什么是东北黑蜂

1997年，国务院颁令【国函（1997）109号】保护我国优良蜂种东北黑蜂，在中俄边境，乌苏里江中下游的黑龙江省，建立了【东北黑蜂自然保护区】。这是我国保护地域优良蜂种唯一国家的行为，也是迄今为止，亚洲地区唯一的国家级黑蜂自然保护区。

目前四大世界著名优良蜂种是欧洲黑蜂、高加索蜂、喀尼阿兰蜂和意大利蜂。在中国各地域性蜂种中，唯有东北黑蜂可与世界四大名蜂相媲美。

蜂蜜的服用方法

一、食用方法，新鲜蜂蜜可直接服用，也可配成水溶液服用，但绝不可用开水冲或高温蒸煮，因为加高温后有效成份如酶等活性物质被破坏蜂。蜂蜜最好使用40度以下温开水或凉开水稀释后服用。

二、服用时间：一般在饭前1～1.5小时，或饭后2～3小时较为适宜。神经衰弱者应在每天睡前服用。

三、服用剂量：作为治疗或辅助治疗，成人一天100克，不要超过200克，分早、中、晚三次服用，儿童食用量为30克最好，但应视年龄大小而定。用于治疗，以两个月为一个疗程；作为保健服用量可酌情降低，一般每天10～50克。

食用蜂蜜的注意事项：

1、蜂蜜的营养成分比较复杂，葱蜜同食后，蜂蜜中的有机酸、酶类遇上葱中的含硫氨基酸等，会发生有害的生化反应，或产生有毒物质，刺激肠胃道而导致。糖尿病患者慎用。
