皮肤针合三棱针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛

皮肤针合三棱针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛【摘要】目的：观察皮肤针法合三棱针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（phn）的疗效。方法：将119例患者随机分为综合组（60例）和西药组（59例）。西药组采用常规西药治疗，综合组在使用常规西药的同时给予皮肤针法合三棱针刺络拔罐，皮肤针选择

s1-l5（督脉）以及足太阳膀胱经第一线叩刺；三棱针刺络拔罐选择曲池穴、足三里穴、内关穴、水沟以及疱疹皮损部位旁开1寸围刺拔罐，定期记录患者疼痛程度以及治愈时间。结果：综合组的平均疼痛缓解时间、治愈时间明显短于西药组（p＜0.01）。综合组的治愈率为62.4 %，愈显率为87.4%；西药组治愈率为30%，愈显率为53.2%，两组疗效比较的差异均有显著性意义（p＜0.05）。结论：皮肤针法合三棱针刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著、安全并且能缩断疗程减轻患者负担，具有很高的社会效益，值得临床推广使用。

group with conventional western medicine, while those in general group with the combination of conventional western medicine and pifuzhen and sanlengzhen acupuncturing collateral channel and cupping at the same time. pifuzhen：s1-l5（dummai）、zutaiyangpangguangjingdiyixian；sanlengzhenciluobaguan：quchixue、zusanlixue、neiguanxue、shuigouxue、pisunpangkaiyicun, and then record the degree of the pain and curing time on a regular basis. results:the average pain relief time and curing time in general group are much shorter than those in western medicine group(p＜0.01). the curing rate in general group reaches 62.4%, while curing and efficacy rate totals 87.4%, compared with that of 30% and 53.2% respectively in the western medicine group. the comparison of the curative effect in both groups is of great significance(p＜0.05 ).conclusion: treating the after effect of nerve pain of striped pimple/abscess by pifuzhen and sanlengzhen acupuncturing collateral channel and cupping is of great curative effect. it is a safe method which shortens the course of treatment, lightens the patient’s load and is of great social effect and is therefore, worth popularization in clinical use.
