第六章建筑物退让

第三十四条沿建筑基地用地界线和沿城市道路、公路、河道、铁路两侧以及电力线路保护区范围内的建筑物，其退让距离除必须符合消防、防汛、交通安全和经批准的控制性详细规划等方面的要求外，应同时符合本章的规定。

第三十五条全市38条主要道路两侧建筑退让道路红线应符合第十一章《附录五》要求，其他城市道路两侧建筑退让道路红线的最小距离应符合表6.1。

(一)各类建筑离用地界线的距离，应按表6.2规定的建筑物高度的倍数控制，但不得小于最小距离。
