2011年上半年医护英语水平考试(mets)工作会议
会议纪要
为了进一步推动mets考试工作，推进我国卫生职业院校专业外语
教学建设工作，教育部考试中心医护英语考试（mets）办公室在4
月8日于天津召开2011年上半年医护英语水平考试（mets）工作
会议。会议由医护英语考试（mets）办公室主办、天津医科大学承办。来自全国各地多名与会代表参加了会议，其中还有来自11个新
考点的领导和骨干教师。出席会议的主要领导有：教育部考试中心
社考处副处长吴莎、中华医学会继续教育部副主任刘君玉、天津教
育招生考试院社考
处处长肖玉宇、教育部高职高专相关医学类教学指导委员会秘书长
沈彬、天津医科大学副校长姚智、天津医科大学继续教育学院院长
马跃美、医护英语考试办公室主任于文浩、医护英语考试办公室副
主任黄婷，会议由医护英语考试（mets）办公室考点管理部负责人
倪艳老师主持。
4月8日上午，大会正式开始。首先，天津医科大学副校长姚智致
欢迎词，热烈欢迎各位代表来到天津参加2011年上半年医护英语水
平考试（mets）工作会议。接下来，教育部考试中心社考处副处长
吴莎作了题为《非学历证书考试发展：回顾与展望》的发言，为各
位参会代表介绍了我国非学历证书考试的发展现状，展望了非学历
证书考试的发展方向，使大家认识到非学历证书考试目前拥有着极
好的发展机遇。而mets作为教育部考试中心的非学历证书考试之一，其良性发展的态势有目共睹，其未来的发展机遇也势必会更好。
随后，中华医学会继续教育部刘君玉副主任的发言主要介绍了中华
医学会的历史发展进程、目前取得的卓越成绩以及其在医学教育领
域扮演的重要角色，表达了对我国医学教育、医学专业英语教育及
对mets考试的关注和关心。
作为东道主之一的天津市教育考试院社考处处长肖玉宇，也向各位
参会代表表示热烈欢迎，并希望天津教育考试院在mets考试工作中
所取得的成绩和经验能为其他考点起到借鉴作用。
本次会议中的另一项重要的议程是为mets论文征集活动的获奖教
师颁发证书和奖品。mets办公室黄婷副主任介绍到：mets考试办
公室从2010年11月开始，面向各考点教师征集学术论文。论文内
容涉及了各考点院校教师对于mets考试的意见和建议、对专业外语
教学的思考和探索，以及对新大纲、新教材的教学体会和心得等
诸多方面。经过专家评审，九篇论文脱颖而出成为优秀论文。会上，吴莎主任和沈彬校长为获奖代表颁发了证书和奖品。获奖名单如下： 1、分层教学在护理英语教学中的实践探索盐城卫生职业技术学院

颁奖结束后，所有与会代表来到天津医科大学教学楼前合影留念。
在接下来的会议中，江苏省联合职业技术学院南通卫生分院的沈建
新副校长与大家分享了学校在mets考试和教学中的宝贵经验。论文
获奖教师代表重庆医学高等专科学校的王炎峰老师和盐城卫生职业
技术学院的刘春妹老师在大会上宣读了各自的获奖论文。
接着，mets办公室于文浩主任对mets考试目前的整体情况作了总
结发言，并向各位参会的考点代表介绍了mets办公室接下来的工作
计划。其中，于主任重点向大家介绍了mets考试分级与医院需求之
间的匹配关系，为大家介绍了证书的用途和使用方向。于主任表示，在医护英语办公室和各考点的共同努力下，mets考试体系会更成熟、社会影响力也会变得更强。
最后，天津医科大学继续教育学院的马跃美院长向大家简要介绍了
天津医科大学，让大家更多地领略了211重点院校的风采。
4月8日下午，大会分成了三个分会场，分别由于文浩主任、黄婷副主任和倪艳老师主持，参会代表可自由选择会场、自由发言。各位代表围绕着mets考试、考务和医学英语教学展开了热烈的讨论，为mets健康良性的发展出谋划策。
