In case of a technical conflict between the documents included in a REQUISITION the order of precedence is:

2) MATERIAL REQUISITION / PURCHASE ORDER

All conflicts must be submitted, on discovery, to PURCHASER with full details for resolution.

所有的冲突一经发现，必须将全部详细的解决方案递交给买方。

If any conflict happens between the standard listed above and the special description of this agreement, the one that is conducive to enhance the product quality should be adopted.

上述所列标准与本协议的特殊规定有冲突时，采用有利于提升产品质量的说法。
