新型两相体系中铂纳米自组装体的可控合成

作为阴极材料的铂基催化剂的耐久性差被公认为最大的问题之一,这一缺点可以通过设计合成铂的自组装纳米结构加以改善[1-3]。可是,铂的纳米自组装体在没有模板的情况下很难实现形貌控制。这里,我们分别利用新型固-液和液-液两相体系,合成了不同形貌的铂纳米自组装体,例如由纳米小颗粒组装而成的铂纳米球,由枝状小颗粒组装而成的铂空心纳米球, 由八面体纳米晶组装而成的Pt纳米花。并且,系统研究了反应时间、温度、溶剂极性等合成条件对Pt自组装体形貌的影响。结果,我们发现,两相界面的存在是不同Pt自组装体成型的主要原因,而体系的还原性、温度、反应时间等对Pt自组装体的形貌也具有一定影响。我们在这里提出了一种简单高效的制备纳米自组装体的方法,并且该方法可以推广其它纳米金属材料的合成当中。

Novel Two-phase Synthesis of Platinum Nanoassembles

The short-term durability of Pt catalyst at the cathode is recognized as one of the key challenges, which could be improved by designing self-assembled Pt nanostructures.[1-3]However, the morphology control of Pt nanoassembles without template is limited to be achieved. Herein, different morphologies of Pt nanoassembles were synthesized in novel polyol-water mixture. Furthermore, the influences of reaction conditions, such as duration time, temperature, solution’s hydrophily, on the morphology of Pt nanoassembles were studied. As a result, the main incentive for these various Pt nanoassembles was the phase interface,meanwhile, other factors, such as the reducibility of the system, temperature, reaction time, could also impact on the morphology of Pt nanoassembles. Herein, a promising and facile procedure for self-assembled nanostructures was demonstrated, which could be used in other novel metals.
