men bare more pressure and responsibilities in the society. In the daily life, men face much pressure: economic pressure, mental pressure and social pressure. They are on the go for work, family and society. And it is known to all that men play an very important role in the household as a main support .Therefore,the stress they shoulder are always much harder than the women’s.

1、mental pressure

In the traditional concept ,the men are always considered to be strong. Being the embodiment of the strong,men are always told to show great perseverance in the face of difficulty,be more independent and work harder. So that men do not dare to vent their emotions, only simmer in their heart. Modern psychology tells us that all of the pressure may cause psychological or mental stress in the end . Although women are under pressure in society, but they have more methods to release their pressure, such as shopping，chatting。But men have less.When related to family，the man bear the cost of family .Therefore, women go shopping, they never think of how much money the family will cost,and on the other hand ,Woman can decrease stress by share the stress with each other. However, the man in the social,always appeares to be in a gentleman's way, and should alway consider for the opposite sex. otherwise it will

be considered too selfish,but men are also human beings .he also has their own difficulties in the life .To reduce the pressure, they can only desperately struggle, smock, or drink alcohol . these extreme ways once again hurt his body .

2、social stress

(1)What Modern society demands on men is increasing high.Men should not only have to create a bright future on the outside, but also have to take good care of the family! However,women are different. They can engage in a little easy job,and what family demands on them is not very high. (2) what the society’s judgment between men and women are badly different. If a man can not make a success, he will be looked down by people.But when it comes to a woman, it becomes considerate. So,men carry harder pressure.

(3)From ancient times ,men are considered to be the core of an organization, but also the elite of a group . Of course, I do not deny the role of women in the development of human society, but the problem is that there is a contradiction between the primary and secondary points. Men,without doubt in human society, especially during the creative work of the industry, is in the main status. This means that men have to pay more energy and time to work. That is where the stress comes.
