Maintenance and maintenance of brake equipment

I. adjustment of drum front brakes

A, a main bracket, measured from the free position to start braking, free travel before the brake handle is 10 ~ 20MM

the front brake nut clockwise, reduce the free stroke; adjust the front brake nut counterclockwise, increase the free stroke

The D can also be adjusted by the front brake trim nut

Note: the brake shoes shall be replaced if the indicator on the front brake is aligned with the scale on the end cover of the brake.

The shoe should be replaced every 4000KM

Each drive 2000KM, clutch control line cleaning and lubrication

Running in of motorcycle

The running mileage of the new car is 1000KM. It should be run in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual and extend its service life:

3, control travel time, every 0.5 hours after exercise, should let the engine flameout, cooling 10 minutes

4, frequently change the oil, it is recommended during the running period, each exercise 300KM change oil
