另外，学校也制定了非常严谨科学的奖励措施，每次期中和期末考试，我们都做非常细致的质量分析，学校以备课组为单位，按学科在区取得的名次发放不同等级的奖励，并对每次取得的进步大加鼓励，虽然奖励是有限的，但是学校的这种重视成绩的姿态也确实起到了激励老师的作用，也坚定了我们打整体战的决心。

以下我从备课，上课和落实三个环节与大家交流一下我们的具体做法。
一、如何备课集体备课是一个用于讨论和研究教学最集中的时间，我们应该积极的参与进来，充分利用这个平台吸取教学经验，要想使集体备课对自己的实际教学产生实效作用，我们要学会做有心人，自己认真备课上课的同时，在课后及时将课堂上觉得别扭的环节，败笔记录下来，在集体备课时提出来，互相切磋讨论，往往会有很大的收获。
同时，也将自己上课时精彩的成功之处记录下来，与老师们共享。
另外，我认为，集体备课可以从每周的集中备课时间辐射到平时每天的教学中。
例如，我们初二英语组的老师们都坐在一个办公室，每天新课前我们都会自由的讨论要上的这节新课该怎么导入好，如何突破重难点，哪些环节可以整合，哪些环节可以删除；课后我们也会讨论今天这节课哪个环节处理的不好，学生哪里出现问题，该如何解决，这样的“集体备课”显得更及时更有效，实践证明我们的这种形式也是可取的，效果也是不错的。

对于这个问题呢，我们可以将英语分为三个层次：第一个层次是English in text 文本英语，所谓文本英语就是我们书本上的英语，杂志上的英语，是一种客观存在；第二个层次是English in thought 就是思维中的英语，因为文化上的差异，我们与英国人在思维上也会存在差异，在交流的过程中呢，我们的思维需要一个转换，即把中式思维的英语转换成英式思维的英语；第三个层次是English in action 行动中的英语，也就是我们真真正正可以表达出来的英语，包括语音语调，面部表情，包括肢体语言，一句话，行动中的英语就是可以用英语自由地表达自己的思想。
通过这样一个分类，我们现在就可以对照一下自己的英语水平在哪个层次了。
中国的大部分同学尽管学了十几年英语，但他们的英语水平还是仅仅停留在文本英语的水平，自己想说的话表达不出来，老外说的话又听不懂，这也就是我们所说的“哑巴英语”。

对于这个问题呢，我们可以将英语分为三个层次：第一个层次是English in text 文本英语，所谓文本英语就是我们书本上的英语，杂志上的英语，是一种客观存在；第二个层次是English in thought 就是思维中的英语，因为文化上的差异，我们与英国人在思维上也会存在差异，在交流的过程中呢，我们的思维需要一个转换，即把中式思维的英语转换成英式思维的英语；第三个层次是English in action 行动中的英语，也就是我们真真正正可以表达出来的英语，包括语音语调，面部表情，包括肢体语言，一句话，行动中的英语就是可以用英语自由地表达自己的思想。

声情并茂的语言勾起了学生思绪，也让我感动不已。
教学是一门艺术，教学语言更是一门艺术，谁能将它演绎得好，就能抓住学生的心。
老师扣人心弦的过渡语言，烘托了课堂的气氛，同时也激发了学习兴趣，为学生理解课文内容奠定了基础。
课堂语言简洁，准确，能使学生的心灵受到震撼，唤醒学生沉睡的记忆。
二、课件教学的亮点——鼓励性评语的应用在以往的教学中，教师往往只是口头对学生进行鼓励，也起到了一定的作用，但这次听课中，不仅有口头的鼓励更是将其应用在了课件中，与各个环节相结合，学习情绪极大的调动起来。
作为旁观者的我，看到这些标题时，眼前一亮，并深深的感受到老师对学生的关爱与殷切期望。
三、老师的必备素质——标准普通话作为一名老师，尤其是语文老师，应该讲普通话，并且是标准普通话，一方面，这是老师的必备条件，身正为范，正确的引导学生；另一方面，可以准确的传达给学生们知识，尤其是在公开课评选中，如果不掌握好普通话，很可能成为自己的“软肋” ，这两节课都流利地运用了普通话是课堂教学更加大放光彩。
四、自读感悟、开放引导的课堂让人耳目一新。
新课标中说到：学生的自读感悟是第一位的，教师的引导调控是第二位的。
做课教师们着眼于学生自主发展的阅读教学，既是对学生感悟结果的评价，也指向了学生的感悟态度，指导了感悟的方法。
五、实现了师生角色的转变。
几位教师由教学的主宰、中心，转变为学生学习的伙伴，学生学习活动的组织者、引导者；课堂上，老师利用一切时机，创设各种情境，与学生一起对话，学生在老师的有效组织下诵读、学生在老师的组织下，由被动的接受者，转变为学习的主人，他们有自主选择学习内容、学习伙伴、学习方式，进行个性化学习的自由，在这样样宽松的学习环境中，学生怎能不主动学习呢？六、实现了学习方式的自主合作。

new opportunities as china becomes a powerful world player, english skills are absolutely vital.
