Dazu County, located in the southeast of Sichuan province, is 271 kilometres away from Chengdu and 163 kilometres away from Chongqing. “Dazu” here means “harvest and abundance (Dafeng, Dazu)”.
The work of Dazu Rock Carvings began in the first year of Yonghui in the Tang Dynasty (650A.D.), and continued until the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now, it enjoys equal popularity with theYungang and Longmen Gr ottoes. The general term of “Dazu Rock Carvings” refers to all the cliffside carvings in Dazu County, which includes the carvings in Beishan (including Beita), Baodingshan, Nanshan, Shizhuanshan and Shimenshan. Baoding Grotto, 15 kilometres northeast of the county seat, is the largest and best preserved one and is a key cultural relic site under state protection.
There are more than 50,000 Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian rock carvings and 100,000 characters of inscriptions dotted around Dazu. The carvings not only include the statues of Buddha and Bodhisattva but also include that of monarchs, ministers, military officers, high and low-ranking officials, jailers, executioners, monks, rich and poor people, and folk art performers. The earliest grotto was carved in the early Tang Dynasty and most of them have a history over 1000 years. Many of the carvings in Baoding Grotto reflect religious doctrines and another set of carvings reflects Confucianism, specifically filial piety. What the carvings offer to visitors is not only the wonderful enjoyment of the magnificent art but a Buddhist teaching like this: One can free himself from earthly worries by self-cultivation and does not need to go beyond his own inner world to

In the bivouac of life
Be not like dumb driven cattle!
Be a hero in the strife!”
Soft, calm, yet eloquent that that is her words.
No one can avoid the inferiority complex before her, no one,I’m sure. For she is truly an achiever: the winner of 4 academy awards, including physics, mathematics. Incidentally, her score last year stands at 4.0, beyond anyone’s wildest dream.
Not solely a scoring machine, Jenny is a payer as well. Unyielding, hard working, always energetic that’s what her suecess i s all about.
Imagine what challenges one has to conquer if born in a poor country. Jenny has met all that
obstacles head on. She is an un yielding girl, with uncanny instincts, thriving in adversity, she can always find a way. It is her fueled indestructible competitive desire that makes a difference. As the saying goes: “when the going gets tough, the tough gets going.” Jenny is such kind of tough people with the burning desire that gets her there.
Mere desire does not help. If desire is the weed that later produces success and achievement, then her daily endeavor is surly the fertile soil in which the weed must grow. A workaholic, she is, indeed. Always the first to get up and the last to sleep, she tries to grasp every precious minute and embodies their genuine merits. She is reading English aloud in the raw, bleak wind while others are dreaming satisfied in their warm, cozy bed; she is savoring the excellent book in the library while others are gossiping a certain dress in the cafe; she is pursuing true knowledge while others is seeking real love in the charming moonlight.
She delights in making love with the broad unknown world.
Every little excellence of hers is achiev

How should college students face to the pressure?
In recent years, the pressure of job-seeking for college students becomes bigger and bigger because the distributions of them have changed a lot. That directly causes study pressure more great.
How to release the pressure and get used to the circumstance?
1) Believe yourself; self-confidence is the first important factor for u.
2) Communicate with others such as your parents, classmates, friends etc; take an active part in the public activities.
3) Keep exercises and keep fit. Only both of the mental and physical health can lead you to success.

Ps: you can extend the four points on your opinion!
Out lines: (1)The positive role played by interview in the job-seelcing process.
(2)The factors contributing to the success of interview.such as manner,behavior,ability,potential,contvibution,responsibility,self-confidence,enthusiasm.
Requirement:you’re supposed to develop this piece in a ccondance with the given outlines.(in 120).
When you make it to an interview, perhaps one of the most important things to remember is that there is no real downside from here on, so long as you have done the preparation. Hopefully, you will end up getting the job, but even if yo u don’t, you’re getting valuable practice in doing interviews. Remember that practice definitely works to your advantage. Never let yourself become jaded, complacent, or pessimistic just because you’ve been to a few interviews without getting the job .
That said, it can be difficult to know how to present yourself, especially when different sources offer contradictory advice. One employment agency’s website may advise you to maintain strong
eye contact with the interviewer, use a firm hand shake, and rehearse answers to common questions beforehand. The next may talks about employers being turned off by the mechanical eye contact, crushing handshake, and scripted answers of candidates who just read a “How to succeed in a job interview” manual.
There are some things on which there seems to be common agreement, including:
Be on time, and be well and neatly dressed and groomed.
Maintain good posture at all times, whether seated, standing, or walking (without overdoing things to the point of appearing false or mechanical).
Be enthusiastic, positive, and engaged. Do not appear apathetic, bored, or sullen.
Make sure you have done your homework on researching the company in general, and the position in particular.
Have at least a couple of questions you would like to ask about
