外研版一起点六年级英语全英说课课件全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Thoughts on the "Go for It" English TextbookHey there! My name is Emma and I'm a 6th grader. Today I wanted to share my thoughts on the English textbook we use in class called "Go for It" published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. It's a really cool book that makes learning English fun and interesting.First off, the book is just visually awesome. It's so colorful and has tons of pictures, cartoons, and illustrations. That may seem like a small thing, but it actually makes a big difference. The pictures really bring the lessons to life and make it way easier to understand. They also keep things feeling light and fun instead of boring or dry.The layout of the book is super well-organized too. Each unit is focused on a specific topic like animals, holidays, or telling stories. Within those units, the book does a great job of integrating all the different skills like listening, speaking, reading, and writing. There are clear sections for vocabulary, grammar, dialogues, reading passages and more. Color coding and symbols make it simple to identify the various components. The content itself is amazing as well. The vocabulary words they teach are really practical and relevant for kids our age. Like in the unit about school life, we learned words for different classes, school supplies, and extracullar activities. Basically all words we can actually use! Same goes for the grammar - they focus on simple but high-frequency grammar points.I especially love how the book incorporates so many games, songs, chants, and engaging activities. These make practicing English feel like barely any work at all. One of my favorite activities is the roller coaster grammar game where we race to put sentences in the right order. Little touches like that make the book tons of fun.The reading passages are fantastic too. There's a nice mix of fiction stories along with non-fiction texts about science, culture, and history. The stories and dialogues have great human-interest plots that are easy to relate to. And the non-fiction pieces teach us all sorts of cool facts about the world. Best of all, there are pre-reading activities to build our background knowledge and post-reading tasks to check comprehension. The exercises throughout the book are no joke either. They really reinforce the language points through an awesome variety of activities. There are traditional fill-in-the-blanks and multiple choice questions. But there are also creative projects, role plays, information gap activities, and more. I feel like the exercises have turned me into a reading warrior, listening ninja, and speaking samurai!Speaking of speaking, the book puts a big emphasis on that through frequent pair work and group discussions. There are also interviews, presentations, and even little dramas we get to perform. It's pushing me to a whole new level of English fluency. And can we talk about the incredible supplementary resources that come with the book? The audio recordings have such clear pronunciation and great voice actors. The digital materials on the app and website are insanely interactive with animated videos, games, and digital worksheets. There's even an e-portfolio tool where we can record ourselves and get feedback. What else can I say? I feel so lucky to have such an engaging, comprehensive, and student-friendly English textbook. The writers put so much thought into making it maximally effectiveand enjoyable to use. Between the book itself and the technology add-ons, I'm totally immersed in an English world.I can definitely feel my English abilities growing by leaps and bounds. The listening has tuned my ears. The reading has packed my brain. The writing has unlocked my skills. And the speaking has loosened my tongue. I'm becoming more confident, more fluent, and more fearless with every unit I complete.Of course, it's not just the textbook. My amazing English teacher Ms. Wong makes the lessons come to life. She guides us through with energy, creativity, and care. And my classmates make practicing together really fun as we engage in activities, compete in games, and feed off each other's enthusiasm. But let's be honest - our "Go for It" book is the centerpiece making this all possible. Its rich content, systematic approach, and brilliant instructional design have me hooked on this incredible journey of English acquisition.I'm so grateful to have this textbook as my roackstar resource and constant companion. While it's challenging at times, I know it's propelling me towards English mastery. Every reading, every class, every assignment is another step up the staircase to proficiency.I can't wait to attack the rest of the units and see how far my English can go! Thanks to the "Go for It" textbook, the sky's the limit for me as an English learner. I'm ready to go for it!