DD、DDZ 系列对开式吊卡是石油钻采作业中用于悬持钻杆或油管提升、下降的专用 工具。使用前,请详细阅读本“使用说明书”。

产 品 执 行 标 准 :API Spec 8C 和 SY/T5035 Applied Standard: API Spec 8C and SY/T5035
吊卡与吊环、吊卡与钻杆或油管的各个部位连接尺寸,均符合 SY/T 5288《钻采提升 设备主要连接尺寸》和 API Spec 8C 的规定。
对开式吊卡经严格的体积射线探伤和表面无损探伤以及型式试验、出厂检验与试验。 提供给用户的产品各项技术参数与性能符合 SY/T 5035《吊环、吊卡、吊钳》和美国石油 协会 API Spec 8C 的规定要求。
The sizes of contact surface between elevator and elevator link or between elevator and pipes conform to the specifications of Principal Contact Surface Size for Hoisting Equipment in SY/T 5288 and API Spec 8C.
2、结构特征与工作原理
DD、DDZ 系列吊卡主要有左主体、右主体、卡页、拉板(1 型)或锁钩(2 型)、卡 页轴和铰链铀等零件组成。左、右主体通过铰链铀连接。卡页被卡页轴固定在左主体上, 并围绕卡页轴转动,扭簧安装在卡页轴上,起自动复位作用。铰链轴、卡页轴由弹性挡圈 限位,拆卸较为方便。1 型吊卡中的拉板和扭簧由拉板销固定在卡页上,拉板在扭簧的作 用下,起开合和锁紧吊卡的作用;2 型吊卡中的锁钩和扭簧由螺栓安装在卡页上,并固定。 锁钩的钩子在扭簧的作用下,钩紧右主体上的钩紧销,达到锁紧的目的。吊卡左右两端设 计有挡环,以防吊卡在提升作业时从吊环中滑出。

对开式吊卡采用中心开启的结构形式。它设计合理,操作方便,安全可靠。产品参照 美国 ANSI/ASTM A487 高强度承压钢材料,经科学的热处理方法和先进的加工工艺精制 而成。它能在-20℃~70℃的气候条件下正常工作,适用于悬持直径 2⅜"~5½"各类 18º锥 形台阶钻杆和 1.9"~4½"各类油管及 3½"~5½"的钻杆。吊卡的额定载荷有 585kN、712kN、 900kN、1125kN、1350kN、2250kN、3150kN、4500kN 等载荷系列。
结构特征:Z 表示锥形,平台阶省略 Structural: Z means bottleneck, plain shoulder omitted.

To use the type 1 elevator, pull outward the shield, the upper slope of 45º separate from the body it attached, and pull outward on, the latch can separate from the latch cam of the other body, and then the elevator is opened for operation. To use the type 2 elevator, pull outward the handle of the latch lock, the hook separate from the lock pin with the force of small wrench spring, and pull outward on, the latch can separate from the latch cam of the body, and then the elevator is opened for operation. When close the elevator, grasp the two handle of the two halves body and pull them together, the latch will automatically hook the latch cam, or the shield will press latch or latch lock will hook the hook pin, the elevator will be closed and locked tightly. Then the operation of ascending or descending can be carried out.

technology and heat treatment. The elevators are verified by strength test and NDT referred to ANSI/ASTM A487. The elevators can handle taper shoulder drill pipe from 2⅜" to 5½" O.D., plain drill pipe from 3½" to 5½", and tubing from 1.9" to 4½" O.D. at the temperature minus 20℃. The rating loads are as follows: 585kN, 712kN, 900kN, 1125kN, 1350kN, 2250kN, 3150kN, 4500kN and etc.
Center Latch Elevators have been strictly Volumetric Radiographic Tested and Surface NDE and Verification tested and Ex-work tested, every technical parameters and properties of the equipment offered to customers are in accordance with the specifications of API Spec 8C and SY/T 5035 Elevator link, Elevator and Manual Tong.
STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLE: DD, DDZ Center Latch Elevators Series are constructed in two halves of bodies,
latch, latch lock (type 1), or shield (type 2), latch pin, hinge pin, and other spare parts. The two bodies are hinged by hinge pin; the latch is jointed to one body by latch pin and can be rotated around it. The wrench spring is fixed to the latch and can be functioned as restoring. Latch pin and hinge pin are retained by snap spring, which is easy for assemble for disassemble. Shield and wrench spring of type 1 elevator are stationed on latch by shield pin, and the shield can be used to close or open elevator with the force of wrench spring. Latch lock and wrench spring of type 2 elevator are stationed on the latch by bolt. With the force of wrench spring, the latch lock can hook the lock pin of to
