摘要

进入21世纪以来，河南省积极实施对外开放政策和“走出去”战略，努力开拓国际市场，积极应对国际市场的不断变化。河南省的出口贸易取得了较大的成果，出口贸易增长速度较快，出口贸易的总额不断增加，在中部六省中位居第一，出口商品结构不断优化，发展前景较好。虽然河南省的对外贸易取得了很大的成就，但是从总体上来说，仍然存在很多问题。

文章先是介绍绪论，阐述了本文的选题研究背景、研究意义以及相关理论研究，本文对河南省出口贸易的现状进行了分析，综合运用统计数据系统揭示了河南省的出口贸易发展现状，并指出了河南省出口贸易发展中存在的问题，最后就对外贸易中存在的问题，提出来合理化的对策和建议。

Research on The Present Situation of Export Trade of

Henan Province

Abstract

Since entering in twenty-first Century, Henan province has actively implemented the policy of opening to the outside world and "going out" strategy, and strive to open up the international market, and actively respond to the changing international market. The export trade of Henan province has made great achievements, export growth faster, exports continue to increase, ranked first in the six central provinces, optimize the structure of export commodities, good prospects for development. Although foreign trade in Henan province has made great achievements, but overall, there are still a lot of problems.

The first is the introduction, describes the research background, research significance and related theoretical research, this article analyzes the current status of export trade in Henan Province, using statistical data reveals the present situation of the development of export trade in Henan Province, and pointed out the existing development of export trade in Henan Province, and finally there in foreign trade, put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions. 1 前言

研究背景

河南省地处中华民族的中心地带,凭借其优越的自身条件和外部环境,经济总量和对外贸易的发展都取得了不错的成绩。近几年对外贸易额在经济总量中也占据了举足重轻的地位。“十二五”期间河南省的出口贸易额不断增长,对外贸易的结构得到了进一步的改善提高,出口贸易的发展壮大对河南省的经济总量产生了巨大的影响,大大提高了河南省的产业结构的调整及工业化进程。但是河南省作为一个内陆地区,其对外贸易的开放度还是远远低于沿海地区,对外贸易的竞争力比较弱,尤其是出口贸易只能出口一些初级产品,这在一定程度上也制约了河南省经济和对外贸易的进一步发展。

研究意义

随着中国经济的不断发展,特别是中国加入WTO以后,对外贸易在经济增长中占据了越来越重要的地位。中国的各种商品出口到了世界各地,出口贸易额不断增长。研究对河南省出口贸易对中国经济的发展有着重要的意义。本文通过对河南省出口贸易的系统研究分析,可以对河南省出口贸易有更深层次的了解进而对河南省对外贸易的发展提出有利的建议。

2 河南省出口贸易现状研究

河南省出口贸易的规模研究

河南省地处内陆省份,长期以来内向型经济一直占据着主导的地位。但是随着对外开放程度的不断深入,对外经济贸易往来的不断发张壮大,河南省的进出口规模日益扩大,对经济增长的拉动作用越来越强烈。