篇2Hi everyone! My name is Lucy and I'm a 6th grade student. Today I want to tell you all about the English textbook we use in class - it's called "Go for It" and it's published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. This book is so cool and I've learned a ton of English from using it. Let me walk you through all the awesome units and features! The book has 8 really interesting main units, each with its own topic. Unit 1 is called "A Whole New World" and it's about changes and new experiences, like starting a new grade. The readings and dialogues are super relatable. Unit 2 "Kind to Animals" talks about protecting animals and the environment. I loved learning new animal vocabulary like "cub" and "den."Unit 3 "Rooms for Living" describes different rooms and furniture in a house. The listening exercises where we identified household items were great practice. Unit 4 "In the Kitchen" continued the home theme but focused on cooking, recipes, andkitchen vocabulary. I can't wait to try making the smoothies we read about!Halfway through the book, Unit 5 "Who Am I?" explores self-identity, personalities, and interests. The self-introductions and personality adjectives were useful. Then in Unit 6 "Pastimes," we learned expressions for talking about hobbies and free-time activities like "surfing the net" and "hanging out." So fun!Unit 7 "Days to Celebrate" was my favorite - it taught us about festivals and celebrations around the world like Thanksgiving and Chinese New Year. And finally, Unit 8 "Two Extraordinary Girls" highlighted two inspiring young people who overcame challenges through perseverance. Very motivating stories! But there's more to "Go for It" than just the main units. Each unit also has a "Language System" section focusing on key grammar points like verb tenses, modals, and conditionals. These lessons break down the concepts clearly with lots of examples and practice exercises. My grammar has really improved. There are also "Language Function" sections that teach us practical speaking strategies like making requests, giving reasons, and negotiating. So useful for real-life conversations! And the "Phonics" lessons have helped me with pronunciation of tricky letter combinations and word stress. The textbook multimedia is awesome too. Each unit has animated videos that bring the dialogues to life in a fun, engaging way. The songs are so catchy - I can't get "Winter Wonderland" out of my head! And the e-books have all the audio tracks plus interactive games and activities. Studying has never been more enjoyable.Another standout feature is the "Reading Workshop" sections with longer stories and comprehension skills practice. Stories like "The Gingerbread Man" and "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" were childhood classics I was familiar with, but reading them in English was challenging yet rewarding. What I love most about "Go for It" is how participatory and interactive it is. There are so many opportunities for pair work, group discussions, role plays, and presentations. My classmates and I are constantly practicing our English speaking and listening. Our teacher has us do tons of fun and communicative activities based on the units.Overall, I feel like "Go for It" covers all the bases - reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and more. The content is engaging, the practice is plentiful, andit's giving me a really well-rounded English education. I'm becoming more fluent and confident with every unit I complete.I know English can be intimidating, but this textbook makes it easy to learn in a step-by-step, enjoyable way. Between the clear instruction, multimedia resources, and interactive activities, I'm soaking up so much knowledge. I'm grateful my school chose such a practical yet fun textbook to help me master this important global language. Full "steam" ahead!篇3My English Class and the "Starting Point" TextbookHey there! I'm a 6th grade student and I want to tell you all about my awesome English class this year. We're using this really cool textbook series called "Starting Point" published by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (FLTRP). It's the textbook for the entire 6th grade. The textbooks are split into two volumes - Volume 1 and Volume 2. Volume 1 has 5 units while Volume 2 has 4 units, so 9 units total for the whole year. Each unit has 4 sections - Warm up, Lesson 1, Lesson 2, and Project Time. Let me walk you through what we do in each part.Warm UpThis part gets us ready for the new unit. There are usually some pictures and prompts that get us thinking about the unit topic. The teacher will have us discuss the pictures and prompts to prepare our minds for the new content coming up.Lesson 1This is where we dive into the first text for the unit. The texts are all really interesting stories, articles, comics, and other cool stuff. For Lesson 1, we start by previewing the text through some activities that introduce the key language. Then we read/listen to the main text material sentence by sentence. The teacher stops to explain anything we don't understand. After the text, there are some comprehension activities to check if we understood what we read/listened to. These include things like true/false questions, putting pictures in order, filling in charts and tables, and discussing questions. We then move into practicing the language from the text through all kinds of activities - dialogues, songs, games, etc. It's super fun and engaging!Lesson 2This lesson continues the unit topic through a different type of text, like a story, poem, or drama script. We go through similarsteps of previewing, reading/listening, checking comprehension, and practicing with the new language. Lesson 2 also has some sections focused on specific language skills like vocabulary strategies, grammar exercises, writing frames, etc.By the end of Lessons 1 and 2, we've learned a ton of new words, expressions, grammar patterns and really。
