、作者英文署名、作者工作单位英文名称、英文摘要、英文关键词。
2.1 题名题名应简单明了,并能概括文章的主题,一般不超过15字。
2.2 作者署名作者署名置于题名下方,且不宜超过4位。
2.3 摘要摘要应具有独立性和自含性,即不阅读论文的全文,就能获得必要的信息。
摘要一般应说明研究工作的目的、实验方法、结果和结论等,而重点是结果和结论。
以200~300字为宜,用第3人称写,尽量不重复题名中已有信息。
不出现插图、表格、公式及参考文献序号等。
2.4 关键词每篇论文选取4~8个单词或术语作为关键词。
英文关键词与中文关键词必须对应。
2.5 中图分类号参见《中国图书馆分类法》(第四版)(北京图书馆出版社,1999年)。
2.6 正文和结论正文字数最好在6000字以内(包括插图及表格)。
各层次标题用阿拉伯数字连续编码,前言部分力求精炼,不编号。
结论内容不重复正文内容,较多时可分条来写,并给以编号,如(1)、(2)等。
2.7 参考文献参考文献的标准采用GB/T 7714-2005( 文后参考文献著录规则)。
同时,在文后的中文文献的下面,请同时补上相应的英文文献。
本刊采用顺序编码制,引用的参考文献请在正文中用方括号和阿拉伯数字按顺序标在引用处。
作者一律姓前名后(外文作者名应缩写),作者间用“,”间隔。
作者少于3人应全部写出,3人以上只列出前3人,后加“等”或“et al”。
所有中文参考文献著录格式请附上相应的英文内容。
凡参考过本刊论文的请勿忘标注在参考文献中。

2.8 作者简介第一作者请注明性别、出生年、工作单位(具体到院系)、职称、学位(注明正在攻读还是已经获得)、研究方向、成果获奖情况、出版专著数、发表论文数;其余作者注明性别、出生年、工作单位(具体到院系)、职务职称。
3、公式重要数学公式应另起一行居中排,并顺序编号,后文不提及的公式,可以不编号。
按公式量符号出现的顺序,用准确、简洁的语句解释其物理意义。
应注意以下几点:①公式中尽量避免复合上下角标的使用;②尽量少用3层关系的上下角标;③尽量避免不必要的公式推导。

特别提示:一些在软件中生成的图,请尽量发矢量图过来,若有困难,高清晰的jpg、tif等位图文件也可以。
