摘要

随着科技的发展,现代工业的高速发展,工业设备的更新换代。工业正逐步向生产设备大型化、高速化、自动化方向发展,这使得生产率有了大幅度的提高,成本的降低,能源的节约,并且产品质量方面得到了极大的保证。

但是,由于故障所引起的灾难性事故及其所造成的对生命与财产的损失和对环境的破坏等也是很严重的。滚动轴承是机械设备中最常见的零部件,其性能与工况的好坏直接影响到与之相联的转轴以及安装在转轴上的齿轮乃至整个机器设备的性能。因此,研究滚动轴承的失效机理,提出相应的预防和维护措施,对于降低设备的维修费用,延长设备维修周期,提高经济效益,保证设备的长期安全稳定运行,均有现实的意义。

Abstract

With the developme nt of scie nee and tech no logy, the rapid developme nt of moder n in dustry, in dustrial upgrad ing of equipme nt. The in dustry is gradually to large scale product ion equipme nt, high-speed, automati on developme nt directi on, which makes the productivity has bee n greatly improved, reduced cost, energy saving, and the product quality is ensured.

However, due to the catastrophic accide nt caused by the failure of the cause of the loss of life and property and damage to the en vir onment is very serious. The rolli ng beari ng is the com mon comp onent in the mecha ni cal equipme nt, its performa nee and work ing con diti on directly affects the performa nee of shaft and conn ected and in stalled on the rotary shaft gear the whole machine equipment. Therefore, the failure mechanism of rolli ng beari ng, put forward the corresp onding preve nti on and maintenance measures, to reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, prolong the period of equipment maintenance, improve economic efficiency, ensure the Iong-term safe and stable operation of equipment, has practical sig nifica nee.
