BLADDER CHANGING
更换气囊DISMANTLING THE ACCUMULATOR BLADDER
拆解蓄能器气囊
Isolate and depressurize the accumulator using the isolating block or depressurize the hydraulic system. Remove the accumulator and place it horizontally in a vice or another securing device. Protect the shell so as not to damage it.
使用阻塞块或液压减压系统来隔离和减低蓄能器中压力。
将蓄能器拆下并将其平放在一个夹具或其他安全装置内。
确保其外壳不会受到损坏。
A.Unscrew the guard cap from the charging valve
(photo 1).
A. 将保护帽从充气阀上卸下。

B. Unscrew the charging valve plug (photo 2).

C.Discharge the gas contained in the bladder using a
charging and gauge assembly until 0 is shown on the manometer (photo 3). Make sure that the bladder is not charged with nitrogen by checking that the charging valve is open.
C. 使用装有标尺的卸压组件将气囊中的气压卸载到压力表指示的0bar(见照片3)。
完全开启卸压阀以确认气囊中完全没有氮气。
Important: If the bladder remains in contact with the anti-extrusion system, consult OLAER.

D.Remove the single-piece charging valve (photo 4) or
the charging valve mechanism (photos 5/6) or the valve core (photo 7), according to the model.

E.Remove the lock nut from the valve body and then
the name plate (photos 8 and 9), according to the model.

F.Remove the hydraulic vent screw and its seal (photos
10 and 11)according to the model.

G.Loosen the locknut (photo 12).

H.Manually push the fluid port body into the
accumulator shell to release the spacer, O-ring and washer (photo 13 and exploded view).
H. 用手将无固定的端口推进蓄能器壳内以松开垫片、O型圈和垫圈(见照片13和分解图)。
I.Release the rubber split ring from the fluid port body.
Carefully fold it to remove it from the accumulator shell (photo 14).

J.Remove the fluid port (photo 15).

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
清理和检查
Carefully clean all the metallic parts of the accumulator with an organic solvent.
使用有机溶剂仔细清理蓄能器内的所有金属部件。
Visually check the condition of the components installed inside the fluid port (poppet, spring nut and dashpot).
认真检查在端口内安装的部件(提升阀、弹簧螺母和缓冲器)状况。
Push the poppet head to check that it slides freely.
按动提升阀头,检查其滑动是否顺畅。
Clean the bladder with isopropyl alcohol (for example).
使用异丙醇清洗气囊(如例)。
Check that the surface of the bladder is not damaged.
检查气囊表面是否有损伤。
Check that there is no corrosion inside the accumulator shell. If the inside of the accumulator shell is protected, check the condition of the protection.
检查在蓄能器内是否存在腐蚀。
如果蓄能器壳有保护,检查保护状况。
Replace all parts considered defective. The O-rings
must be replaced (see exploded view photo).
更换所有有缺陷的部件。
O型圈必须更换(参照分解图照片)。

L.Squeeze the bladder to discharge the air from it (photo 17).
L.将气囊内的空气压出(见照片17)。
M.Lubricate the inside of the shell copiously by turn around its axis. Use either the medium used in the circuit or a similar liquid (to approx. 10% of the accumulator volume for capacities up to 5 1itres or 5% for higher capacities).
M. 使用油压回路媒介物或者类似的液体。
(5升的蓄能器容积的10%或者更大容积的5%),将壳内部充分地润滑。
If the liquid is low in viscosity (lower than 5 cSt), consult OLAER.
如果液体粘性较低(低于5cSt),请咨询OLAER。
Lubricate the bladder and insert it into the accumulator shell.
Check that the bladder is not folded or twisted. For large capacity accumulators, use a suitable tool (a bladder extractor).
将气囊润滑并将其放入蓄能器壳内。
检查气囊是否有折痕或是
扭曲。
对于大容积的蓄能器,需要使用合适的工具(气囊提取
器)。
N.Reinstall the name plate and the lock nut. Do not tighten the lock nut.

O.Check that the charging valve slides freely. Insert the fluid port and the anti-extrusion ring into the accumulator shell (photo 18). Install the fluid port assembly on the anti-extrusion ring.
O. 检查换气阀是否能够自由滑动。
将无固定端口和反冲圈插入蓄能器壳内。
(见照片18)将无固定端口固定在反冲圈上。
P.Install the washer, the O-ring and the spacer in that order (exploded view in photo 19).

Q.Tighten the locknut and make sure that the components are centered by striking lightly the fluid port body at various angles using a plastic or rubber mallet (photo 20).
Q. 锁紧先前的锁紧螺母,使用塑料或橡胶锤击打以确保部件位于端口的中心位置(见照片20)。
R.Tighten the locknut (photo 21).
R.锁紧先前的锁紧螺母(见照片21)。
S.Install the venting screw and its gasket (photo 22). S. 安装卸气螺母和其垫片(见照片22)。
T.Secure the valve body nut in position using the correct flats and tighten it (photo 23).

U.Install the single-piece charging valve, tightening it to
a torque of 1.5 mdaN (photo 4), or the charging valve
mechanism (photos 5 and 6), or the valve body, tightening it to a torque of 0.029 mdaN (photo 7).
U. 使用 1.5 mdaN力矩锁紧单片换气阀(见照片4),连同换气阀机械部件(见照片5和6)和阀体使用0.029 mdaN力矩锁紧(见照片7)。
PROCEDURE步骤
V.Before charging the accumulator with nitrogen, turn the accumulator shell around its axis to lubricate its inner wall evenly.
V. 将氮气充入蓄能器中,轴向旋转蓄能器并均匀润滑内部。
Immediately after this operation, charge the bladder with nitrogen to a pressure of 1 to 1.5 bar (with the accumulator in the horizontal position: see table charging process).
在此操作后,立即将气囊中氮气充到1-1.5bar(蓄能器水平放置:参阅卸气步骤)。
W.Install the blanking plug or the connector on the liquid side.
W.安装堵头和回路连接器。
