If Party b violates the contract, The carnest money shall be confiscated by Party A.3.租期开始之后，上述定金转为下述第六条的保证金。

After the lease term begin, the above-mentioned earnest money shall be automatically turned into deposit of security of Clause 6 of this contract.五. 租金：Ⅴ. Rental:1. 数额：双方议定租金为每月人民币元整。
