Film or book, which do you prefer?

Some of us think that it is better to see the film than to read the book in the original. The reason is that it takes less time to understand the whole story. Besides, the film is usually more interesting, and it is easier to follow.

Some others have just the opposite opinion. They think that they can get more detailed information from the original. Meanwhile, the language in the book is possibly more lively and beautiful.

Personally, I agree with the second view. Actually I have more reasons for it.I think I can stay at home, reading quietly in a situation of my own, and what's more, I am able to better understand the author's ideas. In a word, to read the original work is better than to see the film based on it.

Nowadays, a great number of original works have been changed into(adapted for) films. Different people have different ideas about it.

Some people think watching movies is better than just reading original works. Not only can they save time, but also they can understand them easier. On the contrary, some people prefer to read original works. While reading books, they benefit a lot from them, especially the beautiful language and the amazing (brilliant) details which give guidance on how to shape a character.

As for me, I prefer to read original works from which I can learn a lot and adapt it to practical use for our life of reality..

Some people hold the view that films are better. Films, first and foremost, can save our time when we appreciate literature works. In addition,being more interesting and easy to be understood also makes its rising popularity a certainty.(makes it a rising popularity without any doubt.)

Others’opinion, however, differs from the film likers’, arguing that original books are better. There is no denying the fact that books have more details. Furthermore, their language is more attractive and beautiful and can enrich our knowledge as well.

From my perspective, I prefer films. Watching films is really exciting and relaxing, which allows me to escape from my study for a little while. Most importantly, it eases my nervous heart and improves my state.

It’s usual to see a hit book become a film in the modern world. Serving as two forms for people to appreciate works of literature, film and books both have their fans.

People who support books favor the details and beautiful language in it, believing they bring great emotions to their hearts and leaving them a bigger space for imagination. (With more details and beautiful language, books enjoy the support of a majority of people, who believe they bring…) However, films can save much time and are surely more understandable by providing a straight-sighted scenes. In addition, people can gather together to see a film, which greatly prompts the friendship to be built.

As for me, I prefer/have a preference for books, because I favor a slow and careful digestion of them, which helps broaden my horizon and benefits my writing as well.
