RDDJ Marine Growth Preventing System
船舶或平台海水冷却系统管路中有海生物的附着和生长。The marine growth adhere to the seawater pipelines and grow in it.
随着时间的累积，海生物会造成管路管径缩小，甚至堵塞。
With the accumulation of time ， the marine growth will reduce the diameter of piping, and results in blockage.
目前最常用的防海生物装置主要有2种： 即电解海水防污装置和电解铜、铝（铁）防污防腐装置。
At present, there is two main type of MGPS that be mostly commonly used: Electrolysis of Seawater Anti-fouling System & Electrolysis of Copper and Aluminum ( Iron) Anode Anti-fouling and Anti-corrosion System.

Anti-corrosion System 组成：恒电流控制箱、防海生物阳极、防腐蚀阳极、接线盒。
Constitute ： Control panel / Anti-fouling anode / Anti-corrosion anode / Junction box.

阳极通电进行电解后，产生防海生物离子和防腐蚀离子，形成电解液。
The anode is electrified to create electro-analysis and produce anti-fouling ion or anti-corrosion ion, they form
electro-analysis liquid.
电解液由海水泵抽出，分布到海水冷却管系中，达到既防止海生物附着又防止管系腐蚀的目的。

组成：控制箱 、电解槽、海水泵，喷管组件，流量指示板。

Energize the seawater for electrolysis to
form Sodium hypochlorite solution
次氯酸钠溶液通过海水泵添加到冷却海水中，以抑制
海生物对管道和设备的污损。
Send the solution to the cooling seawater piping by seawater pump to prevent marine growth from the pipeline as well as prevent corrosion damagement for pipeline.

适用范围：Application ：
2.电解铜、铝（铁）防污防腐装置:结构简单，安装方便且成本低，主要用于管道海水处理量＜500m ³/h时。Electrolysis of Copper and Aluminum ( Iron) Anode Anti-fouling and Anti-corrosion System: simple structure, convenient installation and low cost sea , mainly used for pipe water flow less than 500 m³/h.
1.电解海水防污装置:操作和维修方便，对海水无污染，主要用于管道海水流量＞500m ³/h时。
