Happiness is the everlasting pursuit of human.All of us have the
inclination to seek happiness with no exception.What is
happiness?Happiness is feeling that comes from ,pleasure,contentment and satisfaction when something good happens to us.What affect the expectancy of happiness.Whether it is difficult to seek happiness?And how to pursue happiness? Here ’s the research from what I have read and learnt.
The factors affect one’s feeling of happiness.Firstly,physical
well-being is essential for happiness.Secondly,healthy habits create positive changes in the brain. The brain function is influnced by nutrition and sleep.So a balanced diet and regular sleeping habits are worth keeping .Besides,exercise affect the mood of a person.Thirdly,unhealthy habits create negative changes in the brain.Drug use affect brain function. What’s more, negative thought pattern affect mood .
According to a wide-ranging international study,depression is the most disabling disease in the world.It not only limit to adults but also children.What’s worse,children are more vulnerable to depressions and feel less happier. It is very bad news.Here ’s good news.
Happiness is understandable,obtainable and teachable. Traditionablly psychologists have focused their attentions on what makes depressed people depressed.Now they avert to “what makes happy people happy?” Many of these studies have focused on a small group of “very happy people” and analysed their lifestyles and personalities through questionnaires and interviews. They found that the happiness people can intentionally generate through their thoughts and actions can compete with genetical gloominess.
Happiness is quite simple to achieve.“A table , a chair , a bowl of
fruit and violin . What else do es a man need to be happy?” as Albert Einstein said. Happiness is a sense of satisfaction and contentment in the mind .As Groucho Marx puts it, “ Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I ,not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy. I can choose which it shall be.Yesterday is dead,tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet . I have just one day,today,and I am going to be happy in it .”Since you have the choices to make to be happy or not ,why not choose to be happy.I learnt that happiness is an optimistic attitude towards life and being a master of your life today.Nothing or nobody can stop you from being happy.
Happiness is not followed what fruit you will get but the process of pursuing happiness. The feeling of happiness is the ultimate goal,which doesn’t depend on the result of your performance,success or failure. Instead the feeling of felicity you obtain when you’re making your efforts and doing your best,then the feeling of satisfaction and happiness you can still feel.
It is assured that action may not bring happiness but there is no happiness without action . It means a lot to take action immed.iately rather hesitate in your steps until the troubles rotten your will.
How to seek happiness? Here’s the solutions.1.Relationships. people who have one or more close friends are happier. What seems a differenceis if and how often we cooperate in activities and share personal feelings with a friend or relative .2 Caring.people who volunteer or simply care for others on a consistent basis seem to be more happier and less depressed.It can be as simple as reaching out to a workmate or classmate who is sruggling with an issue.3.Exercise.Regulat exercise has been associated with improved mental well-being and a lower incidence of depression.4 Flow. If we are deeply involved in trying to reach a goal or an activity that is challenging but well suited to our
