设计任务书
一、基本资料
1.设计变电所在城市近郊,向开发区的几个企业供电。
2.本变电所的电压等级为110/35/10KV,110KV是本变电所的电源电压,35KV和10KV是二次电压。
3.待建变电所的电源,由双回110KV线路送到本变电所;在中压侧35KV母线,送出2
回线路;在低压侧10KV母线,送出6回线路;该变电所的所址,地势平坦,交通方便。
4.35KV和10KV用户负荷统计资料见表2-1和表2-2。最大负荷利用小时数Tmax=5500h,同时率取0.9,线路损耗取5%。
二、电气部分
⒈选择变电所主变的台数、容量和类型;
⒉选出数个电气主接线方案通过技术经济的比较论证,确定变电所电气的主接线型式;
⒊合理选择短路点进行短路电流计算;选择主要电气设备。
⒋选择和校验所需的电气设备。配置电压,电流互感器,并确定其型号,变比和接线方式等。
⒌选择自用变压器台数,容量及连接地点及配电方式。
⒍初步规划二次回路的基本方案;合理进行变电所平面布置。
7.进行防雷保护规划设计。
成果要求
⒈编写计算说明书共一份,采用A4打印稿左装订。
⒉要求计算准确,层次清晰,公式系数选择正确合理并标明依据。
⒊说明要论证充分正确,结论清楚。
⒋图纸符合标准,主要图纸选择一张采用A1图手绘,其它采用A4计算机绘制。
⒌说明书附英文标题与摘要。
6.条件不充分时可以合理的假定条件。
摘要
电力的发现和使用对当代社会的发展、国民经济等起到了至关重要的影响,随着科学技术的发展,电网的建设也越来越先进。变电站是电网建设中最重要的一个环节,起着电能传递与电压转换的作用。随着时代发展,变电站的改进越来越迅速,由最先的传统化变电站和电压等级不高,到现在的GIS站、数字化变电站,以及高压变电站等,变电站的发展越来越先进,对变电站的技术要求也越来越高,但传统变电站仍在电网中占据了一席之地。
本次毕业设计的主要工作是完成一个包括2台主变压器的110kV传统变电站电气初步设计。设计的主要目的在于了解变电站设计的发展历程和一般设计方法在设计中深化已经掌握的专业课程,并学习变电站电气初步设计的相关过程和规定,从而做到理论实际相结合
本次设计的工作内容主要包括,先根据设计要求的出线回路数等确定变电站的主接线方案,然后查阅相关文献和材料后确定主变型号,再根据选定的变压器参数计算并确定变电站各个电压等级的短路电流,随后选择变电站所需要的电气设备和母线,然后根据所选设备对变电站进行合理的布置,最后对主变压器进行保护设计。
本次设计的主要成果是一座110kV进线2回,35kV出线2回,10kV出线6回的变电站电气初步设计以及主变的保护配置。该变电站屋外、屋内配电装置的主接线形式分别采用了单母线分段接线,变电站的主变保护采用了纵联差动保护和瓦斯保护等。关键词:变电站设计电气主接线短路电流设备选择
Abstract
The discovery and use of electric power has a very important influence on the development of modern society and the national economy. China's energy resources distribution is not uniform. Therefore, power transmission is crucial, grid system is very complicated, in order to ensure the transmission quality and need to people continue to improve power system. With the development of science and technology, the construction of the network is becoming more and more advanced, substation is a part of the power grid construction is the most important, plays a role of conversion of electric energy, the substation improved more and more rapidly. By the first traditional substation and voltage level is not high, to the current GIS station, digital substation, and high voltage transformer substations and other, substation is becoming more and more advanced, technology of substation request is also getting higher and higher.
The objective of this design is the conventional 110kV substation design through this design. The purpose is to understand at all times and in all over the world of substation design development process and design method. Learning design of the relevant procedures and regulations, so as to achieve the theory of the combination of the actual design of a suitable substation.
The main research contents of this design is the first according to the design requirements of outlet circuit number and confirm the substation main wiring scheme and access relevant documents and materials of main transformer model is established, and various voltage levels in the short circuit current is determined according to the parameters of the transformer model, and then refer to the related process selection of 110kV substation and 10kV side of the electrical equipment and bus, and reasonable layout of substation based on the selected device. Finally, the main transformer of design protection.
The results of this design is to design a 110kV outlet 2 back, 35kV outlet 2 back, 10kV outlet 6 back to the 110kV substation, the substation is the main connection form is the double busbar double busbar single busbar connection. The main transformer protection using differential protection and gas protection.
